• Rebecca (7/5): Weekend visit - Location, affordable, had everything we needed. Was tidy. Cockroaches Front door was hard to open-Need to be told about turning key two clicks in the same direction to open/ close.

• Georgia (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - Loved the house and location. Great set-out of rooms and facilities. Couch and beds desperately need replacing. Bed slats collapsed twice while we were sleeping. Upon looking underneath, there were many slats missing and they weren't fixed to the bed. Rugs curled upwards pose a trip hazard for small children and elderly. A smart TV would have been great for those rainy days and although there was a good DVD collection, the remote didn't work.

• Meredith (6/5): it was ok - ok location There were 4 bulbs not working. There were no lights over the front steps so it was hard to get in as the steps were rock steps and very uneven so a trip hazard at night with no external lights working. Then the entry hallway light bulb was blown as well so very dark entering. Need to replace all these bulbs. It was expensive for what it was. It was advertised as "the entire house" but all downstairs was occupied by long term tenants with only an internal door separating them from us so I didn't feel secure. It was quite clean except for the long black hair I found in between my bedsheets. It was fairly comfy but you cannot watch the TV from where the lounge is so the set up is not well done if someone wants to watch TV. Its a bit of a walk to the beach- I thought it was closer. I didn't think we should have to put out and bring in the recycle bins (or get charged a fee)- this should be a persons job who looks after the property. The coffee machine leaked water all over the bench so has a leak in it and requires repair. Its just a bit run down. There is a small tear in the lounge seat. Very dated overall except the polished floors are nice.
