Gutestierna (7/5): Helt ok - Fint och bekvämt Grannarna över hade fest varje natt fram till 08.00 på morgonen. Tips är att skaffa dynor till utemöblerna som var placerade i vardagsrummet.

Elizabeth Mercedes (5/5): Deprimente pese a la zona y el valor - Es un departamento cómodo. El patio-terraza es cómodo. La limpieza fue buena. Tiene lo justo. La zona es buena. No repetiría. Lamentablemente tengo mas cosas negativas para decir que positivase. Es la primera vez que me pasa…. Vecindad ruidosa El aire es central se corta cada un Máximo de 4 horas y hay que volver a programarlo. El aire es centralizado y afecta a todos los ambientes o sea que si uno no quiere tiene que soportarlo por el otro, o al revés. La cocina no tiene los elementos suficientes como sartenes, hervidor de agua en buen estado, ni hay juguera ni licuadora, los pedí y no me los trajeron. Las cortinas no son oscuras así que la claridad te despierta. La decoración es muy deprimente. Esta todo muy descuidado, da aspecto de abandono y dejadez en algunos sectores, como el sillón que da asco…. No repetiria ya que es muy caro para lo que es en realidad.
