• Mª Rosario (10/5): Estupenda estancia - Nos gustó todo. La situación, en una calle muy tranquila a un paso de la Catedral. Se llega en coche perfectamente y tiene una buena plaza de garaje. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para tres o cuatro personas, se agradece especialmente que tenga dos baños completos. Nuestro anfitrión muy atento. -
• PASCAL (10/5): Séjour très agréable proche de toutes les commodités et de la cathédrale - L'appartement était confortable,l'environnement silencieux bien équipé, 2 chambres avec deux salles de bains avec wc. Très lumineux avec une cuisine équipée d'un lave vaisselle,micro ondes,four électrique,réfrigérateur et congélateur. Dans le séjour, grand canapé,télé ,wifi avec fibre.Plantes vertes et bibelots pour la déco, le tout très bien situé, tout près de la cathédrale.Sans oublier une place pour le véhicule dans le garage sécurisé au sous sol, avec ascenseur .pour atteindre l'appartement au deuxièmes étages. Le top. Ce que nous pouvons reprocher peut être est le manque de vaisselle : verre et bol pour le petit déjeuner. Rajouter quelques verres à vin et une passoire.

• Juan Alfredo (8/5): - La ubicación inmejorbale, la plaza de garaje es un puntazo porque la zona es muy céntrica y seria difícil aparcar sino. La limpieza también muy bien y la cama de la habitación principal y la habitación principal en general muy bien Las camas individuales eran muy blandas. Tampoco había sábanas y las almohadas tanto del sofá cama como de las camas individuales eran simplemente un cojin, podrían ser almohadas de cama normales.
• Davide (10/5): - La struttura è in una posizione ottimale per la visita di Burgos, proprio a due passi dalla cattedrale. L'appartamento ha proprio tutto ciò che serve per passarci qualche giorno: ha un grande salotto (divano super comodo: ci abbiamo fatto anche un pisolino!), una cucina con l'essenziale, addirittura due bagni e due camere da letto. L'host ci ha fornito le informazioni utili per trovare il garage incluso nell'appartamento. I miei sono solamente dei suggerimenti e delle minuzie, dato che l'appartamento è già di per sé molto funzionale, quindi non è assolutamente una critica bensì una nota che vuole essere costruttiva. Valuterei di mettere delle abat-jour nelle camere perché la luce è solo quella centrale sul soffitto e per chi legge la sera a letto non è il massimo.

• Eduardo J. (9/5): Apartamento recomendable para disfrutar de Burgos - Vivienda bien cuidad para y adaptada para pasar unos días en Burgos. La casa está bien mantenida, bien decorada y con los servicios necesarios para disfrutar de la estancia. Importantísimo que cuente con parking en el mismo edificio, no necesitas coger el coche para disfrutar de la ciudad. A mejorar los utensilios básicos de la cocina, la vajilla es algo justa (tienes que lavar después de cada servicio) y por ejemplo cada vaso es de una manera, es lo único que desentona con la vivienda, y creo que tiene una fácil solución.

• carmen (9/5): - Ubicación muy céntrica pero el apartamento es silencioso. Muy limpio y camas cómodas además cuenta con un parking ideal para un apartamento céntrico. Sabanas y toallas justas, si tienes cualquier incidente no hay un recambio, no hay mantel para la mesa.

Emilio muy amable aunque hoy todo es a través de la tecnología no lo llegamos a ver pero comentando cualquier anomalía que se le dijera. Así que gracias. Volveríamos. Ah!! No hicimos fotos

• Paula (9/5): Como en casa, a metros de la catedral - La ubicación es inmejorable. A solo unos pocos metros de la Catedral de Burgos, donde puedes olvidarte del coche para moverte por Burgos. A los pies de las mejores vistas de la ciudad desde el mirador del Castillo y a solo 5 minutos de la zona de bares y picoteo en Burgos. La plaza de garaje es amplia y de muy fácil de acceso, con ascensor de acceso al piso al lado. Además de que las instrucciones para acceder al mismo fueron claras y sencillas. El alojamiento por dentro es acogedor y muy muy cómodo, tal y como se ven en las fotos. Las habitaciones tranquilas, los 2 baños completos con gel y champú de cortesía y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para hacer un buen café en la cafetera italiana (incluso café molido!!) o infusión. ¡Si vuelvo a Burgos espero poder alojarme aquí de nuevo! No es que no me gustara pero el salón, aunque tenía unas grandes cristaleras en las que entraba mucha luz, dan a un patio interior sin vistas. Con lo que teníamos echadas las cortinas todo el rato por la proximidad de las ventanas de los vecinos. Aunque, como ya dije, al ser tan grandes las ventanas, seguíamos teniendo mucha luz natural y las vistas las teníamos nada más entrar al garaje y a pocos metros del alojamiento. Así que, aún así, super recomendable.

The washing machine was broken and we were relying on having it as we had travelled for a month and booked specifically so we could wash clothes during our stay. Some noise from apartments around during the day and evening but quiet at night. Would have been better to have been shown the flat and facilities as these were not all obvious.

• Griet (9/5): - Het appartement is schitterend gelegen en je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats. 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met bad. Grote living. We zijn vriendelijk geholpen door onze host. Zeker aan te raden.

• Reinhard (9/5): Next to the Cathedral - The apartment La Catedral Home is in fact just a few steps from the Cathedral and thus optimally located to explore the old city center of Burgos. It is located in quiet surroundings and easily accessible by car. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. It is a bit old-fashioned in style but convenient. The garage is directly accessible from the house and really helpful in this part of the city. Contact to the host and check in was easy.

Emilio had clear instructions with photos on how to get into the apartment building and into the garage. He also have lots of suggestions on where to eat. I only wished we had stayed longer! Thank you Emilio for hosting a lovely space!
• Sandra (10/5): Nice apartment, hot-tempered host. - The property is centric, beautiful, and clean. We liked everything about the property. The only thing we did not like was the owner's bad temper after I told him we were waiting for 30 minutes locked inside the garage. We followed all the instructions, but the garage door closed too fast. We tried to contact the host for half an hour, and finally, he called us. As soon as I told him that we were waiting for 30 minutes, his temper was triggered, and he started accusing me of talking badly to him when he was yelling the whole time. I was surprised by his lack of professionalism in handling the situation with his clients. He also accused me of “pranking” him and lying when I was saying that we were locked inside the garage.

Centrally located and walking distance from Burgos Cathedral, Santa Maria Arc, Paseo del Espolón, and many restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and well illuminated. Emilio, the host, provided clear instructions to access the property and its private covered parking. Also, gave us restaurant suggestions and was willing to help us out at all times and make our stay pleasant.

• John (10/5): Highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning. - The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for sight seeing, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The secure on site parking was a huge bonus. There are no negatives to this apartment, it was clearly the hosts previous home and it still has a homely feeling. Being ultra picky I would ask for more pillows on the bed, but I am sure that is just a British thing, there may have been more in the wardrobe, I didn't look.
