• Magdalena_PS (10/5): This is a magical place to stay in the middle of beautifull Tuskany. - This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is magical, it feels as time flows differently there. A quiet village surrounded by olive trees, incredible tranquility and breathtaking views. The apartment itself is perfectly clean, comfortable and beautifully arranged. It’s rare to find such perfect apartments. Rooms are cleaned every day—which is a big plus. The air conditioning both cools and heats, the apartment is very comfortable. My only comment about breakfast is that I’d call it more a “snack” than a full breakfast. We missed, for example, fresh bread. But that’s just our suggestion—it doesn’t affect our perfect 10/10 rating :) It was a wonderful time spent in Tuscany. We’d love to go back there :)

The double room was beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished, extremely clean, and equipped with every comfort. Smooth and easy self check-in. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Everything was truly impeccable. The breakfast was good, but it could be improved by including more fresh, local products.

Nestled in a picturesque medieval village, it offers a calm and enchanting retreat with breathtaking views, a perfect immersion in nature. Everything is spotless, quiet, and well organized, and the staff are exceptionally kind. Breakfast is simple but satisfying. The self check-in made us feel completely at home, and it was wonderful to wake up to the birds singing and the gentle ringing of the village bell throughout the day. The warmth of the locals made our stay even more memorable. I am completely in love with this place! I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely return. A lovely walk along the ridge to Civitella. The good condition of the buildings, rooms and minimalist furnishings. Comfortable beds. Problems with toilet and showers caused largely by a local supply problem. Max was quick to respond and deal with it. Breakfast was a considerable disappointment, such that we had to go to Monte San Savino.

Soba se nahaja v prenovljeni in okusno opremljeni zgodovinski stavbi. V kopalnici so imeli mila za roke, šampon oziroma gel za tuširanje. Soba je bila čista. V namestitvi ni prisotnega osebja, vsa komunikacija se odvija prek sporočil, ključ smo dobili s kodo. Zajtrk je italijanski - na voljo so samo zapakirani izdelki (večinoma sladki), malo narezanega kruha in salame, ter kava, čaj, jogurt, mleko. Vsak gost si postreže sam.

Magari si può scegliere qualche prodotto confezionato ma di qualità superiore, è proprio un peccato, nulla da dire per quanto riguarda caffè & co...., yogurt, latte, salumi, ma qualcosa di dolce o anche un pane, non pretendo fresco ma sottolineo di qualità migliore sicuramente visto il contesto!!!! Desayuno un poco pobre… Pedimos una habitación de fácil acceso y nos dieron una en primera planta… no apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Pero lo sabíamos de antemano Deberían tener una zona donde el cliente pueda llevar su comida, calentarla y cenar. No hay un microondas o donde calentar algo. Una lástima porque les daría el 10.

Per migliorare l'esperienza e renderla coerente con la bellezza del posto mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare una colazione con prodotti del territorio di qualità superiore.

• Fulvio (10/5): - Il minuscolo borgo dove si trova la struttura è molto ben conservato, su un poggio con vista magnifica sulla valle. La struttura è splendidamente recuperata, l’accoglienza speciale, ottima la colazione. Consigliatissimo!
