- ROSS (5/5): Disappointed with our choice of accommodation. - Proximity to the waterfront It wasn’t as presented. The shower fixture didn’t work properly. The pillows had hair on them from previous guests. There was a general lack of maintenance.

- Cally (7/5): A good place to stay. - Really good location. A good safe and secure building and fantastic, clear instructions on parking and how to access everything. Some fittings and finishes seemed DIY and the cleanliness wasn't great. Mainly the shower grout and fittings were old, wearing out and rusty so it didn't feel really clean. But overall it was a good place to stay!

- Donna (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops & beautiful walks around Battery Point. Also having 2 levels was great as you can escape downstairs if you have issues regarding a snoring partner. An apartment where quirky meets modern. Great mix! The only comment that we would make would be having fly screens on the windows as a couple of mosquitoes joined us inside.

- Brown (9/5): Clean and tastefully decorated apartment in a fantastic location only 5 minutes walk to Salamanca! - This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Hobart! Only 5 minutes walk to Salamanca and close to town for walking to everything you wanted to see in and around Hobart CBD, or as far afield as the Botanical Gardens which we did too. The apartment is well appointed with a lovely outside courtyard to soak up up the sun on comfy lounges. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality pots, pans, knives, etc plus all the condiments, herbs & spices that you need for cooking / eating in. Complimentary tea and coffee was very much appreciated as was the soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc provided in the bathroom. The acoustic guitar got a good workout and was a really nice touch too, we will be coming back for sure! Can't complain about the place at all. We found the downstairs TV hard to get working but that was probably more due to our (lack of) technical skills than anything else.

- Desireeanne (7/5): The shower let me down and it was a big thing to me to not respond or rectify issue. - Location was excellent. Walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. Parking was very good as it was free, secure and undercover. The shower head was on a permanent mist setting. Contacted host and was told it is not adjustable but advised they would send someone which I agreed to and asked for ETA. I also provided video. No reply and nothing was changed. Ended up having to wash my hair at where friends were staying at Hampden. Kinda ruined the whole experience.

Highly recommend, if you’re visiting Hobart Bed was way to soft , needs to be upgraded

- Ian (5/5): not the best - We made our own breakfast, location was excellent TV not working for a week, cooker exhaust fan not working, washing machine filthy had to use laundromat for first week, lounge couch and chair uncomfortable, outdoor area wasted as no protection from the elements.

Cookware had to be washed before use, Courtyard sliding door handle not working so we were not able to use it, No hairdryer and bed worst we have ever slept in there was no blanket alternative to doona that was too hot. Remote for downstairs Tv not working. No coffee table. Has potential for small outlay but certainly not 10 as advertised
