The extra touch of having fresh bread, bacon, eggs and cereal was nice. I didn’t get to meet the hosts but check in and communication was easy and quick. Nothing I didn’t like.

It was conveniently located walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the wineries in McLaren Vale. The house is lovely, so clean and it had everything we needed. It was quiet and I look forward to staying here again. Sithy and Brendan were wonderful hosts, leaving us a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and food for breakfast. Highly recommend!

We didn’t utilize outdoor seating area as it felt exposed and it would have been good if a fence divided the cottage from the owner’s back yard for privacy reasons

• Franziska_k. (9/5): Comfortable privat home stay :) - Absolutely lovely with everything you need. Clean and modern and just like a home! There were eggs, ham and cereal. Didn't had any contact with the people as I arrived around 6pm. Well, just a bit hard to find, wasn't sure which house to walk into. When I found the hidden door with the sign on it and then walking into the private property, passing all the private stuff lying around until you find the house in the back felt a bit strange and a bit unhandy for luggage. Also really disappointed about the freezing cold shower at night and in the morning! No warm or even hot water at all.

The hosts were lovely to deal with, always reply very quickly and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast ingredients provided were all the best quality and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could need to cook, including things like spices etc. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had plenty of extra blankets and pillows to make for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.
