• Matias (10/5): - Teníamos miedo a los comentarios negativos en Google (decian que era estafa). Pero la realidad es que si existe, y supero nuestras expectativas, muy cómodo, calentito. Y los anfitriones super atentos y amables. Muy buena ubicación!!

• Martin (10/5): Espectacular Condominio - El condominio es fantastico, tiene una gran cantidad de arboles y plantas de muchas especies. La pileta es hermosa. De noche el complejo se ve increible gracias a las plantas y las luces. Hay seguridad en todo momento. Todo muy recomendable. Solo se podria pedir que tenga aire acondicionado, si bien de noche la temperatura baja (incluso en verano) a veces esta bueno poder bajar la temperatura, para dormir siesta o tomar la merienda a la tarde.

• Clarence (8/5): Muy lindo deparramento - Depto moderno, lindo y muy buen equipado para una pareja y dos hijos. Buena ubicacion y tranquilo en temporada baja. La entrada esta por Adolfo Kachele y no por Camino Internacional, la llegada requiere mejor explicacion. Al terminar la estadia habras aprendido como manejarte en la cochera algo estrecha del 4o piso. Y si, puede estar algo helado en invierno pese al calefactor, pero hay abundantes frazadas y nos pudimos arreglar bien. Rodrigo responde muy pronto y le mete gran esmero a que todo funcione. Pero el ganado no engorda a distancia y la administradora Angelica puede que haya tenido un dia estresante. En todo cado les recomiendo revisar al llegar si hay suficientes toallas y papel higienico para no entrar en apuros. Estoy seguro que este fue un caso puntual que no se volvera a repetir y fue discutido en mas detalle con Rodrigo.
• Jane (5/5): - The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Terrible experience with the host - we agreed on an early check in, only to arrive and find he’d double booked us, which was infuriating and significantly impacted our time in Pucon. His ambivalence about the impact this had for us was the worst part. Communication and attention to detail = very low. On the apartment itself: it gets late afternoon sun, so it gets very hot in summer (no aircon, only a fan). The washing machine isn’t in the apartment - it’s separately paid and only available during certain hours.

• Martin (9/5): Cómodo y funcional departamento para una estadía en Pucón. - La calidad del departamento, la luz natural que tenía, el balcón vidriado, el baño y la cama. Es un monoambiente muy cómodo para personas solas o parejas, que cuenta con estacionamiento privado. Durante nuestra estadía (noviembre) hizo un poco de calor, y el hecho de no tener ventilación cruzada hacía que la temperatura del departamento subiese bastante. Es algo que puede ser fácilmente resuelto con un aire acondicionado especialmente para el calor de la época veraniega. Fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente.

• Gustavo (10/5): UN EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA TRABAJAR Y DESCANSAR - Depto. nuevo. Amplia y confortable terraza, muy limpio, con 2 TV y cocina eléctrica totalmente equipada. Estacionamiento un poco estrecho pero sin dificultad para ingresar o salir, seguro.

• Britt (9/5): Superb - It’s a new, clean and well-equipped apartment, 10-15 min walk to the city center of Pucón. The communication with the owner was very good, both before and during our stay. The apartment also has a balcony with some chairs where you can relax on or have dinner. I would recommend staying in this apartment when visiting Pucón!
• Els (6/5): Very disappointing - We met very friendly people at the reception. There is parking space and they willingly guided us to where we had to park. The kitchen is well furnished. That is all we liked. The appartment itself really did not meet the description on the website. It is really too tiny for 6 people. And is was very very hot in there. There is one decent bedroom, with a good bed. The so-called second bedroom is just the tiny space between the bathroom and the kitchen, filled with two bunkbeds. The third space is the livingroom and is so tiny that if you fold out the bed, it is hard to pass by. That bed is also not very comfortable and we lacked pillows to sleep on. We also had to call the owner to get the needed number of towels (which were then brought very rapidly).
• Marcela (10/5): Beautiful apartment. - Communication with the host was pretty easy and fast. The apartment was extremely clean and walking distance to a number of restaurants and supermarkets. I also loved the book of recommendations of what to do, where to eat, etc. I like everything. The only thing that was a bit hard, was to pay doing a bank transfer (instead of paying by card), as we don't have a Chilean bank account (we are Chileans but we live overseas), we ended asking one of our family members to pay for us.
