It was also close to everywhere, which made traveling around the city very easy. The stay was truly worth more than the money we paid. A special thanks to Jelena, who helped us a lot during our stay. She gave us a very helpful guide and information about everything we needed. Her kindness and support made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

Особенно приятно порадовало белоснежное постельное бельё — это всегда добавляет ощущение свежести и уюта. Я и моя семья остались в полном восторге от нашего проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяйку квартиры — она всегда была на связи, мгновенно реагировала на любые вопросы, что сделало наше пребывание ещё более комфортным.

La zona és tranquil·la, però hi ha molts serveis al voltant, restaurants, supermercats, etc. La parada de l'autobús està molt aprop. Recomanen que l'apartament disposi de més pinces per la roba, més penjadors i unes estovalles per la taula.
• Jelinčić Korčulanin (10/5): Komotno i super opremljeno - Stan je jako prostran, udoban i dobro opremljen. Domaćini su vrlo ljubazni i pristupačni. Lokacija je odlična, a veliki plus za obitelji s malom djecom je dizalo, kao i parking u garaži. Mislim da bi trebalo dodati zavjese na balkonska vrata. Od nekih sitnica, dodala bih metlu (postoji usisavač, ali metla je nekad praktičnija), više kuhinjskih krpa i nešto za objesiti jakne. To su više sugestije nego nedostatci.

• Jenna (10/5): Amazing !! - Fantastic Stay in Dubrovnik – Highly Recommend! Our group of five girls stayed at this apartment in Dubrovnik and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described—modern, super clean, and really comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our group, with enough space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great for breakfasts and the occasional meal in. One of the best parts of our stay was the amazing host. They were incredibly helpful and cooperative from the moment we booked. They gave us lots of great local tips, helped arrange transportation, and were quick to respond to any questions we had. You could really tell they cared about making our stay enjoyable. The location was also ideal—close enough to the Old Town to walk, but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We also loved the terrace—it had the perfect view for morning coffee or winding down at night with a glass of wine. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’re already talking about coming back!

• Tori (10/5): Amazing location and even better Host! - The property is gorgeous, spacious, and in a great location. We were a group of 5 adults and it was plenty of space for all of us to stay comfortably. The balcony is a perfect little spot to hang out and you can see the marina. It is also very close to many restaurants that are between 2-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Lapad is perfect for people wanting to experience Dubrovnik without the craziness of old town. Old town is a 10 minute bus/car ride away with bus stops about a 4 minute walk from the location. The property was awesome but the hospitality was even better. Jelena the host went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She answered any and all questions we had prior to arrival and throughout our stay. She set up transport to and from the airport which made our planning much easier. She even left us little welcome snacks we could enjoy after a long day of travel. We will definitely stay here again! Location: is perfect!! 25 minute drive from the airport. 4 minute walk to bus station 10-15 minute bus ride to old town 2-10 minute walk to restaurants near by 15 minute walk to sunset beach 3 minute walk to marina Nothing, everything was great!

В квартире были оставлены фрукты, чистая губка, тряпочка для кухни, стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоеяной машины. 4. Кореспонденция с собственником была легкой.
• Peter (10/5): - Heel mooi appartement,, vlakbij een leuk voetgangersstraatje naar het strand van Lapad. Ook dicht bij de bushalte voor bus 6 naar de oude stad (maar met Uber gaat het ook prima). We hebben een goed verblijf gehad in het appartement met 3 slaapkamers, prettig voor onze zonen dat ze ieder een aparte slaapkamer hadden met een goed bed. Jelena was erg aardig, ze regelde ook een goede taxi naar het vliegveld Alles was prima, niets viel tegen
• Irem Melek (10/5): Fantastisch - Zeer fijne appartement, schoon en heeft alles wat je gewoon nodig zou moeten hebben. Fijne locatie en rustige buurt. Helemaal fijn dat er een eigen prive parkeerruimte ook is. Op straat parkeren is betaald. Genoeg kamers (je kan makkelijk met 5 mensen verblijven) De Old Town was op 10 min afstand met de auto. Het strand is erg dichtbij je kan er naar toe lopen. Hele belangrijke punt is dat de Host erg betrokken was, hele lieve vrouw en denkt graag met je mee. Dit gaf ons ook een heel fijn en veilig gevoel. Niks, alles was goed

• Areti (10/5): You definitely stay there during your visit in Dubrovnik ! - Very comfortable and bright apartment with spacious balcony ! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and an underground safe garage!!! In a walking distance from the new port of Dubrovnik. From the old city it’s a 20’ minutes walking but it’s easy ! But the gem in this accommodation is Jelena the owner! The words are poor for her kindness and hospitality! She is the best and believe me because I’ve been in so many places all over the world! Thank you Jelena 🙏! The only thing that we have to do just to thank you enough is to come back soon !! And that’s a promise🫶

Communication with the host was smooth and he was incredibly quick to reply and give us directions and answer any questions. Modern, spacious and all around nice space to stay in. Also bonus points for safe garage to keep pur car in during out stay. Nothing comes to mind.
• Glenn (9/5): Superb - Big spacious and light apartment, perfect for a family of 5. The 2 bathrooms were really practical and good air conditioning. A good size terrace. Great location near shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was on a small, quiet road and we were able to park in the underground car park.
