• Elina (10/5): - Lovely flat (very clean and warm), with great central location. We were with two young kids and found it very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Communication with the management company was disappointing. I asked about the Wi-Fi and had to wait two days for a response, even though our stay was only four days. We experienced a similar issue with the sauna—there was a problem, and again the response was very slow. Overall, communication could be much more timely and reliable.

• B (10/5): All my queries and questions with Topias were dealt with efficiently. - Neat New and clean No mirror, no towel rail, sink plug not functional difficult fir a woman to adjust
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable accomodation. Has everything you may need. Close to main area no more than 5-10 mins walk. Angry birds park 2 mins away. Plenty of cafe bars and supermarkets nearby. Sauna was a lovely bonus at the end of a cold day outside.
• Paul (10/5): Fabulous, will recommend to friends and family and would not hesitate to stay again. - Could not fault anything. Whole apartment is very well appointed, new and very comfortable, furniture and appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are high quality new and spotlessly clean. Washing machine is a great bonus. Location is fabulous- 5 minutes to main area of town with shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to Angry Bird park, 5 minutes to pickup places for tours. Beds very comfortable including the sofa bed. Tonnes of storage cupboards. Host - super informative, friendly and messaged all information before it was needed. Also was able to check in early which was a massive bonus to get rid of cases and allow to explore properly. Also excellent value for the quality of the apartment. Nothing to fault

A very quiet apartment, we didn't here any other guests/residents during our stay. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

• Anna (9/5): Nice spacious apartment in the heart of Rovaniemi - Spacious, well equipped, comfortable place in the centre of town. No option to store luggage outside of check in/check out times. This should be available free of charge. Also checkout instructions a bit odd - requested to remove the sheets, towels, rubish. Should not be asked to do that.

• Paulius (7/5): Nice and modern apartment but would not go again for the peace of mind. - Nice, clean, modern apartment in the city center. Was not able to reach out to the host. Tried calling, texting on the phone or chatting via booking app to arrange check-in details a day before the arrival however, he didn't reply. The host noticed my attempts to communicate but totally ignored them. We were not allowed to enter the apartment building event 30 minutes before the check-in time at 16:00 and had to wait outside. By the way, shortly after booking the apartment, I received a leaflet offering the overpriced activities.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Superb location, apartment is very clean and nice The host wasn’t answering the calls (on the number indicated in the booking confirmation) and messages. So, our requests about dropping the luggage remained ignored.
• Chilla (10/5): Exceptional - A great apartment which is clean, comfortable and fully equipped. It's a 5 minute walk into the city where you can easily catch busses to all of the main attractions. The sauna was easy to use. The owners offer discounts on tours that they run in the area.

The host is very kind; we received all the information we needed within a couple of minutes. The private underground garage is exceptional, and the apartment is well-equipped and clean. Close to the apartment (around 50m) is a grocery store.

• Yershu (10/5): Brand new and clean place in the center with easy access to almost everything - Hosts Topias and Joni are very helpful, prompt responses to any questions/messages we had regarding the property. Place is in the center, everything is in walkable distance (Bus Stations, Car Rentals, Restaurants, Santa Village and Airport are just 10 mints drive away. And most of the tour offer pickup services from the place. Super easy check-in and checkout. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
