• Teobaldo (8/5): Exelente - Mir gefiel die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer auf die Zugspitze. Das Bett war gut, ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. und die Aufmerksamkeit des Geschäftsführers war sehr gut, sehr aufmerksam. Der Preis war auch sehr gut. Es wäre gut, wenn sie die Gardine verbessern könnten, damit es dunkler wird.

• Stefanie (8/5): Really great value for money and exceptionell views - The staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly, we felt well-cared for during breakfast and we were being answered any question with friendliness und useful information. A huge plus is the free parking at a parking lot just across the hallway, which was perfect. We booked a room with view towards the mountains. The room was cozy and cared for with nice hand-crafted details everywhere, which add to the cozy flair. I can only recommend the view, because it is exceptionally beautiful to see the entire mountain range from the balcony and when waking up. The mattrasses were really comfortable, too, and we slept very well. The breakfast also included everything you could wish for, e.g. freshly made eggs/omelette (you will be asked by the staff and the eggs are brought to you to the table - and they were delicious!), cut cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, cooked eggs, tomato & mozzarella, sausages and mustards, many choices of sliced meats, etc. There is a large terrace for warmer days that overlooks the entire mountain range and parts of Ga-Pa. There was nothing I was bothered by.

• Piotr (10/5): Piękne miejsce na wypoczynek z widokiem na ośnieżone szczyty Alp - Hotel zlokalizowany w pięknym widokowo miejscu (widok z tarasu na skocznię narciarską w GA-Pa), w spokojnym miejscu z dala od miejskiego hałasu. Pokój w którym gościłem był czysty, niewielki ale bardzo przytulny, z wygodnym łóżkiem i umywalką. Śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu, dawało sporą możliwość wyboru zarówno komuś kto lubi coś na słono, jak i na słodko. Polecam świeżo wypiekane bułeczki z jajecznicą na zamówienie! Do tego bardzo uprzejma i zainteresowana gościem obsługa. Warto było przyjechać? Oczywiście!!! Dość krótki czas na zameldowanie - 15.00 do 18.00.

• Jochen (9/5): GIGANTISCHER AUSBLICK UND NOCH GIGANTISCHERES PERSONAL!!! - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und sehr sauber- der Ausblick gigantisch, aber das absolute HIGHLIGHT waren die beiden Herren vom Hotel die uns absolut liebevoll umsorgt haben. Wir wurden immer wieder gefragt ob wir noch was brauchen, oder ob Sie irgendetwas für uns tun können, das wir Sie auch IMMER anrufen könnten und Sie immer 24 Stunden für uns da sind! Außergewöhnlich freundlich und nicht nur wie bei 95% der anderen Hotels so "gespielt!" BESSER GEHT NICHT! ICH HOFFE DAS DER INHABERN WEIß WAS ER AN DEN BEIDEN SUPERNETTEN UND AUFMERKSAMEN HERREN HAT! Es war Alles in Ordnung und die Parkplätze waren auch nur 10 - 15 Meter weg also kann man nicht wirklich viel verbessern;-)

• Semiramis (7/5): Vistas y ubicación espectacular si vamos para hacer deporte. - El desayuno esperaba más. Normalmente un hotel de 3 estrellas en Alemania tiene un buen desayuno. Las vistas y la ubicación lo mejor que tenía el hotel. La suit era muy espaciosa y cómoda. Los colchones. Nunca dormí en un sitio con unos colchones tan malos. Sufrí de dolor de espalda los 2 días que dormí. No tenía persianas. Para muchísima gente es importante poder dormir por la mañana y no despertar a las 06:00 de la mañana por la luz del día. Los colchones y persianas son indispensables. Los huéspedes necesitan poder dormir y descansar bien. Para eso son las vacaciones. Volvería si cambian los colchones!

• Martin (10/5): Maximální spokojenost a výhled při snídani k nezaplacení - Skvělé snídaně a ubytování je kousek nad městem. Výhled z terasy při snídani stojí za to. Ubytování je čisté a pěkné, vřele doporučujeme 8 na více dní.

