• Cristian Racasan (8/5): Raport bun preț-calitate în apropiere de centrul istoric - Un apartament (fost birou de arhitectură sau construcții) la parterul unui bloc într-o zonă foarte apropiată de centrul orașului Malaga (700-800 m). Spațios, curat, zonă sigură. Duș cu apă caldă cu presiune, paturi mari. Proprietari amabili, comunicam bine pe whatsapp. Am primit gratuit o sticlă mare de apă plată. Paturile aveau o saltea prea moale, pernele erau prea mari, prea înalte. Nu prea are lumină naturală apartamentul...fiind la parter e blocată lumina de niște protecții. Poate cabina de duș ar trebui renovată. Dar nimic super-deranjabil.

• Lukáš Kala (9/5): - The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. It seems the space may have previously been used as an architecture office, but this did not bother us at all – on the contrary, it gives the apartment a unique and practical character. The location is excellent, close to the city center, with a grocery store and a bakery right next door, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was perfect and smooth in English. We really enjoyed our stay. i missed the coffee machine (however there is moka pot)

• Liz (6/5): Great location - The apartment offered excellent comfort features, including a nice, comfortable bed and a modern, clean bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the air conditioning: despite the unit being located in the front (by the kitchen), the air circulation was effective enough to keep the back bedroom comfortably cool. Locating the property requires attention: searching for the apartment name ("la Victoria home") led to the wrong location on Google Maps; guests should ensure they use the exact street address provided. The presence of a washer/dryer combo was also a useful amenity, operating the washer/dryer was confusing, resulting in a very long, noisy cycle that ran for over four hours. There are important practical drawbacks to note. The unit is a first-floor commercial conversion and lacks windows, giving it a closed-off feel. We also found that cleanliness was an issue, specifically with dirty floors and cooking utensils. Furthermore, the high-end stove was too complex to use, even though there were instructions we were unable to use it.

Everything you need for a few days (for us 2 nights). Amaizing location, better than expected. All most Malaga attractions in walking distance, shop next door Lack of possibility of opening the window at the apartment to let the fresh air get inside. Didn't expect that. No window in the master bedroom. Otherwise nice apartament

Supermarket is next door, it was big plus. Apartment was super clean, fully-equipped kitchen, plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds.
• Arvydas (9/5): Everything else matches the quality and price ratio. - The location, cleanliness, and comfort were excellent. Close to the Gibraltar Castle, Alcazaba, and sea. The city center is also within reach. There was a lack of natural sunlight and the floors were cold. Suggestion to purchase and offer disposable slippers to tenants.

• Mariana (10/5): Perfect location - It has everything necessary for mid to long stays, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, A/C, laundry machine, dryer rack, iron, iron board, cutlery and crockery. No windows, and the ventilation is not good, but as long as you don’t stay much inside it’s fine.
