• Olivier (10/5): Un superbe appartement à 10’ du centre historique - Un appartement spacieux rénové avec goût et bien équipé. Il est à 10’ à pieds du centre historique et à 5’ du tramway menant à l’aéroport. L’accueil sympathique. L’appartement est sombre (1 fenêtre sur cour et des fenêtres de toit occultées). Quelques odeurs dans les pièces d’eau.
• Tanya (8/5): The property was very clean and well-equipped. The host was very accommodating. - The location was good, although a little farther from the city centre than I anticipated. I wish I had a better understanding of the room set-up. There was less privacy than I anticipated.

• Claire (7/5): Great apartment , nicely furnished etc A bit of a distance from centre of florence - Apartment was fabulous, very spacious and clean. Host was good Wi-Fi good The outside of the building was a bit of a let down as not very nice, graffiti etc. There was a bit of a smell in the foyer of the apartments , like a sewage smell. There was no info/map on Florence in the apartment which would have been useful.
• Shannon (3/5): It was okay but wouldn’t really recommend the place - It was very clean The apartment lacked some basic needs that we had to go out and purchase. There were no toiletries provided, the shower pressure was very low, there’s no washer here (which in fairness I knew ahead of time), the lights in the hallway to the apartment would always turn off and we’d be in the dark, the bed on the third floor was uncomfortable

• Devlin (9/5): Really liked the apartment. - Beautiful modern apartment. Very clean and fresh. Spacious. Lovely bathrooms. Excellent air conditioning. Great location - about 15 minutes walk to Duomo and with a supermarket and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Wifi was down throughout our stay although owner did try to get it fixed. The apartment suited us as a couple but 2 of the bedrooms were not private to the rest of the apartment - would suit a family well. Would not suit people with mobility issues as a lot of interior stairs. Kitchen not well equipped but as we weren’t cooking it wasn’t an issue for us.
• Elisabeth (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful modern, spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided with lots of room for us all. Very clean and well presented. Great location to visit all that Florence has to offer. We found local shops and some great little trattoria's within a 5 minute walk. A 10 minute walk gets you to mercato centrale which is a great place to eat day and night. The host was extremely helpful, responding to questions quickly. Would highly recommend.
• Ellewall (10/5): Beautiful apartment in central location - This is a beautiful apartment, really spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and 2 lovely bathrooms. In a lovely central location with restaurants and shops nearby, walking distance from SMN train station, Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio etc. Great communication and directions from Eleanora. We would absolutely book this apartment again! Nothing

• Stefanie (8/5): Lovely spacious stylish stay with a fantastic location - This is a very nice stay! The apartment is really cozy, spacious and nicely decorated and stylish. The two bathrooms are ideal for a group. The host is extremely helpful and eager to assist and replies promptly. The location is fantastic and walking distance from all amenities and the glorious city centre. There is a supermarket right across the street, a cafe downstairs and nice little trattorias all around. Easy access with self check. Definitely recommended It would have been great if there was shower gel and shampoo in the property. There is however a supermarket across the street to get some. Also no kettle (there is a bialetti cafetière) and no iron or ironing board. The building had a bit of a sewage issue so somedays the smell was in the space but overall we would choose it again.
