• Oliwia (6/5): Lokalizacja super, ale pewne rzeczy w apartamencie napewno wymagają poprawy. - Przede wszystkim lokalizacja na plus! Blisko do stacji, w bardzo dużo miejsc spokojnie można było iść na pieszo. Bardzo dobra restauracja obok Nie działający kran w łazience… po napisaniu wiadomości miał ktoś przyjechać to naprawić niestety nikt nic nie zrobił.

• simone (7/5): Confortável mas com muitas escadas. - O apartamento é amplo, confortável, limpo e bem localizado. O acesso ao apartamento é feito através de 40 degraus. Não tem elevador. Pra quem está com malas grandes se torna bem difícil.
• Argentum47 (1/5): Disgusting, Sickening - Абсолютный ужас. Если можно, поставили бы ноль. Но 1 балл из 10 только за то что квартира действительно недалеко от вокзала. Неприятные брезгливые чувства возникают с самого начала: локер с ключами пристегнут замком к решетке на уровне асфальта и на него писают собаки (на фото). Неужели нельзя пристегнуть повыше? Дальше приходится тащить чемоданы на высокий 3-й этаж без лифта. А потом мы вошли в квартиру, где в центре комнаты была куча мусора и брошенная щетка. Мы приехали не рано, ближе к вечеру. Кажется клинера уволили в процессе уборки и он проклял хозяев и убежал в ярости. Грязная тряпка от швабры с волосами лежала на комоде. Грязь и толстый слой пыли везде, следы грязной обуви на полу. Кухня неудобная, все шкафчики плохо закрываются, вся кухня в жирной грязи. Металлические детали в ржавчине. Посудомойка плохо закрывается. Хотя пользоваться посудой и что-либо съесть там вообще не хочется. В ванной комнате мебель разбитая. Унитаз грязный, не было даже туалетной бумаги (!) В центре гостиной не выключается потолочная светодиодная лампа, всю ночь горит тусклым сизым светом, как огни на кладбище. Прикладываю фото для подтверждения. При этом квартира сама по себе задумана как хорошая, просторная. Дорогой паркет благородного цвета. Окна и гостиной и спальни выходят в тихий двор. Есть большая терраса. Но тоже неухоженная. Как можно надо довести квартиру до такого убитого состояния? Хочется сбежать оттуда скорее, как этому воображаемому уборщику. Владелец апартаментов Joivy теперь заваливает рекламой весьма дорогих объектов размещения в разных городах Италии, а на жалобу, которую оставили по форме на их сайте, нет никакой реакции.
• Giorgia (4/5): Deludente! - Posizione ottima, 5-6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale Tutto come da foto...con tanti anni in più e sporco! La cucina dovrebbe essere cambiata perché usurata dall'utilizzo e dalla mancanza di manutenzione e pulizia. Lavastoviglie bloccata su un programma che sembrava essere solo risciacquo, cestelli della lavastoviglie con sporco incrostato, griglie e cerniere dello scolapiatti arrugginite, pareti dietro al lavello (in acciaio) con unto/sporco ormai impossibili da togliere, cassetto delle stoviglie impolverato e con residui di cibo di ospiti precedenti, stoviglie/pentole/padelle sporche, neanche un canovaccio né presine a disposizione, cassetti tutti impolverati (cucina, camera, bagno) come anche le mensole dell'armadio del saloncino. Viene richiesta la raccolta differenziata ma l'unico cestino dell'appartamento è quello del bagno - dove abbiamo trovato rasoio, cotton fioc, fazzoletti e filo interdentale di ospiti precedenti. La scopa che abbiamo dovuto usare era tipo giocattolo (piccola e bassa): quella "normale" era piena di polvere, capelli e non so cos'altro e non l'abbiamo toccata! Dopo le nostre lamentele, documentate con foto - richieste dallo staff - è stato rassettato l'appartamento ma niente di più! Quello che abbiamo notato, altro punto negativo purtroppo, è che il panno che avevamo portato, utilizzato e lasciato in cucina, dopo le "pulizie" era in bagno (stesso panno x tutta la casa????) e che un nostro rotolone di carta igienica, ancora neanche a metà, era sparito... Siamo rimaste estremamente deluse: l'intervento di pulizia che è stato fatto, con il quale non è stato risolto nulla, ci ha fatto capire che la normalità per chi gestisce l'appartamento è quella. L'attenzione al cliente non c'è! Abbiamo pagato oltre 100 euro a notte, abbiamo pernottato 5 notti, speravamo di avere di più!

• Franko (7/5): GREAT LOCATION, AWESOME BALCONY, BEDS LIKE CLOUDS, few things for imporovement - Top three main best things about the apartment: 1. The Location 2. The balcony/patio 3. The beds. 1. Location was perfect for us, a nice neighbourhood with great restaurants. The railway station that we used to travel to nearby cities everyday was 7min walking distance. Close to the metro station and 2 stops from the city centre. It was perfect all around. 2. The balcony/patio was huge and perfect. We spent every morning and evening there. It is a bit dirty and "unused in potential" but it was great. 3. I don't know what is the secret but the beds were PERFECT. We all slept like babies. It was miles better than my own mattress at home. P.S. Please visit San Giorgio Ristorante-Pizzeria that is in the same building as the apartment. It is family owned and they were perfect. Food is delicious and the owners are extremely welcoming. We went there every night because of the house wine :) Top three disappointing things about the apartment were: 1. The check-in fee 2. Cleanliness 3. Kitchen 1. The check-in: WARNING!! There is a late check-in fee if you come after 22:00. It was around 40 EUROS for us and it was a bad first impression of the host and the apartment. Obviously we were late because of the airplane. It said nowhere in the booking listing about the late checkin fee and they don't offer you a self-check in option with the lockbox or something. They tell you about the fee through messages few days before you arrive and that is something that should be displayed on booking.com listing. Really greedy practice, for that 40 euros they could have installed a lockbox if they don't want to wait for guests. 2. Cleanliness: The apartment wasn't very clean but it was acceptable. There was no need for us to clean ourself but still nothing special. The balcony and the kitchen were dirtiest the most. 3. Kitchen glassware was bare-bones, only a few small glasses and that is pretty much it. The kitchen furniture is really bad and worn out. Some kitchen drawers are even ruined from water damage.
