• Michalíková (2/5): Na přespání budiž. - Moderně zařízený, lokalita blízko MHD. Zprvu bych začala tím, že mám průměrně za rok zhruba 40 různých ubytování a to jak v ČR tak i v zahraničí. Ale žádné z nich mě doposud nedonutilo skutečně napsat recenzi jako toto. Chtěla bych upozornit na naprosto katastrofální komunikaci ze strany ubytování, kdy nemáte šanci se s ubytováním na nic domluvit. Vše funguje na bázi telefonního automatu, který vás po jakékoliv předvolbě odkáže na již zaslané informace a rozloučí se s vámi. Na zprávy neodpovídají a v momentě, kdy jsme měli ubytování domluvené na check in na 16.00 a přijeli jsme 16.20 a s ubytováním se neslo za žádnou cenu spojit jsem opravdu rostla. Nakonec se mi podařilo s paní spojit, kdy jsem ji oznámila že v zamknuté krabičce po odemknutí chybí klíče a čip od ubytování mi bylo po až druhém hovoru oznámeno, že se jim opozdila paní uklízečka. S pokorou jsem omluvu přijala a trpělivě čekala dalších 15 minut před ubytováním a čekala na paní uklízečku, která mi předala klíče a popřála pěkný pobyt. Pobyt by to byl velice pěkný, kdyby ubytování bylo schopno komunikovat a jejich uklízecí služby byly tak kvalitní jak tvrdí. Po příchodu do bytu jsme tedy čekali, že byt bude vonět, případně bude čerstvě vytřeno. Dočkali jsme se tak nějak umyté podlahy a nekonečného množství prachu kvůli kterému byla očividně paní uklízečka zaneprázdněna. Nejsem pedant na a nechodila jsem po bytě s lupou. Avšak všechny fotky byly prosím vyfocené v úrovni očí 160 cm postavy. Tak si obrázek o úklidu udělejte sami. Vaření v apartmánu jsem vzdala stejně rychle jako jsem otevřela skříňku s nádobím. A o chybějícím krytu na odpad v koupelně nebo roztrhanému povlečení raději ani nemluvím.

• Smola (10/5): Skvělé!! - Klidná rezidenční čtvrť, 10 minut pěšky od slavné vily Tugendhat, nový moderní dům, vkusně a prakticky zařízený byt, příjemný prostor, hezký výhled. Bezproblémová komunikace, check-in i check-out. Skvělé!

• Renata (7/5): Ubytování skvěle, komunikace v rámci vstupu a ostatních věcí nehodnotím kladně - Hezké místo, krásný apartmán, výhled do zahrady a pro me největší bonus blízko do nemocnice Vadila mi komunikace ohledně potíží dostat se do vnitr a když jsem to chtěla řešit, bavila jsem se s automatem a nebylo možné se dovolat, takže jsem hodinu stála před branou a dokola posílala zprávy nějakému automatu

• Gašper (6/5): Excellent location, comfy bed, but dirty... - The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of space, and an excellent balcony with controllable blinds. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the AC filter had not been cleaned. Dirty, oil‑stained dishes were left in a kitchen drawer. For the price we paid, the overall cleanliness could have been better. We also had a problem with parking: someone parked in our designated spot. We called the hotline, but no one answered, which we found unacceptable. Although the owner was helpful and contacted management, we would appreciate speaking directly with someone who can handle the situation.

• Juliane (5/5): Wunderbares Appartment, aber sehr schlecht geputzt - Lage top, Einrichtung stilvoll Extrem schlecht gereinigt - sehr unhygienisch (viele Haare im Abfluss und Dusche verstopft, Dusche schon wochenlang nicht mehr gereinigt, klebrige Flüssigkeit auf Boden neben Bett, fettiger Backofen, unsaubere Glasflächen) - Besitzer reagiert erst nach 18 Stunden auf Beschwerde! Und das scheint schon lange so zu sein - lesen Sie die Bewertungen. Unverschämt für das Geld!
• Robert (9/5): Świetne studio w dobrej lokalizacji - Świetne mieszkanie w dogodnym miejscu. Z panoramicznych okien widoczna zieleń, do starego miasta ledwie 10min pieszo. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone i umeblowane bez kiczu. Nie było to mieszkanie które wygląda jedynie dobrze na zdjęciach, co bardzo cenię. Trzeba spać z zamkniętymi oknami (na szczęście klima daje radę), bo pomimo spokojnej okolicy to przejeżdżające tramwaje robią sporo hałasu przez co się wybudzałem

• Andrea (9/5): - Apartmán bol veľmi pekný, čistý a útulný, bolo tam všetko, čo sme potrebovali. Vzdialenosť od centra primeraná. Mali sme trochu problém s komlikovanejším prebratím kľúčov a zaparkovaím auta, nakoľko tam nie je recepcia, všetko funguje cez schránky a kódy. Komplikovaný prístup a prevzatie kľúčov cez schránky a kódy, nakoľko tam nebola recepcia. Pred príchodom sme mali otázku a keďže ubytovanie nemá recepciu, odpoveď prišla z automatu a v podstate žiadna. Žiadna odpoveď na našu otázku. Taktiež cena bola zbytočne navýšená.

Impressed by the interior, the convenience of self-check-in, clear instructions. The presence of a balcony is a big plus! Disappointingly, despite the promised soundproofing, we experienced noise from the tram line and neighbors. We specifically chose this option using filters, so it was quite disappointing. Additional downside - the bedding had holes and stains, leaving a negative impression.

• Péter (10/5): Great place to spend some time in Brno. - The apartment can be found in a quiet place. The parking place belongs to the flat, that is a huge help. We had a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need to care for yourself. There was enough room in the wardrobe for the clothes.

• Mindler (8/5): Very good - Walter was really nice, communication was easy and check in was uncomplicated. The apartment is clean, cozy and quiet. Location is very good, not in the busy historical center, but still within walking distance. Some minor inconveniences, e.g. paying in cash is the only option, broken toliet seat, no microwave in the apartment.

• Giggi (10/5): Perfect stay! - Everything was perfect. The apartment is really nice and modern. The host is really friendly, efficient and accommodating. He even allowed us for a late checkout as our flight was later in the evening. I would definitely recommend this and I will be back when I need a place in Brno. Nothing everything was great!
