• ISAAC (10/5): Pretty Pet Palace - Terrific little home away from home, has all the mod-cons, parking close by, little grassy yard, good security. My furbabies were on alert with the foot traffic noise up&down stairs, across the.ceiling, also while sitting on couch watching TV I could hear a man's voice behind me... thin walls I guess.
• Andrew (9/5): - Property was clean, well appointed, and pet friendly. Easy travelling distance to shopping, resturants , etc. Would definitely recommend and we will book again.
• Andrew (7/5): Basic but nice, secure, good location. Conflicting info regarding pets. - Location, price and secure fencing for dogs. It wasn’t clear during the booking process that a fee was required for each pet. I paid this directly to the agency once the booking was confirmed. It was disappointing to then check in and see a sign that said “we do not charge for pets to stay with us”
• Jeanette (9/5): Well maintained, great location - Fantastic location! 15 minute walk to 3 different beaches. Lovely little place with a garden and pet friendly. Everything provided - even mozzie off and mosquito coils. Possibly the shared bathroom only having access through the main bedroom but it wasn't a huge issue. And our stay was way too short.
• Ross (10/5): The Perfect beach getaway - Very spacious! Perfect location to the beach and amenities. There wasn’t any we didn’t like. Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer
• Nick (4/5): Wouldn’t stay here again with people staying above - Clean with most things you expect in a holiday home The noise from the people upstairs was very disruptive. I would not stay here again if there were people upstairs. The kids ran through the house all day and night. They need to fix this issue, put down some rugs or carpet to soften the foot traffic. Other minor issues: -No garbage bags -only one tea towel -no ironing board - no power point in the bathroom -soaps were almost empty -indoor plants were dying -grass outside was overgrown -batteries in fire alarm were flat -communication could have been better I felt like every time something was mentioned I was talking to someone different. Also was told there was extra charge for pets $50 for the stay even though advertised online and also throughout the house when we arrived that there is no charges.

• Julia (10/5): Great apartment, very well setup for families and furry friends, will definitely be back! - The apartment had so much space! The living room was huge and perfectly setup, as was the kitchen and dinning room. The main bathroom was also such a great size and everyone agreed the showers were great. Much bigger and more spacious than other apartments we've stayed in. The covered back deck was also such a treat and nice place to sit and relax. The weather wasn't great but thankfully we didn't feel cooped up thanks to the apartment and outside space. The hosts were awesome to deal with and communication was excellent from beginning to end. Perfect location which multiple beach options.
• Nathan (7/5): Great spot, fantastic hosts who assisted with all of our concerns and requests. - Location was fantastic… There was a few little things that we needed such as supplies for coffee, and cleaning equipment, light bulb replacement etc…. But the hosts were straight onto it & sorted it quick & no issues. The only other small issue was the noise from upstairs guests was at times a little louder than we expected .

• maria (10/5): Amazing homely stay. Highly recommend - Loved that everything we needed for our stay was thought of. Simple things like coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies and even beach towels were so handy. No other place we've stayed at has been so thoughtful and accommodating. Having all these things meant we didn't need to purchase everything and then throw it in the bin when we left. The location was an easy 5 minute walk to Kings beach and it was pretty quiet when we stayed. This was such a homely stay. My family absolutely loved it. Especially the large lounge and play area. The toys and books were such a great thought too! Keep doing what you're doing owners because your hospitality is what will bring families like us back Outside was such a beautiful space to sit and eat outside although all the furniture was unfortunately covered with dog hair which meant we didn't get to utilise it. Not the owners fault, maybe a pet cleaning fee should be added to those who choose to stay and bring their pets. Also the main bedroom bed was uncomfortable and loud everytime we moved.. we discovered the slats under the bed kept coming away.

• Rebecca (5/5): I would say exhausting - Location The reason why we put disappointing was the family upstairs were so noisy, screaming children from 4am so that's not a holiday for my family all being woken up so early and constantly tired. Came home as a very exhausted and tired family.

• Rachel (7/5): Lovely little unit and we did really enjoy the location, but due to the above issues I don’t think we would stay again a - Property was absolutely beautiful and clean and dog friendly with a beautiful little outside area❤️❤️ We unfortunately had a very noisy family upstairs and could hear everything! Loud footsteps constantly and one night music, dancing and stomping till after 10.00pm. Property management handled this extremely well, thank you. Also only one of each rubbish and recycling bins for the entire building,which gets emptied on a Friday, we arrived on a Wednesday and by the time the upstairs family left on Saturday both bins were full to the brim so when we left on the Monday, there was hardly any room for our rubbish let alone the families who had just arrived.

Child friendly with amenities provided for babies and young children. Although it was a bit too far to walk, it was only a short drive to beaches, supermarkets and shops. Although we did not need the TV, I raised an issue as the TV broke during our stay and received no acknowledgment or response.

The unit is bigger than it looks in the photos, there’s a nice little patio to sit at and it’s fully fenced so I didn’t have to worry about my dog getting out anywhere. Will be staying here again

• Andrew (9/5): A great affordable place to stay for families - Very clean, Spacious and comfortable, good location and dog door for pets easy access to the back yard. Bathrooms were relatively new. The half the apartment had been renovated and the other half was old and tied. Stove and kitchen utensils were not very good. My son commented that the mattress in the second bedroom was uncomfortable.

The beds were comfortable, and I absolutely loved the shower. It was a beautiful home to stay in. I didn't like that we had to go home 😂

• Geraldine (8/5): Hidden Treasure. - Great spot, super clean and peaceful. Close to all of the beaches, shops, and restaurants. Really comfy and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay. The one ensuite bathroom has to be accessed through the main bedroom. Ceilings low, not for you if you are tall!
