• Shantel (10/5): Fabulous apartment and host. - The apartment was very clean and was in a fantastic location. Didn't have a living room to hang out but we made do with the kitchen.
• Raymond (10/5): Great location, very nice facilities. Easy access and exit. - Well appointed, clean and quality facilities. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the building has an elevator. The location is easy to get to from the airport as the T2 tram stops litterally across the street. This tram stop also links you to the entire public transport system of Florence and the main train station. The street the apartment is on is great because, while the apartment is in a quiet part of the street the street goes all the way to the old town and close to most historic sites. While the bedrooms and washrooms have plenty of room and the kitchen is adequet size, there is little other common space. This is minor based on all of the other features.

Oldukça temizdi. Konumdan şüpheliydik ama merkezden yürüyerek oldukça yakındı ve güvenli bir bölgeydi sorun yaşamadık, ayrıca tramvaya çok yakındı tren istasyonuna kolayca gidebildik. Tekrar floransaya gelirsem burada kalmak isterim Tek kötü yanı oda biraz havasızdı, havalandırmaya çok vaktimiz olmadığı için tek kötü yanı buydu, ama sorun değil kolayca halledilir

Alles in Allem eine traumhaft saubere, schöne Wohnung (für 4 Menschen ausreichend Platz), für Menschen, die gut zu Fuß sind - alle Hotspots in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen aber auch die Straßenbahn ist vorm Haus. Hier gibt es absolut nichts, was bemängelt werden kann!

O endereço diz numero 106 preto porém o google nos levou para um numero 106 comercial!! Essa parte foi ruim pois estávamos carregados com bagagens! Como não somos locais não sabemos dessa distinção entre os predios comerciais e residenciais! De resto foi tudo bom!

• Mark (8/5): Definitely a great value for the location and how clean it is! - The location was great! The unit was very clean and the manager/owner was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t realize the unit did not have a living room. (That is our fault. We assumed all multi bedroom units had living rooms.) The only place for 2 couples to sit and visit together is the dining table in the kitchen.

I don't have anything negative to say about the apartment or Kinga. The location is good, but a bit far for my elderly mom and her friend to walk to. There is transportation nearby, but we had some difficulty finding the right bus stop (because there are 3 different San Marco stops all near each other). Also, be aware there are two addresses, one business and one residential, double check when using Google Maps.

• Sherri (9/5): Superb - First ~ I want to thank our host for providing a clean and wonderful place to stay. We booked this space several months ago, and they ALWAYS answered any of my questions in a timely manner. The rooms had plenty of storage and space. The mattress was a bit firm for our preference, but other than that ~ wonderful! This space worked well as we were traveling with friends and we each had our own private bathroom. The only common space is the kitchen (it was small but well appointed), but when in Florence do you really spend much time at the place you are staying??
• Thuy (10/5): It was a wonderful stay for our 2 days at Florence. We would definitely stay there again - The rooms are spacious, clean with a lot of storages. The area feels quite safe. The owner is very helpful. The little attention of 4 water bottles in the fridge is quite appreciated. The lift is very narrow and small. The location is a bit far from main attractions, but it is not a major problem.

Mattress was very firm, made sleeping very uncomfortable all night. Kitchen had everything you need. Would have given a 10 except for the mattress issue Mattress. A bit pricey, for being outside of the square.

It was very clean and modern. Host communication was wonderful! We lost water the morning we were leaving. No fault of the owner but was slightly inconvenient.

Host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Plenty of restaurants and shops along the walk to central Florence. bit of a walk to get to Piazza del Duomo and there was a lot of construction in the area as they expand the rail system. Was tough to figure out how to get the car to the front of the hotel to drop luggage because of the construction around the Piazza della Liberte.
• Wen (8/5): A very enjoyable apartment if you have your own transportation. - The property is well equipped and looks luxurious. Everything is available and nicely organized. We particularly like the separate kitchen and dinning room. The only problem is its location. We could reach it by a taxi from the train station, but no taxi wanted to come to pick up us when we were leaving. There were no taxi stops nearby either. We ended up walking and dragging our luggage a long way back to the train station.

Kinga is most accommodating and kind and the locat - Kinga was very accommodating and patient in directing us to Kinga Cavour when our map app tried taking us to a different location and did not provide the ZTL for parking. The accommodations were well appointed, exceptionally clean, close proximity to everything including a great bar for morning coffee, and secure. I have no issues with this property.

Beautifully decorated and centrally located, it is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay there - right down to the disposable slippers for your tired feet! The apartment has a TV (with streaming), ironing facilities, coffee machine, dishwasher and more. It is within easy walking distance to all the historical sites as well as awesome shopping and restaurants. Kinga was a pleasure to correspond with and a great host. Very comfortable for 4 people. The location was perfect with the bus stop right across the street. Within a few stops of the city center, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Kinga, the host was available to answer any questions and gave us the flexibility we needed and we “thank” her for that! We will, without a doubt, when we return to Florence, stay here :) There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
