• Helene (5/5): Für 2 Tage ok, aber mehr nicht - Die Lage, der Aufzug Das Bett zu klein, alle Wasserhahne tropften, ebenfalls die Toilette. Keine Anleitung für den TV.

• Marine.99 (5/5): Het was oké - De eigenaars waren vriendelijk, flexibel en reageerden snel. Ze gaven zeer duidelijke instructies. Het appartement bevindt zich in een groot oud appartementsblok, het gaf wat sociale woningvibes. Het appartement was zeer klein en bij inkomst in het appartement kom je meteen in de slaapkamer terecht. Het was oud en niet zo proper. Er is een grote parking, maar nog te klein voor alle mensen uit de appartementsblokken rondom ons. Bij gebrek aan plaats stonden wij s nachts dan op een parkeerplek waar wij maximum 15min mogen staan en een buur deed snel moeilijk. Het was oké voor een weekend maar ik zou volgende keer een andere slaapplek verkiezen.

• Nikolay (2/5): Very poor - Location Keep in mind that: 1) bed linen and towels are not provided 2) room cleaning is not included in the price 3) there was a glitch in my case and the information on how to get the room key and existing room restrictions did not arrive. I had to call the host and already found myself near the closed door in the room I found that the bed linen and towels are not there at all. 4) Since the room is cleaned by the previous guests (if you are lucky) you may also encounter the absence of cleaning products or toilet paper.
• Alina (6/5): Pleasant - This apartment is actually big enough. Was really clean and looked exactly as on the photos. Everything in the kitchen is functional. It's not far from the beach, about 10 minutes of walk. Huge TV and good internet connection. Unfortunately, there were several mistakes in the location description. The owner didn't pick up the phone. So it was a kind of quest to realize which apartment we have and how to get in. Afterward, we could get in touch with the owner. One more thing that disappointed us. Only in the message with the location description (after payment and reservation confirmation, which is not refundable) the owner informed us that there will be no lining provided. As we were already on the way to the point, we had to arrange it on the way(((. This information wasn't given by booking before.
• Ashok (1/5): Room & bathroom was smelling becouse they never make cleaning, bed is uncomfort and full of dirt. - I like the location. Cleaning is Worst, room was smelling very bad. Owner seems never visit to take care of facilities.
• Efim (4/5): Disappointing - play ground football/ basketball track long tennis court Spent close to 2h on street trying to got instruction about how to find and open apartment . Instruction with details was not sent to me(I do know it was done by mistake or not , but owner told me that all details was sent to my mail day before). apartment owner does not speak English and was not answering on calls and mails during this time. only one way to communicate was sms, instruction was sending to me by small portions and contained some confusion information(like building name(buildings do not have numbers but names ) was translated by owner to English but in reality all names/addresses are written on buildings in Belgian), for each step I had to ask about instruction separately : what is the address/ what is lock box code/ how to open gate/ wifi password apparent was not prepared for gests. ex: there were no trash bags in bin, we had to open all kitchen boxes to find them all staff was putted to second level on bunk bed no towels, it was not mentioned in apartment description bed sheets was not provided and again it was not mentioned in apartment description looks like that we was first gests after long winter vacation and apparent was not prepared properly after checkout I got sms that apartment was not cleared by us, but we always clean after ourself, wash the dishes, put all things on original places.
• Talmiz (8/5): good for short term vacation. close to the beach - It is located in the peaceful area. the studio was equipped with all essential appliances. good for short term vacations for 2-3 people. To search for the right residence was quite a task. also to enter inside the residence the parking entrance gate was not opening automatically.
