- Frank (6/5): Muss ich nicht nochmal haben, in Putbus gibt es auch noch andere Hotels. - Ich wollte telefonisch eine spätere Ankunft anfragen, was bei Türcode und Check-in-Automat ja kein Problem sein sollte. Die angegebene Telefonnummer gehört zum Parkhotel und tatsächlich gehören beide Hotels zusammen. Am Telefon war eine extrem unhöflich wirkende KI-Stimme, die mich in schulmeisterlichem Ton darüber belehrte, daß ich, wenn ich etwas vom "Hotel am Theater" will, gefälligst auch dort anrufen solle. Und ob ich sonst noch Fragen hätte. Beleidigt legte ich auf und schrieb via booking eine Mail mit meinem Anliegen. Die Antwort war lapidar, daß grundsätzlich Anreise nur bis 21 Uhr möglich wäre. Kein Wort des Entgegenkommens, wie man daß Problem lösen könnte. Als ich gegen 20:30 Uhr bei der im Übrigen sehr freundlichen Kellnerin des Parkhotels eincheckte, war das überhaupt kein Problem, also wozu diese KI-generierte Abservierung ! Das Zimmer ok, aber nicht besonders sauber. Hotel am Theater ist wohl die Billig-Dependance des Parkhotels, das wohl das erste Haus am Platz sein möchte.

- Christina (7/5): Für eine Nacht war es optimal - Die Flucht- und Rettungswege sind unübersichtlich und verwirrend. Man kann nur mit der Karte in Richtung Ausgang....
- Liane (4/5): Ernüchternd, praktisch, gut, wenn Mann einmal da war, kann Mann sich noch besser vorbereiten. - Für den Besuch der Lebensart war es optimal. Der Name ist sehr verwirrend, da er nicht stimmt. Es ist nicht wirklich als Hotel zu bezeichnen. Es ist ein Ferienzimmer ohne weitere Ausstattung, sauber. Alles automatisiert, Rezeption ist ein Terminal. Das Foto zum Frühstück ist völlig fehl. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, da es vor Ort gebucht werden sollte. Das war auch gut so. Wir sind in das Rosencafe gegenüber gegangen. Schade, schönes Haus mit viel Potenzial nur leider nicht aktiviert.
