Clauxita (10/5): Exceptional - The place is beautiful with all necessary things, and Fabrizio was very kind and always willing to help us. It's around 1.5 KM distance from the Colosseum and the good thing is you have just at 100 meters a Lodi metro station and Lodi and Stanza bus station. We use more buses than the metro because we can see how wonderful Rome is. I really enjoy that it's out to the noisy downtown and it's a very quiet place. The apartment is bigger than I was expecting and that is good.

Németh (9/5): Well equipped perfectly located apartment - Perfect location!! This is one of the biggest advantage of the apartment. It is not in the middle of the touristic rush, but there are shops, restaurants in the neighborhood (tipp: visit the Panificio Ciro e Pia Dal 1997 to have your breakfast there), it is easy to get into the center (e.g. by bus 81, 85 or by metro) or to other parts of the city (e.g. by tram 3 to Trastevere). The apartment is well equipped, the washing machine and a full kitchen is a big plus. The weather was pretty cold, but the heating was working perfectly, I recommend the accomodation also in winter. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear the neighbours, but the house is normal and friendly, no extra noisy people there. There were just a few small things that can be improved, but nothing worth to be shared publicly. We definitely recommend this place, and we will prefer it ourselves as well, when we'll visit Rome again.
