• Darya (10/5): I would recommend it to everyone who stays in Baku. - So far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Not sure why they don’t have 5 stars yet. I would really recommend it to everyone. the cleanliness, the hospitality, the amenities, the location very close to the center so you can walk to all of the main attractions. But I would really like to point out the people who are working there, so for the most amazing people who make you feel like at home, always take care of you. I’m so thankful for their support. It was my first time, got the best recommendations what to eat and what to do in the city. Got an upgrade, so I could stay in the best conditions possible. Thank you guys 🫶 Now I know where to stay when I come back! -
• Elaine (9/5): Superb - The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because of the horrendous smell in the bathroom and even though there is a kitchette there is nothing to use e.g. pots, pans, plates, cutlery The room was lovely, AC was great, lots of toiletries and unlimited tea and water. The staff were amazing, so friendly, always making sure I had enough water and that everything was ok, lots of advice on where to go and where to eat (maybe in future recommend some not so expensive touristy places though). Honestly the staff make the place great. Not a complaint but be aware there are 8 flights of stairs to get to the reception/room area as it's at the top of the building. The smell in the bathroom was awful, I kept the door shut and the fan on during my stay. There were a lot of cigarette butts on the roof outside the window.

The room was exceeding our expectations, it was big and comfy with perfect view of the flaming towers. Everything was new and clean. Wifi was good. Location of the hotel on Nizami street in the heart of Baku is ideal. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel. It may be challenging for people with limited mobility. For us going up and down was just a good training.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had great time in Azerbaijan. 24hour reception made checking in and out at weird times easy. The hotel is located on a high floor, which means that it is really quiet despite being so central.

I had a a lot of luggage. Guys helped me.

The hotel was 3th floor.Inside the room have everything ( toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo,body conditioner) and interesting moments is , I think it is also for long accommodation because inside the room have big refrigerator washing machine and and living room. This is a Nizami Street(pictured), NizamiStreet is heart of the Baku, when you are coming from this place(pictured)and the guys helping you with your baggage. You are going to the upstairs and inside are very comfortable very well and upstairs is not so long, I like it. • Richard (8/5): Excellent facilities, perfect location - Property was excellent, well furnished, modern and very clean. Arrived back at hotel on second night, found others occupying my room and belongings I left in room missing and staff had no knowledge of change. Manager did not / would not answer mobile phone. When the manager finally arrived, he showed little / no interest in the fact that my belongings had gone missing. Fortunately the owner was very professional and contacted me once I was back at home, he listened to my complaint, investigated and has taken appropriate action vis-a-vis changing the day to day management of the hotel. As a result of his professionalism, and obvious care for his clients, I would use the hotel again.

• Cristian (10/5): Wonderful hotel, in heart of Baku - I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Baku. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything. The service was exceptional – the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. A small downside is that the hotel is located on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. However, this was not a problem for me as the Bellboy kindly helped me with my luggage. Overall, everything was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku! Everything was great.
• Fitoor (8/5): Very good - First of all, I would like to share that the staff is very supportive and attentive. They are well-educated and polite. The hotel is located on the 5th floor, and unfortunately, there is no lift/elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have luggage. Although the staff is helpful, climbing to the 5th floor can be challenging unless you are fit. Therefore, I would not recommend it if you are traveling with older parents. Additionally, there is no breakfast provided, which might be a drawback for some guests. Other than that, everything is good, and you can enjoy the excellent location on Nizami Street No lift / elevator and no breakfast
• 1979 (10/5): The best hotel !!!! - Amazing hotel!!!! I rate this hotel 10 points because the location, cleanliness, and renovation, the comfort of this hotel really surprised me 😍 The staff is interested in the guests, they greet you like their own family. You are the best!!! The only downside of the hotel is the stairs. But for me it was not a problem, as the hotel has a bug-boy.

The room are neat and clean. The staff is helpful and kind. It was an awesome stay at this hotel. There is no lift so you have to climb approx. 100 steps. Also, i think there should be a full length mirror in the rooms to make getting ready a bit easier.

The hotel is on the 5th floor, but the staff will help you lift your suitcases 😃😃

(best location in the city) The service was exceptional, and the staff, especially Ibrahim and Farid, treated me like royalty. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Baku! There are stairs but they have a nice guy Sefayet who helps you with the luggage.
