• Janelle (8/5): Clean and comfortable room - Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No fridge in the room however a kettle with tea and coffee was provided. Great location, only a short stroll into the main part of town and easy access to buses and the station. We were on the ground floor but there was a lift for access to the higher floors. Breakfast is offered but we did not have this during our stay. Being on the street level we had some noise from outside and were unable to have our blinds open as you could see inside the room from outside. It would have been nice to have a fridge provided.

• Anthony (4/5): We would not stay here again as it was certainly not value for money. - Not much Bedroom very basic, only one pillow so had to ask for more. Only 4 hangers in room, front desk was unhelpful, entry to the car park was extremely small and we damaged our car upon entry. Overall the hotel seemed very “tired”.

• Andreas (8/5): Guter Standard, kann ich empfehlen! - Um die Ecke zum Casino, wir hatten dort eine Messe. Um dem Block gibt es es Pinsaria, eine Art der itaienischen Pizzaria. Sehr zu empfehlen! Der Fahrstuhl macht laute Geräusche die das Haus erfüllen. Wenn man müde genug ist, kein Problem!

Réponse de la réceptionniste: oh, il ne faut pas vous fier aux photos !!! Alors arrêtez de mettre des photos ou mettez également les photos des chambre moins attrayantes, afin que les clients sachent à quoi s’attendre ! De plus l’hôtel était à moitié vide ! La chambre plus spacieuse que nous avions réservé était donc libre ! Finalement la chambre a été changée, mais pourquoi une réservation doit elle se transformer en combat !

• Caroline (4/5): Disappointed - Location People could see in bedroom windows so had to keep curtains closed. Curtains were half a foot away from window so loads of light came in. Only one small pillow (but gave more when ask). Shower literally sprayed a little water which stopped water coming out of the bottom of the shower curtain which was ani e the shower tray. Big gap! They charged tax on a 16 year old which isn’t applicable (check in argued it was applicable on check out a different member of staff said it shouldn’t have been charged). Refunded after repeated requests.

Das Frühstück war gut geplant und das Personal nett Fehlende kostenlose Parkplätze, Zimmer Souterrain und direkt an der Straße
• Benny (7/5): - Goede ligging, op 100m van het casino en de Queen Experience Center. Vriendelijk personeel. Prijs naar 'Montreux-normen' wel goed. Kamer was wat verouderd, met een kleine verouderde badkamer. Douche in badkuip maar douchekop spoot alle richtingen uit, behalve waar het moest komen (douchekop vervangen is toch niet zo duur). Ontbijt was basis maar ook niet meer dan dat. Opletten om auto te parkeren. Ondergrondse parkeergarages zijn zéér duur en hotel kon geen plaats aanbieden.
• Davide (3/5): Non consigliato - L'unico lato positivo di questo hotel è la sua posizione: si trova a 200 metri dalla bellissima passeggiata del lungolago di Montreux. I lati negativi sono diversi. Il personale alla reception è poco caloroso. I croissant per la colazione sono davvero microscopici, e sono presenti col contagocce. Ma la nota dolente è il fatto che su booking.com la fotografia relativa al bagno e alla scrivania sono identiche sia per la camera singola che per la camera singola superior. Tuttavia in realtà, nella singola non troverete una scrivania come quella della foto ma bensì un tavolino basso grande come un figlio A4! Inutilizzabile per chi come me viaggia spesso per lavoro. Ho chiamato la struttura prima di prenotare ma al telefono questa differenza non è stata detta, dicendomi che cambiava solo la dimensione del letto. Impossibile non rimanere deluso. Ho gentilmente spiegato l'incongruenza delle fotografie al direttore ma si è limitato a dire che non era d'accordo. Inoltre, pur avendolo richiesto in fase di prenotazione e ricordato alla signora della reception, non mi hanno fornito la ricevuta con l intestazione aziendale. Peccato però che L'incasso delle 2 notti inclusivo del garage lo ha richiesto al check-in... La ventola del bagno (stanza 109) è fortemente rumorosa: sembra che decolli un aereo. In tutta la stanza come sono entrato c'era odore di umidità e di stantio. La finestra affaccia su un angolo buio, sporco e trasandato. L'accesso del garage è ripido e stretto, sono sicuro che molte persone non riescono ad entrare, e una volta entrati è molto difficoltoso fare manovra. Non lo consiglio.

The one on Sunday morning who complained about 2 year old twins who were making other guests laugh in the breakfast room. We were happily eating breakfast and the staff member asked to be quiet and behave our kids. But other guests were appalled by the staff request. He was very grumpy and made everyone uneasy

• MARGARET EUNICE (8/5): Practical, clean, and suitable for a quiet, restful stay. - It’s very near to the places I wanted to go to; especially the lake. Transportation is also accessible. Maybe there’s a need to put an anti-slip mat in the bathroom and enclose the shower area with a glass wall to avoid water spillage.