Parking was by the hotel. Hiking trails start just outside the hotel and the view from the yard was nice too. The staff was very hospitable and the breakfast selection quite wide for a family run accommodation. We would definitely stay here again. The sound proofing wasn't the best. The quiet hours start at 10 p.m. and our fellow guests at the hotel were respectful of this, so our nights were peaceful. The bedroom of our room was on the street side and there was still some very seldom traffic noise heard in the bedroom at night too which may be disturbing to very light sleepers.

• Melissa (3/5): Tolle Aussicht, aber insgesamt deutlich renovierungsbedürftig mit viel ungenutztem Potenzial. - Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön! Die Zimmer wirkten sehr schlicht und eher dürftig eingerichtet, die Dekoration war bunt zusammengewürfelt und erinnerte teilweise an Flohmarktstücke – so, wie es auch schon andere beschrieben haben. Zudem ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig; bei unserer Ankunft standen noch benutzte Kaffeetassen im Zimmer, und im Badezimmer haben wir Schimmel entdeckt. Auch die Ausstattung insgesamt entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder vermittelt wurden. Das Bett war zudem sehr hart und nicht besonders bequem. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir uns aufgrund der bisherigen Bewertungen dagegen entschieden haben. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort – dafür war es in Ordnung, aber ein zweites Mal würden wir nicht buchen. Es war zwar die günstigste Option, aber jetzt wissen wir auch, warum.

Breakfast was elaborate and friendly staff. No hand soap in the dispenser in the washroom. But two small bottles of shower gel was provided.

Spatious and clean rooms, friendly staff and a very good breakfast selection. Good parking. No shops or anything near to the hotel, so it would be nice if there were an option to buy cold drinks on-site to enjoy while taking in the wonderful views from the terrace.

Wunderschöne Lage mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Berge, sowie die berühmte Sprungschanze. Die beiden jungen Männer (Rezeption und Service) sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, top! Erfüllen selbst „Sonderwünsche“ beim Frühstück 🍳 Danke dafür! Das Frühstücksbüffet ansonsten entspricht dem Preis. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett für unser empfinden bequem. Leider ist das Zimmer extrem abgewohnt und bedürfte unbedingter Nachbesserung! Wände absolut „dreckig“, schwarzer Schimmelfleck an der Badezimmerdecke, Balkontisch müsste dringendst mal befestigt oder ausgetauscht werden, ebenso die Zimmertürklinke, welche ich beim verlassen des Zimmers plötzlich in der Hand hatte! Das ist UNSER empfinden.

Завтрак тоже очень хороший, всё свежее и качественное, в красивом помещении с панорамным видом. Мы остались всем очень довольны. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, за гибкость и дружелюбие. -

Man merkt die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Den Balkon könnte man mit Fliesen etwas schöner gestalten. Das Bad hat ein paar Schimmelflecken, die behandelt gehören. Ich denke, um das Hotel schön zu erhalten, muss man etwas tun :-)
• Andreas (7/5): Alles in allem war es ein recht angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Sehr nettes und freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal (teilweise leider nur in englisch ansprechbar). Tolle Lage, super Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr gute Matratzen. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung, die sehr schön aufgeteilt war. Leider kein Stellplatz für Fahrräder vorhanden. Sehr hellhörig. Über dem Sofa gab es zwei Lampen, die nicht funktioniert haben. Der Schalter hierfür war defekt. Wurde von uns gemeldet, leider ist nichts passiert. Fernsehen kein Empfang von ARD, ZDF und der dritten Programme, Auskunft vom Personal -> ist laufend ein Beschwerdegrund, öfter an Hotelbesitzer gemeldet, interessiert aber anscheinend nicht. Der Heißwasserspeicher ist öfter überfordert, ist wohl eher dafür ausgelegt, dass nicht alle Hotelgäste auf einmal Duschen.

