• RUI (3/5): If price isn't a factor, I wouldn't recommend living here. - 1. January in London is winter, right? The heating in the room was terrible, it was very cold. 2. The Wi-Fi frequently dropped; on January 24th, it was down all day with no one fixing it, and my communication with customer service remained unresolved. 3. Contacting customer service through Booking.com via messaging resulted in responses typically arriving the day after the message was sent. I was extremely frustrated by this inefficiency. 4. I assume bread is a traditional British food, right? So why wasn't a toaster, a very common kitchen appliance, present in this apartment? 5. From January 30th to 31st, the heating was practically nonexistent, making the room very cold, which caused me to catch a cold. I am extremely frustrated with your facilities.

• Richard (10/5): I like everything about your service with exception of the car parking. I will choose your property - Everything about the service! One of the days I was in confusion about the car parking. I was told from the website that car parking is added but I ended up paying throughout my stay.

• Ayrton (6/5): Bien, pero sin nada que resaltar para bien. - Es bonito, las camas son cómodas. No había mantas suficientes para las 4 personas. No había jabón para lavar los platos. No había papel higiénico para el baño. La calefacción se apaga durante la noche. Las puertas son de un local reconvertido. Falta de vajilla para las 4 personas.

• andre (10/5): Best value for money - cozy studio in Chiswick - The owner was very responsive towards my chat. The sound proofing and other tenants can be a bit noisy when they are in the hallway.

• Michael (8/5): Great place, great location just needs a day of maintenance and new sofa/day bed - Location, ease of access … nice apartment overall .. good facilities A little worn, needs a refresh . pull Out bed broken, mould in shower, holes in sofa covered by blankets, main air con wasn’t working only in the bedroom, no lightbulb in hall light. Leak underneath sink. Pots and frying pan old and rusty … floor coming apart in bedroom no threshold between hall and lounge and bathroom. Flaking paint in bathroom Fire escape slats in bedroom not installed correctly. Sink tap broken

• Natalie (9/5): Lovely stay, so I’m going back again whilst I am away from home - The apartment is modern Clean and has good amenities Instructions on how to use the oven as this was a bit tricky
• Anlina (9/5): Superb - Great size. Had everything we needed. I had to make the bed for my daughter even though I had booked for three people. They just left linens in the closet, and they weren’t for a twin bed. It would have been more inviting and a nice touch if the bed had been made.
