The apartment was very spacious, clean, modern, and everything worked well. Nikos greeted me at the entrance for check-in, was very nice & gave me lot of great recommendations for places to go in Athens. The area in Plaka was perfect—right by a lot of restaurants & shops. The rooftop patio was so cute with an incredible view of the Acropolis. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place. No complaints.

Etonnamment calme bien qu'on soit au centre d'Athènes et de Plaka, car il est dans une cour. Situé au 2e ou 3e étage en-dessous du roof top accessible uniquement par les habitants de l'immeuble. Nous y avons pris notre petit déjeuner seuls avec vue sur les toits de Plaka et l'arrière de l'Acropole. Le petit dej n'est pas inclu puisque c'est un appartement mais on peut acheter des cafés et viennoiseries juste en bas de l'immeuble. Il y aussi une cuisine dans l'appartement. Plein de cafés et de restaurants dans le quartier. Petites fenêtres qui donnent sur cour, mais ce n'était pas un problème pour nous vu qu'on l'utilisait que pour le soir.

• ANASTASIA (10/5): - Nikos , the host was amazing. Welcomed us in the beautiful, modern and well decorated home. Location is A1. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Beds were super comfortable. View of the acropolis on the rooftop was breathtaking. Definitely stay here, you won’t regret it. 3 air conditioners, 3 TV’s and two stunning bathrooms. Thank you Nikos for all your help with the restaurants, bars, markets etc. Can’t wait to come back! Nothing that I didn’t like. Just wished we had stayed longer.

You will not be disappointed. Mixture of photos in the information as there must be two apartments. We stayed in one with two double bedrooms but not all the art work. It was very modern, smart and well decorated. Clearly new. 2 smart bathrooms. Kitchen with good range of crockery and cutlery and a very cold fridge stocked with water and cokes for our arrival! One bedroom had a lovely high ceiling and a small mezzanine / study where there is a sofa bed: one of our children stayed up there so they didn’t have to share. She loved it. View of Acropolis from her bed. Fantastic rooftop terrace which we sat on after dark and admired the floodlit Acropolis.

Nikos the host was lovely and incredibly helpful. The only downside was that we only stayed 1 night. We will be back in Athens soon and will book longer next time.

The rooftop terrace with view of the Acropolis. The outdoor private patio with wet bar. The location is the best. Close to everything but on a quiet street. There is not anything I didn’t like.

Great location near the Plaka and good restaurant options. Small grocery store nearby was helpful. Provided several bottles of water. Cute rooftop table and chairs for breakfast or evening drinks with view of the backside of the Acropolis. Shower slightly confusing to use. Shower head had small leak.

You'll love being able to easily walk to amazing restaurants and popular sights. Even though it's in a busy spot, the room itself is surprisingly roomy and quiet, guaranteeing a peaceful stay. The room and especially the bathroom could benefit from some light renovations. For example, the shower would easily get blocked. Additionally, the pillows were quite hard.

Located right in the Plaka area, it was large, spacious, clean and had so much more than I expected. The outdoor patio was wonderful plus the rooftop patio and deck was an added plus. Great property all around. Only thing I did not like was that I had to leave, my stay was too short. If I could do it over, I would have stayed much longer. It was definitely a home away from home.
