• Aya (8/5): - La propriétaire est super à l’écoute et très réactive. L’appartement est propre et l’équipement est complet. Par contre, dans le lit en bas. Il y a des fenêtres avec pas de volets et un rideau qui n’est pas opaque du tout. La lumière de la ville passent toute la nuit.

• Katia111 (10/5): Małe mieszkanko z antresolą - Malutkie ale przytulne mieszkanko z antresolą. Ciemne, ale normalny stan we Włoszech. Wlasciwie dla 3 osób. Minusem było ustawienie wody pod prysznicem. Leciał wrzątek albo zimna wodą. Można dołożyć noże do smarowania i łyżeczki do herbaty. Mieliśmy pobyt ze śniadaniem, śniadanie to rogaliki, ciastka, dżemy, masło orzechowe. Była kawa, herbata, sok i mleko. Jeżeli chodzi o odległość to 10 minut pieszo do placu Galibardi skąd odjeżdża wszelka komunikacja.
• Agnieszka (4/5): Bardzo Trudny Nocleg - Apartament sprawiał wrażenie ok ,schludne i czyste . Mały , ale przytulny . Wyremontowany, ręczniki czyste ,płyny , mydło . Łatwy dostęp. Otoczenia ciekawe. Łazienka czysta , papier toaletowy .Śniadanie - szumnie powiedziane, ale włoskie ok . Zaczęło się w momencie korzystania z normalnych rzeczy w apartamencie. Pościel nie zmieniona, po poprzednich gościach , brudna i pognieciona , brak odpowiedniej ilości poduszek , woda cieknąca w łazience skąd zupełnie nie wiadomo. Najgorsza rzecz to łóżka , na górze rozpadające się , a na dole całkowicie zepsute . Nie było możliwości rozłożenia go gdyż było nie skręcone . Mąż gdy się położył to się zapadł . Skończył się na tym , że musiał spać, na podłodze na materacu . Całkowity brak dbałości o Klienta w kwestii przygotowania spania . Zapłaciliśmy za 4 osoby i nie mieliśmy jak spać . Spaliśmy w ubraniach i na podłodze, bo obrzydzało Nas położenie się w brudnej pościeli. To jakiś dramat . Fakt , że nawet nie było 4 kubków to też słaby temat .

• Iryna (7/5): - Близько до залізничної станції. Поруч магазини, тож зручно ходити за покупками. Загалом достатньо місця. Рушників було більш ніж достатньо, господарі з нами кокомунікували і в разі проблем швидко вирішували Дуже сильна вологість. Після прийняття душу ціла ванна кімната була в парі. Жодні речі та рушники не встигали висохнути. Сніданок був доволі малий, менше, ніж на фото. Нас було 3 та на 3 ночі нам дали 1 сік, 1л молока, 5 круасанів, 2 хлібці та джеми. В помешканні не було нормальних ножів
• Mariana (10/5): - La ubicación, a sólo unas cuadras de la estación central, fue muy conveniente para ir a otras ciudades como Pompeya y Sorrento. El desayuno resuelto para todos los días, jugo de frutas, leche, pasteles dulces y lo mejor de lo mejor: la cafetera KIMBO 🥰. Los encargados son muy amables y atentos y se hicieron presentes rápidamente con un inconveniente que tuvimos con el agua. Hay buses y tranvía a pocos pasos de la casa también, y muchas cafeterías y mercados para hacer alguna compra, especialmente cuando se vuelve de excursiones. Todo nos gustó, sólo que no avisamos que había un solo cuchillo que fue suficiente para cortar, pero si hubiéramos avisado, estoy segura que nos habrían provisto de más cuchillos. También un trapo de piso para el baño hubiera estado mejor, ya que tuvimos que utilizar la rejilla de la cocina para secar el piso ya que cuando se abre la ducha, hay que hacerlo despacio porque si no, la regadera se sale por la presión del agua. Y la cama para mis hijos fue un poco caótica para armarla, pero con paciencia se pudo sin demasiado problema.

• Scopino (10/5): - Lo staf genitilissimo, una ricca colazione. La posizione vicinissima alla stazione centrale ci permesso di lasciare la macchina e spostarci a piedi fino alla stazione centrale, piena di negozi la zona dove si trova l'abitazione in prima impressione non ci sembrava delle migliori, in vece una zona traquilla non rumorosa con gente cordiale. Nell'abitazione non manca nulla una cucina con due fornelli, micronde, frigo, macchinetta per il caffe, stoviglie per cucinare e una macchinetta per fare te o tisane 2 televisioni, climatizzatore e internet. Siamo riusciti a parcheggiare di fronte la struttura. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con la televisione la signora era disposta a venire alle 21.45 tanto che ci sembrava troppo chiederle di farlo e per il disguido che poi siamo riusciti comunque a risolvere al telefono non voleva i soldi per la tassa di soggiorno. Quindi cosa posso dire, lo consiglio di cuore a tutti persone troppo gentili noi siamo stati in 3 comodissimi. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

• Francesco (8/5): - Appartamentino pulito ed estremamente funzionale. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone. Due hanno dormito nel letto matrimoniale sul soppalco e due in un divano letto a 2 piazze nel soggiorno/tinello sottostante. Aria condizionata e silenzio durante la notte.Letti comodi. Frigo con succhi e latte per colazione+brioches, biscotti. Ideale per dormire. Si riesce a parcheggiare in strada nelle vicinanze e ci sono dei minimarket a poche centinaia di metri. Buona posizione per stazione Garibaldi e consente di visitare il centro della città se si è disposti a camminare un po'. Il quartiere è popolare e purtroppo Napoli non si presenta al meglio per la pulizia e la cura. Attenzione al soppalco se siete piuttosto alti per il rischio di toccare il soffitto.

