Guest Reviews
- Fishpatti (8/5): Lovely place & very convenient - Very convenient spot & apartment was lovely. Info on the wifi & how to get out of the garage would have been helpful

- Lucy (8/5): Fabulous location, rooftop is a fabulous feature and interior design was beautiful - The interior was beautifully decorated and the layout was totally usable and conducive to spending time with my 2 close friends and the roof top was absolutely the cherry on the top Accessing the building was not the best. Stairs were annoying.
Neighbours stood on their balcony from 2am to 5am talking loudly as if they were in the room with me. Not great. Not something that can be controlled.
Fan in smaller room is noisy when on medium and ants in the kitchen
- Chloe (7/5): Great stay with room for improvement - The location was great, great walk to the Broadwater & local cafes. Easy parking & access to public transport. Overall the apartment was lovely. Bedrooms & living room spacious & comfy. We also loved the extra touches like toothbrush sets, cotton buds & rounds etc Unfortunately the building is quite old & would benefit from some TLC. The outdoor tiles & pool area was very dirty, needed a good pressure wash as it also posed a slip hazard. The tapware/shower heads in both bathrooms were very loose & coming out of their holders.

- Ness (9/5): Very nice and relaxing we had our 5month old as he has health issue. It was very comfortable everything we needed and ve - Very nice and welcoming Only cars are very noise

- Denise (10/5): Fantastic stay, all amenities were provided for. Just needed an Aircon for the 2nd bedroom. - Location location location! I was here for the GC half marathon and the location can’t get better than this. Hiking up the stairs with massive luggages
- Karen (9/5): Appreciate the updates to appliances, love the comfy decor and rooftop views. - Have stayed here before, always the same attention to detail with lots of extras. Close to shopping centres, restaurants and beach.
- Antonette (10/5): Amazing Holiday Penthouse Apartment on the GC🥰 - Our stay was amazing, the apartment was so spacious and modern. It accommodated for everything. The beds were massive, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, you name it they provided. The private rooftop made it all the more well worth the money spent. The spa wasn’t working but not a major and kinda what everyone else has said ‘the traffic’. I didn’t mind as I am a mother of five and can easily block out noise🤭
- Felicienne (9/5): Thoughtful touches and a lovely home! - Great place for small families and thoughtful touches such as baby bath wash and a baby gate for the stairs, also a basket of toys! We loved our stay here. Beds were comfy and parking was easy. The pool was a little dirty so we didn’t end up using it but we went in Autumn/Winter so possibly not as regularly maintained as it would be in Summer.
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with lovely views from the kitchen , close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean with everything you need.
- Leanne (10/5): Perfect Place to stay on the Gold Coast - The property was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
The rooftop leisure area was lovely and we loved the wrap around balcony.
Rooms were large and kitchen was very well equipped. There was nothing we didnt like.
- Camille (9/5): Superb - Beautifully presented, clean and great facilities. Comfortable bed. Ran out of toilet paper and no spare rolls provided.
- Peita (7/5): Good - Fresh and clean. The host was great, well put together instructions and photos for entry and departure.
Big comfortable bed and bonus little luxuries.
Good location, which suited our needs.
The rooftop was lovely to us, good views looking over the water and a great place for a glass of wine. Shower door in the ensuit bathroom, a minor thing really.
- Karen (10/5): Just tthe break II needed, thankyou - Lovely decor, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, pod machine was a nice touch. Access to rooftop and the views..awsome.!
- Oyunzul (8/5): Very good - My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse with private rooftop on the Broadwater. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful attention to every family member's needs such as providing facial cleansing pads, baby shampoo and shower gels, etc. the only downside was the traffic noise, but it did not significantly impact our overall experience.
- Bob (10/5): Outstanding - This apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and we appreciated the many little extras that were included. The roof-top terrace was a great place to enjoy the view with a few beers, and the secure, undercover parking was very convenient. Our hostess provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to our messages. A very minor point is that we did not have a key to the front garden gate, so pedestrian access was via the garage. Not a big deal at all.
- Colleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marian (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean, and the rooftop was nice The traffic noise. Also, the aircon hanging out of the second bedroom window. It rattled in the wind, and the window didn't close. Also, one patio door wouldn't lock, so it's not very secure.
- David (10/5): The roof top area is the highlight, great for people watching and relaxing! - The location of the accommodation was excellent, we had an excellent view to people watch from the roof and could see Sea World and watch the action on the water. The apartment was clean and tidy and was beautifully decorated and appointed. The roof area was the highlight, we spent loads of time up there, reading in the sun and people watching. The host was lovely and communicated with us well. We were allowed to check in early, which was very much appreciated. We accidentally locked ourselves on the roof after only being checked in for an hour, and the amazing host came and rescued us, which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Note to guests, take the keys to the roof with you! We couldn't fault our stay, we very much enjoyed it! The stay and apartment was brilliant, very well done and thought out.
- Flavio (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment right at the coast
- Robyn (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geraldine (8/5): Very good - The Rooftop garden. Lovely apartment renovation with modern flair. Bit noisy with traffic on Marine Parade.
- Cathie (9/5): Superb - The little touches that were provided - sunscreen, children's toys, high chair, great shampoo and conditioner, cotton balls etc - were so thoughtful - I have not seen them provided at any other accommodation. The upper deck is a great bonus with lovely views over the Broadwater. If you are visiting Southport to see someone at the University Hospital - this is a great location. Also close to a great little Italian restaurant and not far from Charis seafoods. Also Harbour Town! The only issue was the traffic noise - mainly at morning and evening peak hour - it was very quiet overnight.
- Linda (10/5): Had a great stay. Loved the little touches of all the extra essentials if needed. Would highly recommend to others. Owne - Very clean and well presented with a fresh beach feel. Loved the private roof top. Road traffic noise.
The flights of stairs getting to the apartment.
- Craig (8/5): Great apartment, excellent facilities, shame about the unexpected early wake-up. - Unannounced scaffolding tower being constructed early on Saturday morning. It sounded like a rubbish truck emptying industrial bins for 2 hours.
