• Kristin (10/5): If you want a comfortable stay close to fabulous food and away from the hustle and bustle, this is your place. - The location was fabulous and it gave us a more local experience than a hotel would have. When we went out for coffee in the morning at the local cafes, we saw all of the locals stopping in for their morning espresso and commuters walking by. We walked to everything and never felt the need to take a water taxi. The space was clean and comfortable for three adults. Matteo met us in a Campo near the water bus stop when we arrived from the airport. He personally walked us to the apartment, showed us in, and briefly explained how the amenities worked. He also recommended a few areas to find good restaurants. This was a wonderful experience overall. Nothing, the stay was better than expected.

• Rolf (9/5): Großzügig gestaltetes Appartment in ruhiger Lage im schönen Dorsoduro - Die Lage in Dorsoduro, in der Nähe der Ponte dei Pugni und Campo Santa Margherita war toll. Die Unterkunft war trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegenkommend in Bezug auf späteren Check out. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, zB um die Schlüsselübergabe abzusprechen. Es wurden mehrere Optionen aufgezeigt, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

• Wendy (9/5): We had a lovely stay in this comfortable, well-located apartment - Excellent location, very convenient but away from the main tourist tracks. Main bedroom was very comfortable, and the view from the second bedroom was delightful. Good bathroom facilities We found the living room rather dark in the evenings with 2 not very comfortable chairs. This didn't spoil things for us as we were out much of the time anyway, but a small sofa/comfy chairs and reading lighting would have been even better
• Mary (9/5): Great stay in Venice - Our host Rudi met us and guided us to the apartment, and gave us a great intro to Venice along the way. He gave us advice on dining, navigating the maze of bridges and alleyways, and airport transport options—even doing a trial run with us from the apartment to the pier where we’d catch the boat, and showing us where to buy tickets. He was a great help! And the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. A very nice stay! Upstairs bath was part of the master bedroom, so it was hard for the person in the second bedroom (also upstairs) to use it during the night. Not a huge problem, but a little inconvenient.
• Lucia (9/5): Un punto di riferimento per le prossime visite - La posizione mi ha permesso di visitare luoghi che ancora non conoscevo, di vivere una parte della città bellissima , ma non affollata , e di "assaporare" anche momenti di vita quotidiana veneziana. Il termostato forse deve essere tarato meglio. Il primo giorno è stato caldissimo, nonostante la temperatura indicata(19 gradi). Non è comunque stato un problema.

• Vesna (9/5): Fantastic long w/e. The flat was perfect and its location is fantastic. Great communication with the host. - Location, location, location. Close to everything and peaceful. Fast internet. What an amazing place to work from, great view from the smaller room and it has a dedicated work space. For us all worked well. As per photos - two armchairs in the living / dinning area.
• Ingrid (9/5): Wonderful appartment - The owner is such a nice man. He also showed us around in the neighborhood. The location is fantastic. There is a double bed and a single bed. We were three adults and the single bed was not very comfortable for an adult.

• JOANNA (10/5): I highly recommend it! - A wonderfully helpful host, with excellent communication even before check-in. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in. The location is excellent, on a quiet street, overlooking an inner courtyard. The apartment is located on the first floor, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay for three people. Thank you so much, Rudi!

• Alan (7/5): Good - Rudi was a very responsive host. The location was very convenient. The wash machine was useful. Some cabinet drawers did not close properly (they were on rollers). There was no handle (door knob) to the main entry door to the building.

The apartment is on a quiet street, 1-5 minute's walk from multiple campi, cafes, a grocery store, etc. but a good distance from the crowds and noise. Rudi met us near the location and not only gave us a tour of the property but also of the entire area. His advice and his contagious enthusiasm provided us with a wonderful welcome to Venice. "You are not alone here," he said on our first day. We knew we could contact him with any questions we might have. The apartment's photographs are accurate. Although this is a non-smoking apartment, cigarette smoke seemed to permeate through the floor from an apartment below.

• Olivia (8/5): Great stay - Great Location - Rudi is lovely! - Rudi was great. He met my brother and I to hand over the keys. We had a great stay. The apartment is very well situated - spacious with great facilities. The second bed was a little uncomfortable but that’s all. Everything else was great and would stay again! Rudi was also very kind and helpful.
• Doris (10/5): Fabulous host, wonderful apartment and ideal location. - The host, Rudi, went above and beyond our expectations. He met us at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. He helped carry our bags up the stairs and explained how everything worked. He is an exceptional human being. The kitchen and washroom were well stocked. The apartment was very clean, airconditioned and bright. The location was excellent. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. You could walk to San Marco Piazza and Rialto Bridge. If you have a hard time with stairs than this is not the property for you. That is the only negative aspect of this property.
• Dushanova (10/5): Perfect location for exploring the historic city of Venice - The flat is very nice. The location is amazing and the host has been very helpful. He even came to pick us up from the water station and showed us to the flat. Too many stairs, however, it's the perfect opportunity to exercise.
