Guest Reviews
- Aaron (4/5): - Spikes (sharp) in the outdoor spa where three of the plastic spinners have fallen off. BBQ wasn't working. Overall property needs a bit of work.
- tkyle (9/5): A lovely Rye holiday house for groups - A lovely holiday house in a great location, the pool and spa were perfect for summer days. The house had other facilities very suitable for big groups too. We were able to cook a few meals and then enjoy them as a group on the massive first floor balcony. The host was great with their communication and responsiveness. I would definitely stay here again when we're back down in Rye!
- sarah (7/5): Overall it was a good stay. House wasn’t filthy but wasn’t very clean either, cobwebs everywhere - Pool and spa were great The spiral staircase was dangerous for small children

- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shanshan (6/5): For over a grand a night, you’d expect a nicer place. - The pool and spa were nice. It is much smaller than whats shown on the photos. The house is really badly maintained. Everything is falling apart. Bathroom was leaking. Floor is very slippery when wet. After using the pool, it’s hard to keep the floor dry. There weren’t enough floor mats or towels. Kids fell very easily, even adults. The stove is half functioning even using a lighter. There is only one aircon upstairs in the lounge, the bedrooms are very hot.
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely and spacious. Jane was great to deal with. We were their for a family Wedding so great for 5 couples. Great to have a pool, spa and pool table also Nothing
