The lights above the kitchenette and bathroom sink were not functioning. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. The window in the second bedroom was broken and wouldn’t close properly. Additionally, our room was right next to a busy street, making it quite noisy.

Friendly reception. Good shower pressure and really comfortable stay. The mini bar and items were affordable too! Unlike some places. Internet cut out, but that was a Bairnsdale NBN outage so not the accommodations fault. The TV could have been bigger, but that is really a tiny thing.

The main issue was the air conditioning—when turned on, it produced a strong odour of damp mould and cigarettes. The smell was unbearable, so we chose not to return for the second night.
