• Viktoria (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war super und die Ausstattung des Zimmers vollkommen ausreichend. Besonders praktisch waren die vorhandene Waschmaschine, der Balkon sowie die Wäscheleine. Das einzige Manko war, dass man von unserem Zimmer aus den Lift sowie andere Gäste in ihren Zimmern hören konnte.

• Bouille (8/5): Très bon plan pour une location qui ne plombe pas le budget. - Facile et bien placé. Calme le soir La vaisselle n’était pas lavée correctement. Première tache des vacances. Et des cheveux des anciens locataires encore présent dans la SDD. Nettoyage avant de l’utiliser. L’avantage était d’avoir de quoi laver sur place.

• Jonathan (10/5): Great spot for exploring the busy parts of Osaka! - Very roomy for solo travellers and couples. Has all the amenities and very close to Dotonbori and other hotspots around Osaka. Very spacious balcony and hallways so movement is not an issue at all. Very clean and organised place that feels like a proper apartment that can be used by foreigners and locals alike. Quiet area but close enough to busy spots that it never feels too isolated. My sleep was completely uninterrupted! Not much space for a lot of luggage and items.

Jn addition to all the provided amenities, we were able to get what we needed in the surrounding area. Not to mention the food choices that hit our marks for what we were searching for. Checking in and out was easy and seamless. The access to a washer helped our needs.

Although the kitchen is spotless, I didn't get a chance to use it. The washer, however, was a godsend for travelers like myself.

Great location to walk to shopping, stati - A good space, well equipped and great location with cafes, 7eleven, restaurants on the same street. Also only 6 minute walk to Hommachi station. Futons were a bit thin so felt hard for adults. Would be helpful to have hooks on walls in laundry/bathroom area for towels/clothes.

• William (10/5): Worthy and comfortable stay - The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Shinsaibashi Station. The area around the Airbnb is lively, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to many nearby attractions. The house was clean and comfortable, and the tatami mats were sufficiently thick. One room is larger while the other is smaller, but both are still comfortable. There is also a balcony. All the facilities provided were in good working condition. Easy self check-in instructions were provided too. The kitchen did not provide basic ingredients such as oil, salt, and pepper, so we had to purchase them ourselves. It was difficult to find small packages, so we ended up buying medium-sized ones that we couldn’t finish and had to throw away at the end of our trip.

• Sarah (10/5): We highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again. Thank you! - We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. As a family we really enjoyed how convenient it was staying here but also how quiet it felt. The unit was comfortable and clean and great size for our family of four. Our teenagers loved how close the 7/11 was. We all loved strolling to Dotonbori at night to enjoy the sights, crowds and food. There's nothing we didn't like about this property. The only thing I would say is the lock box for the rooms are on the doors to the rooms. Our flight was extremely delayed so we arrived at 2am very tired. We got in the front door but didn't know where to find the key lock box. We eventually headed up the elevator to our floor and found the key. It was more our tired brains from a long day of travelling but just something to note. Otherwise the instructions to check in were very clear.

• PEYCHUN (9/5): 房內是塌塌米的地板，要習慣看電視、睡覺和各種活動會接近地面。房間是乾淨的，有些之前的住客提到會有打掃不乾淨的問題，這次入住並沒有遇到。不過仍然是有看到一兩根頭髮遺留在榻榻米上，但還可接受。 - 交通便利，逛街購物也很方便，房內有洗衣機和廚房，這是我旅行時時常會選擇的房型。兩人差不多，若是三人就要大一點的房型。床鋪是日式榻榻米，棉被和床舖都很舒適，不會覺得太軟，但不習慣日式地板上睡覺的人可能需要一點時間適應。

• Jingjing (8/5): In general, my stay was present. Having tasted traditional Japanese living style was indeed unique. - The location is great. I could walk to hottest spots in Osaka on foot. I have never thought I could pick up this place by chance. The dinning table and chair were not very comfortable. If I sat on the chair, the dinning table was in my eye sight.
• Francesco (9/5): Great and central apartment for a family stay in Osaka. - Very central, plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities in the area, easy to find and access, spacious, clean, washing machine very useful. In general all good, one item that can be improved is that mattresses were a little too soft and pillow too hard.
• Silas (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Shinsaibashi - Everything about the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. It was easily enough space for two people, very clean, and the traditional japanese style was a really cool experience. The bed and chairs were very comfortable despite being different to what I'm used to. The staff were absolutely amazing, the 24hr support often responded within minutes and we're always extremely polite and happy to help, and they were very understanding and accommodating. The gas stove was really nice for cooking too. On top of all of that the location is amazing, you're a 10-20 minute walk from pretty much anything you could want to do in the area. I absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Shinsaibashi. The sole issue I had was a rather small one that could be easily worked around, but there is a rule that you can only use the pans they provide and only two pans are provided, so for someone like me who loves both to cook frequently and cook more complex dishes it took a bit of creativity to work around.

This was my second time booking and I will be booking again in the future. my internet did not work. But other than that, I was thoroughly pleased. They did offer to fix it, but it wasn't so important to do so.

• Ratih (9/5): Will stay here again if I travel to Osaka - Stay 4 nights in a comfortable place that is spacious enough for 4 people. Clean room, complete equipment. Strongly recommended! Comfort place, very good location, near the crowd of shinsaibashi but located in a quiet area

• Ainu (8/5): Un appartement bien placé et bien équipé globalement - L’emplacement et les équipements pour faire la cuisine, la lessive etc. Il manque un grand miroir dans la buanderie pour se préparer avant de sortir ; ce serait idéal de fournir plus de serviettes pour un séjour de 8 nuits (nous n’avons trouvé que 3 petites et 3 moyennes). L’état de la poêle et de la casserole est un peu usé.

• Adrian (8/5): Value accommodation - Host is accommodating and quick to reply. Short walk to subway and the surrounding felt safe and well lighted. Easy to get food with 7-11 and other eateries just round the corner. Overall experience is positive, however would have been more comfortable if the futon is thicker. Not sure why but the aircon controller is not easy to operate

I was very positivity suprised by that fact. The apartment was great , clean and had everything for your needs. You could contact the owner if any questions and they did respond in seconds. Из окон открывается превосходный вид. Расположение лучше и представить нельзя. Пешком можно дойти до достопримечательностей в любой стороне мира комфортно и без проблем. Также рядом есть метро. Поддержка на связи постоянно и отвечала на все вопросы!
