• Fank (8/5): - De locatie is top, echt op een paar minuten lopen van de boulevard en de winkels, restaurants, supermarkten., wasmachine in de keuken. Grote koelkast met vriezer. Netflix. Smal bed, beetje stevig maar dat is persoonlijk, te kleine boiler, niet om fatsoenlijk warm te douchen, 2 badlakens, elke dag deze uitwassen is niet fijn, erg gehoorig, buren keken ook nergens naar, wonen er vast volgens mij. Badkamervloer, kwam door laminaat water naar boven.
• David (7/5): Very good location close to all necessary facilities and amenities you need. Host was helpful and friendly. We would sta - Location to promenade for walking visit to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Being able to wash bedding towels and clothes. We stayed 30 days and would have stayed longer if we had more time. Bus service is very good and cheap to travel to local towns/ markets or areas of interest Could do with some additional items for storing food, serving bows for nuts and crisps etc. The bathroom extractor fan did not work. Only one window in bedroom for ventilation.

• Martyn (10/5): - Location. Facilities. Comfort. I even went to IKEA and bought the same pillows and protectors when I arrived home. I will definitely book again.
• Tony (10/5): Another satisfying stay at Beach II - A previous visitor to this apartment, I've stayed in many apartments in Puerto Del Carmen but this is my favourite due to the location and being a very spacious apartment. The permanent residents next door or above are very quiet and respectful. I am returning to the apartment and will continue to book it if available on the required dates. Margarita is excellent to deal with and all the relevant information is forwarded to enable easy access to the apartment. Nothing whatsoever.
• Karima (10/5): - L emplacement, l appartement, la propriété ,la gentillesse de l hote margarita . Parfait pour nous C est suffisant pour 3 personnes.
• Catarina (10/5): Great Stay at Beach II - The location was amazing! Very close to beaches/restaurants. It's a very touristic area, but the apartment itself is quiet at night. Having the AC is great since it can get quite warm inside the apartment. Beds were comfortable but went with my husband and we thought we could join the beds together to be able to sleep together but not possible - minor detail. Kitchen was well equipped and very useful to use lock box to get our keys since we arrived a bit late at the apartment. Overall great stay! Google maps gives off the location wrong but we managed to find the apartment. Sometimes in can be hard to find parking outside the apartment.

• Lee (8/5): Clean, comfortable, ideal for a short stay - Very clean apartment with everything you need for a short stay. within 5 minutes walking distance to the main promenade. And only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest shops. There’s nothing to dislike about this apartment

• Anthony (10/5): Excellent apartment, already booked again. - Exceptionally clean, larger than most one bedroom apartments. Air conditioning in the living area if required and a portable fan for other areas. Terrace receives the sun in the day (January) Oven and microwave if needed, perfect location within a few minutes to bars and restaurants. Fantastic communication from Margarita. Thank you for the wine & water up on arrival. Nothing.
• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was utterly fantastic, clean and had everything for us,beds were so comfortable. Basically l can fault a minor thing the shower drainage hole was blocked. Nothing to big. Communication with Margarita was brilliant just to say Margarita many thanks for your help and service your apartment is 5 stars Just be careful of shower drainage

• John (8/5): Very good - No Meals included. Self catering. Facilities EXCELLENT. The property owner was very nice and helpful. Property absolutely spotlessly clean and tidy on arrival ... exactly as shown in the advert photographs. The Bathroom facilities were EXCELLENT !! The exterior KEY LOCK BOX was a bit fiddly and a small hassle to manage...but the Owner was on hand very quickly and resolved the matter.

• Elisa (10/5): A lovely, very modern and clean flat near the beach - This is a very clean and modern flat, very well furnished and in a good position. The flat is close to the beach and to a couple of small supermarkets. It is also close to many restaurants and bars, but at the same time it is quiet and the neighbourhood is silent at night. The flat has all you need and at the same time it retains a minimalist look that we loved very much. Good communication with Margarita, easy access to the keys/flat on arrival. We would definitely recommend staying here and would return ourselves. There seemed to be two cameras indoors in the living room/corridor. We believe it is illegal to have cameras indoors when you rent a property, and certainly did not like the thought of the cameras there, even if we imagined them to be off. We covered them up with a cloth as soon as we noticed them. But prompt removal of the cameras by the owners would be a better solution for future guests.
