• Filippo (1/5): Non una buona esperienza - Molto gentile lo staff. Abbiamo trovato la casa in condizioni pessime. Tutta l’appartamento era sporchissimo: polvere ovunque e abbiamo trovato anche 4 insetti morti in giro per la casa. La tavoletta del water era nera per quanto sporca. L’anta dell’armadio giù è rotta e un quadretto si è staccato nella camera all’ultimo piano. Fuori è inagibile perché è sporchissimo. Mancava un lenzuolo su un letto singolo e nella camera non è possibile oscurare completamente le finestre ed entra la luce. In generale, le lenzuola erano macchiate. Le prese vicino al letto nella stanza senza bagno non funzionano. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina perché sporchissima: il mobile dove ci sono i piatti puzzava tantissimo e non si possono utilizzare. Il tappetino per i piedi della doccia è sudicio. Siamo molto dispiaciuti
• Luis (7/5): Pleasant - Definitely great location, is still at the zona hotelera and close to downtown. It was a little noisy at the end of our days but off course is not villa’s fault . Is a rental area, you don’t know who is going to be your neighbor. Otherwise good. The property was very exclusive at the 90’s but it needs a lot of improvements, new faucets, showers and some outlets
• Vincentia (6/5): Great location and helpful hosts. - The villa was in a fantastic location in the hotel zone but away from the main party scene. It was large and well set up in terms of facilities and equipment. The keys were easy to access and the host communication was good. We made use of the communal pool and had a lovely view of the lake and peace and quiet upon waking up. The villa could have done with a bit of a clean before arrival. Unfortunately only 1 of the showers had shower heads and the others were open pipes. There was no water flowing from the taps of one of the bathrooms and it took a bit of fiddling to figure out how to operate the AC in the living room.

The restrooms can be better and they could provide better experience with heating of the water.
