• Mary (4/5): Not worth the money. - We did feel safe in the building. And the water pressure was great in the showers. Liked that there was a balcony to enjoy a drink outside. Dirty and full of sand on the sheets in the master bedroom. Had to wash them before we could sleep in them. The small bathroom had door pulled off the vanity. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to walk to the corner market to get more. Broken bed in the room with 2 twin beds. Could use a coat of paint everywhere.

• Igor (8/5): - Výborná poloha pár metrov od metra, obchodu 24/7 a kebabu. Na nás nezvyklo tenké steny, ale tu je to asi štandard. V blízkosti Lidl, pekárne, kaviarne, všetko za normálne ceny.
• Росић (7/5): - Dobra lokacija, metro stanica ispred ulaza u zgradu. Čistoća apartmana nije bila najsjajnija posebno zidovi i pod u istom.

• Peter (6/5): Spent 4 days with 4 people (there are 5 beds), had a great time in Poblenou. Will come back for sure - Top location in Barcelona Poblenou. Many shops, restaurants, bars, Rambla Poblenou is very close. Beach in 10 min walk. Metro in front of door. Modern apartment with balcony, needs some touch-up. Only one key for 4 people. Lavabo in small bathroom broken, shelf in 1-bed room broken. Number of dishes and cutlery are at bare minimum for 4 people. No wine glasses in cupboard - in Spain! All showerheads need replacing. No broom for a quick clean. Refrigerator hard to open, it is installed the wrong way. Bedroom door to balcony is broken.

• Yi ju (6/5): 不好 - 唯一的好處就是離地鐵比較近。 4人，6天5晚，只給兩卷衛生紙，廁所無置物空間，反應住宿問題時完全沒有回應。。。

• Honor (5/5): Basic accommodation close to a metro and facilities. - The location was good close to shops, bars and the metro, the flat was warm, a good size, with tiled floors, bedrooms had wardrobes, and had a nice outdoor balcony. There was a kitchen that had all the crockery/cutlery items you'd need and white goods (incl w/m and d/w), and a spacious dining area and lounge with TV. Towels and bedding provided, full length mirrors, hairdryer in bathroom, plus some basic bathroom gels. There was internet provided. We were on 4th floor and there was a lift. It felt generally secure. We paid £150 per night for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. We arrived late at night due to planes times, and collected the keys from a key box, which is a 20min drive from the apartment. The apartment has seen better days. It was quite tired. The french doors were difficult to open/shut, mattresses/pillows not comfortable (very thin, no support), and the hinges on the cupboards in the lounge were very loose. The furniture was quite dated and worn, and sofas stained. The numbering on oven knobs was all worn. Personally not keen on shower curtains. The place could do with a bit of care and a lick of paint, a bit grubby. The internet didnt work for 36hrs, but the company did resolve it.
