• ido kedmi (7/5): - בעל המקום עזר בכל דבר שביקשנו, מיקום טוב, רחוק מהרעש אך במרחק הליכה קלה, האווירה הייתה טובה, מטבח מספק, והחדר היה מרווח ונוח. סביב המיטה היתה קילה אשר נועדה לסייע בחסימת היתושים, אך בגלל שאין בחדר מזגן אשר מאפשר סגירה של החלונות ואין רשת, כמות היתושים בחדר היתה לא סבירה. התעוררנו מספר פעמים בכל לילה על מנת לטפל בכמות היתושים שהצליחו לעבור דרך הקילה, לילות מאתגרים מאוד ללא שינה רבה. בנוסף, לא היה מים חמים כלל בכל שעות היום והלילה. כדאי להוסיף רשת בחלון.

• Alba (10/5): Maravilloso alojamiento - Todo. El dueño muy simpático, nos dio recomendaciones de dónde podíamos comer y qué hacer y el alojamiento está genial, cómodo y en una zona tranquila. Si volvemos a Montañita sin duda repetiremos!!!
• Marine (10/5): - L'emplacement au calme, cuisine et espace commun très agréable. Omar est adorable, très gentil et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont propres et les lits très confortables. J'ai passé un super séjour de plusieurs jours ici.
• Elie (8/5): Charmant mais pas pour tout le monde - L'endroit est cool et Omar est une super hôte très chill et arrangeant, le lit était confortable et les commun plutôt agréable pour se poser. L'endroit a son charme mais ce n'est clairement pas pour tout le monde et c'est a prendre en compte avant de réserver, l'endroit est assez reculé et un peu dans la jungle donc beaucoup plus d'insectes qu'au centre ville mais c'est également un endroit plus calme a l'abri des fêtes. C'est très rustique avec les mur en bambou et le système électrique est un peu limite mais si vous ne craignez pas le rudimentaire c'est un bon endroit!

• Katarzyna (10/5): Yes, you can have a calm place in Montañita! - Omar’s hostel is a hidden gem for those who want to enjoy Montañita but still have a peaceful, authentic place to relax. Omar is such a kind, open, and experienced host – he shared great local tips, showed me around, and made sure I had the best time. The vibe is like staying with friends – super welcoming. I stayed in a colorful SpongeBob-themed room with blue, sea-inspired walls and a view of banana trees and singing birds. Just amazing. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen, it’s close to town, and the private gym is a huge bonus for sporty travelers. Highly recommended!

• cecile (10/5): Les vacances dans le voyage - Omar, la force tranquille esprit surfeur, est un super hôte, toujours disponible au besoin ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, il fait si sombre pour dormir c'est génial ! Et l'emplacement un peu excentré du bruit omniprésent dans le centre est très appréciable, l'ambiance de l'auberge est top, calme et reposante ✌🏼☀️ et le rapport qualité-prix !!!!!

• Tiago (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and the bed had a mosquito net. The common areas are comfortable and the kitchen was practical. It's a quiet area at night, no traffic or noisy neighbours. There was some construction noise in the mornings.
• Sára (10/5): Exceptional - Casa surf Arrels is a great spot to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of Montañita. It's located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The place is run by a friendly and laid-back family who are always around if you need anything. Highly recommended for a chill and comfortable stay!

Convenient to stores, market and activities, far enough from the night noise of the central comercial area and clubs. I would return there again in the future. The tiny kitchen with limited space and busy use of other guests. Someone kept unplugging the refrigerator at night.
