• Zoe (10/5): Home away from home. - The property was so open and spacious, it’s had everything you could need, a home away from home. The beds were very comfy, the views were amazing, and everywhere was spotlessly clean! Close to many beaches, shops and restaurants, we had a lovely little family get away. Host was brilliant, very helpful, great communication. Couldn’t fault this property or location.

• Ong (8/5): We had a great short stay with family. A very comfortable, spacious & modern house with great views. - Size, spacious, nice furnishings and views. Having to climb stairs to get up to the house each time.

• Lee (9/5): Great place and I was able to rent for 1 night.a lot on places wanted 2 night minimum - open plan living, lots of ceiling fans, AC worked well. Kitchen was good and I was able to make a cup of tea in the morning as the host had left milk and tea. I liked the place.

• Melanie (10/5): Fantastic girls night away - I organised a girls night away for my sister’s 50th Birthday at Cosy retreat beach house and we had the best time. The house was so comfortable, clean and in a great location.

Fireplace , big open area , great views , the position of the house was great … it really was a wonderful property It really was an amazing property … so this is a very very small thing …. There was no sugar for coffee and tea and there could have been a bigger milk carton as there was 3 of us staying.

• Denise (7/5): Pleasant but could have been better with some attention to detail - Location, price and bright open living room I booked believing we could have a cosy fire after a day out in Winter. Unfortunately there wasn’t any kindling, fire lighters or “dry” wood to burn Also, wasn’t impressed with an open milk and OJ left for us to use. Purchased our own!

• Sophie (10/5): Perfect for a weekend with friends - This place is bigger and brighter than it looked in the pictures, it is lovely. Comfy beds and had everything we needed. Heaps of parking under the house too. Communication with owner was mostly very good, just needed check in information a bit earlier.

• Danielle (8/5): Fabulous location and view for a work retreat with colleagues. - The house was perfectly appointed for our needs, plenty of space to work, very comfy couch, lovely bedrooms with lots of light and comfortable beds as well. Absolutely amazing views! The house would be next level with some polishing touches. Like including a microwave, and bath mats and repairing some fixtures (like the towel rack, the key safe and the fan switches)

• Roswitha (4/5): Adequate but overpriced for its condition and lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. - None supplied. Location in housing estate. Noisy party very close. Adequate to our expectations. Accommodation lacked a number of safety requirements, what appliances there were had no written instructions, almost everything in the accommodation was dirty, greasy, stained, dusty. Thankfully the bed linen and towel were clean. No bath mat, face washers. Pantry contained past use by date and opened food as did the refrigerator. Both stank and fridge dirty inside and out. Many more negatives including steep driveway, 20 stair steps to front door. Accommodation needs large amount of maintenance work internally, externally and grounds. Unsuitable for children and anyone with mobility issues.
