• Cristian (10/5): Para quedarse a vivir - Es perfecto el departamento. Full equipado, todas las comodidades. Muy tranquilo, excelente vista y ubicación inmejorable. Yo no tuve problema. Pero alguien que vaya con un auto o camioneta muy grande, se le puede dificultar el estacionamiento.

• Monroig (10/5): - El departamento es súper cómodo, con una ubicación excelente: a una cuadra de Güemes y a dos de Playa Varese. Desde ambos ventanales se puede apreciar una linda vista lejana al mar, que hace la estadía aún más agradable. Cuenta con garage, pero como aclara la publicación es para un auto mediano. Nosotros fuimos con una camioneta S10 y no pudimos ingresar porque el espacio es angosto; de todas formas siempre encontramos lugar para estacionar justo enfrente, que además se ve desde el mismo departamento. Todo impecable, realmente nada para observar en contra. Si volvemos a Mar del Plata, sin dudas volveríamos a elegir este lugar. Además, Paola, la dueña, es un encanto. El último día tuvimos un problema personal y estuvo muy atenta con nosotros. ¡Gracias por todo!

• Bernhard (10/5): Excellent - Paola was very responsive and super easy to reach. She gave extremely valuable tips for eating out, going to the beach and anything else we asked for. Paola even took us to the airport at the end of our stay and let us stay in the apartment on our day of departure until the afternoon. We were also able to pay Paola in Pesos or US dollars taking into account the black market fare - which maked a huge difference for us! Wow!!! I have to say, I can only recommend Paola's apartment. The apartment is practically new, super nice interior and super well located. Together with Paola as host, it's simply the best place to rent! Well, the only very minor note might be that for being very centrally located, there is a bit of noise from the street. But it didn't bother us at all and wouldn't let us sleep nice and comfortably during the night.
