- Bychinova (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent house for lovely holidays!
- Bruce (8/5): Very good -
- Andri (6/5): Dirty - The effort made by Mrs Gianoulla to make our stay pleasant. The house was dirty, the shower was full of hair, the toilet brush was full sh@t, bed sheet had stains and the beds were uncomfortable. Floor was dirty. There was too much dust everywhere. Even though the owner had promised the house would be clean for our stay.

- Lihi (8/5): Lots of potential - Lovely stone house with a gorgeous view over the village and the mountains. The house has two comfortable bedrooms and a living room with a sofa and a fireplace.
The lady in charge of the house met us when we arrived and managed to communicate all of the essential information, although she hardly speaks English. We forgot to bring electricity adapters and she was kind enough to provide them when we asked her. I was worried because of the reviews on the shower - but we had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The washing machine is helpful, and my young son loved the fireplace.
The kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking breakfast. It was clean, had coffee, tea, salt, oil. Plenty of cups, dishes, utensils etc. We could have cooked dinner, but being on vacation, we preferred the nearby Platanos restaurant (a five minute walk), nice owners (ask for their daily dishes, you won't be disappointed!). This place deserves a "10". The house is beautiful and well-equipped. |The only reason I cannot honestly give it a higher score is that it wasn't very clean. I can live with dust on the ceiling and walls and spiderwebs between the closet and the wall, but there were dust balls everywhere, even in the bathroom (this means the bathroom wasn't really cleaned or dusted..). On the bedstand in one of the bedrooms there was a half-empty bottle of water and some ladies clipped fingernails (a bit disgusting). The sheets weren't very clean. One towel was a bit dirty. We had two pillow cases missing, but these were supplied when I wrote to the lady through booking (I found that as the easiest way to communicate). If we had stayed longer, I would have written about the dust as well.
On the upside - the kitchen was clean, there was an old sponge next to the sink, but I found new sponges under the sink and clean towels in the drawers. We were only missing a vegetable peeler and a salad bowl (again, I'm sure they would have brought us if we asked for them).
Still - since none of the other reviews mentioned this issue, I'm guessing it was a glitch. I would still recommend staying here. Just ask for it to be clean.
- Matania (10/5): Great renovated+recommended house in the heart of Pedulas to feel like a local! - We loved the village and its surrounding, loved the house with its old-new renovation. the facilities - hot water and heating were great - we arrived wet, on a cold and rainy day and the heating and machine washer were great for us. we loved the cedar in the yard, and the surrounding - the old Chapel and trails starts from home. but the most we loved, of course, Ms. Yannoula - she is great authentic, local, communicative (via google translate...). a lot of tourists are coming only with web plan no call like us so its great to give her the option to communicate via whatsapp etc. not only by calls. none. all was great!

- Andrea (10/5): Cozy place in a quiet village. You can really recharge here! - Cozy place, perfect for a Fall gateway. There weren’t enough kitchen equipment.
- Alexali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dace (9/5): Superb - Traditional design and natural materials in the interior makes the house cozy. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen well equiped. Some more knives in the kitchen would be hepful.
- George (10/5): Exceptional - Great view, large garden, great welcome and help from Ms. Giannoulla.
Fantastic for family and bbq nights. All perfect

- Alexandros (10/5): A perfect escape for our family in a traditional / cosy house. - A perfect escape for our family in a traditional / cosy house. Suitable for traditional architecture lovers since the house is recently renovated according to the strict rules of Cultural Heritage Department. An absolute traditional stone house with wooden external doors / windows and internal too and a traditional limestone floor, just amazing. The house located in the traditional centre of the village next to Archangel Michael Church, an UNESCO World Heritage Site and adjacent to a byzantine museum and a natural trail - hiking for explorers. The host were amazing assisting us with of our needs and questions, credits to Mrs Yiannoula. We will visit you again for sure.
- Agnes (7/5): Lovely peaceful location in the troodos mountains - Lovely traditional stone property with all modern construction Unfortunately the WiFi was not working during our stay
- Gabriella (8/5): Beautiful environment, great village, easy location to explore the mountains - Nice view, fruits and vegetables growing fresh in the garden, Mrs Yianoulla is the sweetest, good climate. I bet it’s amazing in winter. No fans or AC, even though it’s relatively cool in the summer, fans would have made an amazing difference.
Parking on the road, small walk on a relatively steep hill.
Just apartment on lower ground, not whole house.
Nothing hugely problematic.
- Antreas (8/5): Very good -
- Neocy (10/5): Authentic Cypriot hospitality - Absolutely delighted with our stay! The house is simply lovely, providing all the comforts you could ask for in a charming and beautifully maintained setting. The host, complemented by the wonderful Mrs. Yianoula who takes care of the house, was nothing short of a gem—truly embodying the warm and welcoming spirit of Cyprus. The location is fantastic, nestled in a picturesque village that offers a slice of authentic Cypriot hospitality. Highly recommend for a genuine and delightful experience! -

- Konstantin (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy warm house with a nice view. Very nice owner. I bit difficult to get there with a car. Streets are marrow and navigator chooses worst route possible.

- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Perfection!!! The house was very nice and very clean. It has everything you need to feel like at home. House itself, its surroundings and amazing views create just lovely atmosphere for the weekend getaway. Mrs Yianulla gave us little present everytime we saw her (apples, caramels, sweet fruit...).
With little bit of driving outside of village you find many hiking trails.
Pedoulas has nice restaurants and supermaket.