• Andrea (5/5): Sauber aber einfach & funktional - in die Jahre gekommen - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Es wurde eine Kaution von 50 € erhoben. Das Gebäude sowie das Außengelände wirken insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen; am Abhang zum Nachbargrundstück liegt zudem sichtbar Gerümpel. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet und entspricht nicht ganz den Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder auf Booking.com vermittelt werden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass sie sauber und funktional war. Etwas irritierend war die Lage der Erdgeschosswohnung: Statt eines direkten Zugangs führte der Weg durch ein sehr verschmutztes Treppenhaus und über mehrere Treppen hinunter in den Kellerbereich. Die Müllentsorgung gestaltete sich schwierig, da nicht klar ersichtlich war, wo sich die Mülltonnen außerhalb befinden. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für Gäste geeignet, die eine einfache, zweckmäßige und saubere Wohnung suchen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Ausblick auf die Berge. Ausstattung teilweise defekt (Lampen hingen schief, Löcher in den Wänden;etc)und sehr einfach gehalten. Kein direkter Zugang zur Wohnung die im Erdgeschoss sein sollte. Morgens ab 7 wird gesaugt etc.

Gebuchtes Zimmer doppelt vermietet, habe mich dann mit dem 2,5 × 3m abfinden müssen. Toilette auf der Etage defekt. Im oberen Stockwerk war das andere Bad, wo wirklich keiner Duschen möchte und auch nicht konnte, weil alle dieses " Bad" incl. Toilette benutzen mußten. Nach dem Frühstück kein weiteren Service.Der Mitarbeiter hat versucht die völlig chaotische Situation zu entschuldigen. War sehr nett, er macht nur seine Arbeit.

• Betül (1/5): Mixed experience – unclear fees and cleanliness concerns - Location and silence I stayed here for 2 nights and my experience was mixed. One important point to mention is that a mandatory resort fee was not clearly communicated during the booking process. I only received this information after the reservation was confirmed. Since the booking was non-refundable, this was quite inconvenient. In addition, no receipt or invoice was provided for this payment. Regarding cleanliness, the room did not fully meet expectations. There was a large hair on the floor and small dark hairs on the bed sheets, which was not very pleasant to see upon arrival. On the positive side, the place was quiet and the kitchen was well-equipped, which I appreciated. However, I was also asked to not only run the dishwasher but to fully empty it and put everything back into the cabinets before check-out. This felt a bit excessive and unusual compared to typical accommodation standards. Overall, while there were some good aspects, the lack of transparency about fees and the cleanliness issues affected my experience.

• Ronnie "TURK" (9/5): It was perfect! - The view from our room was incredible. The balcony and the seats on it were perfect for just basking in the sun and gazing at the mountains. Our bathroom was incredibly spacious with an amazing shower and the tub was so luxurious! It was so inviting, you have to indulge. The bed was nice and comfortable. One of the absolute highlights is that there is ample free parking right across from the hotel. We arrived late and reception advised us that was no problem. The left our key in a key box right at the entrance with a code and it was such an easy to enter. Breakfast was decent, simple, very Bavarian, and the breakfast room is comfy and also has a great view while you dine. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is not something to say I "did not like," it's something I think people who are not from the area should know: The hotel is not in the center of town, without a car you must uber or walk. Because it is at a higher elevation with spectacular views, getting to the hotel is an uphill climb. Just something to know for visitors. It IS doable, but it wouldn't be advisable.

• Simon (10/5): Truly amazing… we were lucky to get snow just before we left.. GAP under snow looks magical. - The view!!! The view was absolutely amazing. The apartment was beautiful. The kitchen was used and everything we could possibly need was waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, two very comfortable nights sleep. Lounge area was very comfortable, we relaxed over a drink and watched a few movies. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, tidy and fresh, it is obvious that our hosts put time and effort in. We turned up on a beautiful spring day… we left after several hours of snowfall. The drive into GAP from Austria was amazing, the drive out was spectacular! Love this place, amazing hosts.. can’t wait to return. Check out! I wanted to stay… but unfortunately we couldn’t. Honestly… there was nothing to not like about the property! It is the perfect place to go to unwind and relax.

Was kein Mangel sondern einfach eine Information ist. Bei einer Anreise mit dem Auto kein Problem ansonsten sollte es einem einfach bewusst sein.
