- Demetrio (5/5): Passable - Surrounding neighborhood Black mold in bathrooms, moldy smell throughout the home (especially in secondary bedroom), lack of iron (as advertised), hole in the wall in primary bedroom (covered by picture/painting of Eiffel Tower propped on the floor), lack of space in only closet (standing in primary bedroom) as it was filled with towels/blankets/sheets, uncomfortable bed, fridge door does not fully close