• Ardit (1/5): The conditions of the apartment do not match the price given. - The landlady is very arrogant and rude with a very harsh communication tone, which makes tourists avoid her and not want to return again, while the beds in the house are very worn, broken and dirty, and for the price the apartment is asking, it is not worth it.
• Maria (8/5): overall a pleasant stay! - Nice cute space, very clean (the whole room was smelling good anytime) and the beds were very comfortable too. Tha place was really close to the central station and to the metro where you could have easy access to the city without any problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The city of Napoli was beautiful and we had a lot of fun during our stay. We would definitely come again :D Kind of a sketchy alley, the area around the airbnb was not the best one, but fortunately it was quite quiet. The breakfast was very simple, not many things to eat and not exactly what we expected to see according to the pictures. Lastly, due to humidity, there were a lot of little flies here and there, especially in the bathroom but there was nothing you could do about it, just that they were a bit annoying at times. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.
• Heather (7/5): Good - Breakfast was packaged croissants and Nutella.Coffee , tea and juice was all ok . Location was reasonably close to station, however it was a little laneway and back street to get to accommodation. Shower door was odd and hotter water would have been appreciated.
• Mehrdad (6/5): It didn’t meet the expectations considering the price. I would recommend to search more - Property is in a neighborhood that has free street parking. It was smelly and not super clean. There was no trash bin in the toilet. Included breakfast was supermarket croissants and juice. I would rather to not pay for this breakfast considering that breakfast in Italy is cheap in any coffee shop.

• Judit (10/5): This apartment is very modern, clean, well - equipped and cosy. - The host was really kind and helpful. We could go to the apartment earlier than 2 p.m. which was a great help for us. The apartment is clean, nice and cosy. The central train station is in the near, very handy for those who would like to go to Pompeii or Sorrento. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

• Oliniuc (5/5): I do not recommend. Very bad experience - The only thing I liked at the property was the water pressure. Too many things. I feel that the advertising was misleading. Those 35 m² are not what you expect at all. We came from a hotel room of 20 m² which was huge compared to this. Get ready to stay in a ghetto. The first time we saw the area we had a shock. We were even thinking to lose the money we paid for the stay and get out of there immediately., but because it was near New year eve, we couldn't find any other place available. The place was very dirty as well. First thing I had to do was to brush around because the owner hasn't done it prior to our come. The smell of mold was all over the place, they tried to cover it with some room perfumes, but the mold one was stronger. The breakfast was not what you expect. Just some cheap pastries, milk and so called juice fruit placed on the table that was supposed to be served by us during our stay. Even the coffee wasn't enough for 2 adults and 5 days of staying. They gave us half the quantity and had to buy more. The facility has a small covered window, that was not closing properly an felt very insecure because the place is at the ground floor and anyone from the outside could have opened it if they wanted. We had the same feeling as living in a damn prison. And because our stay was during the winter, the place was very cold during the night because of the broken window. Also, all the smoke from the cigarette smoked near the window, outside was coming in. We don't smoke and it felt awful. The only way to warm the place was the air conditioner placed at the top room which was also a pain in the ***. Due to it's bad positioning, the room upstairs was getting too hot while the one downstairs wasn't receiving any warmth and was freezing. Very uncomfortable.

• Jitka (6/5): Pleasant - The flat is very nice equipped,modern and clean.Looks really as on photos.Communication with the owner was pleasant,fast and without problems. Well,the location looks a bit dangerous and is full of dirt(same like many other streets of Napoli).The flat has guite solid walls,so when u sleeps upstairs,the noise from the street doesn't disturb you.But when you sleep downstairs,where is a window,it's like sleeping on the street-you hear everything.The house is not very quiet as well-during the night you are still disturbed by somebody with suitcase or someone arguementing.

• Stefka (10/5): Exceptional - An extremely kind host who has furnished the place with everything you need. A few minutes walk from the station and the center. Allow us a late check out.
• B. (7/5): Train station area - The location was very close to the main railway station which is very convenient if you plan daily trips to the nearby region. Not far from city center either and main touristic hot spots. It was quite despite a very loud neighborhood. There is nothing we didn't like per se but just a piece of information one may find useful. The neighborhood is a ghetto so be aware of it although we didn't feel particularly unsafe. The host has never introduced himself nor met with us but the whatsapp communication was relatively smooth. Also the breakfast was not what is normally meant under that term. Instead, once we entered the appartement we found a small table packed with sweet cookies, dry bread, jam and bottles of sugger saturated industrial juice (photo) which was supposed to be breakfast for a seven day stay. -)

Water was warm during all stay, the host provided breakfast and cofffee, and what is the most important allowed to keep the room until 1pm the day we left.

• Erika (10/5): Exceptional - We had a perfect stay at Casa Vario, the staff was friendly, the location was perfect for us (family with 2 small kids) - 10 minutes walk to the bus, train, metro, all in one place, 15 minutes walk to city center. In the apartment we had all we needed: AC, micowave, coffee machine, stove, kettle, hot water at all times. We loved the matresses, very comfortable, the apartment was quiet, we had a very good sleep. Breakfast selection was generous and delicious. Lots of small shops, farmacy, cafe, restaurants close to the apt.

There is a significant difference in the temperature of the upper level, in comparison to the lower level. Noisy entrance door of the building, you can hear il all night long.
