• Melissa (5/5): - The beds were comfortable, bathrooms could do with an exhaust fan. Close to shops. There were no lights working with the main light switch only 0ne floor lamp. Everything else was unplugged. Never stayed in a motel that asked you to clean your dishes or you would be charged extra! Hope these don’t get put back into rotation and are taken to be washed properly. As really the bathroom sinks are not the best to clean up dishes. Also there was no information about the wifi that was supposed to be provided even after texting the number advised in the check in text as there’s no reception. Also room smelt very musty even though it it was clean and tidy upon arrival

• Tim (8/5): - We were short a few things in the room when we arrived, in no time at all after requesting we had a knock at the door with the requested items.

• Finlay (6/5): Ok stay for price - Good location in centre of town. Easy check in process for after hours. Overall, the room was a bit shabby looking and mattress needs updating. Fridge didn't work, rubber seal had come apart. Car spaces are very small.
• Julian (8/5): Fine - Location, newly renovated to a high standard Didn't know it was contactless check-in. That wasn't a problem once I knew ... it wasn't advertised or communicated until I was about to phone and I supported the text message. Wasn't a fan of having to do my own dishwashing

• Angelica (7/5): This was a great choice for a one night stay in Eden after hiking the Light to Light walk - The room was comfortable and the coffee/tea facilities a welcome addition The walls were very thin and you can hear the people in the next apartment too easily

Right next to Cole’s and BWS and only 2-3 minute walk into the market strip and restaurants and 8-10 minute walk to Aslings beach and the Rockpool ! Rooms and the bathroom are recently renovated. Overall , great Value for money !

Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, wirkte benutzt und hat nicht gut gerochen. Das Geschirr für das Frühstück war ebenfalls nicht sauber, wir haben es vor Benutzung selbst noch abgewaschen.

• Alan (5/5): - Tidy and comfortable The toilet had a label stating that it had been "cleaned and sealed for your protection". When the lid was lifted the toilet had skid marks in the bowl and there were black pubes on the seat. Customers shouldn't have to clean the toilet on arrival!
• Max (8/5): Great value comfortable motel - Great value for money with this motel. Small room as expected but the renovation made us feel that we were in a more modern unit. Five minute walk to centre of town was brilliant. The bedside lamps were too low and small. One side had no power point so the light could not be used. Luckily we brought an extension cord and used the desk lamp instead.

• Graham (7/5): Good break at a surprisingly busy town . - No breakfast supplied ; we had our own. Being adjacent to a Coles supermarket. The driveway exit at the roadway was too steep ; we have sustained a distortion of the left-front panel of our 2024 Toyota Corolla ; this was even after stopping at the exit and changing direction before entering the roadway.

• Anh Hung (9/5): A quintessentially nice motel - A good value little motel for anyone passing through Eden. My second stay, will book again next I am in town. Close to shops and restaurants. Air conditioned and a comfortable bed. Room is bright and clean.

• Rodney (6/5): Nice hotel , great location , clean and tidy just needs to update a few things like the mattress and towels . - Great location centre of town and close to restaurants, supermarkets shops etc . The property was clean and tidy While sheets and bedding was good the mattress was uncomfortable and could feel the springs through the linen , bed squeaked when moving . Also the towels provided were very thin , fine just old and had seen their day

• Mellinda (8/5): Had a lovely stay, comfortable and convenient - The room was clean comfortable and had all I needed for a one night work trip. Close to cafes and facilities such as Coles which was convenient. Lovely lady running it and a great touch was the face washer that was marked “makeup remover” it was a dark coloured washer for washing your face if you wear makeup instead of the usual white coloured ones. Nothing to report really

• Emma (10/5): This motel contained the most beautiful & well-put-together room I've ever stayed in. - The room was tastefully put together, containing absolutely everything that I needed during my stay. I've never stayed in a room before that was so well presented. Everything was artfully arranged and easily accessible. I loved my room. Hopefully I'll be able to go back someday soon and stay for longer. This motel was also in a great location with the main street easily accessible. N/a as there was nothing that I didn't like.

• Warren (7/5): Standard motel unit in central location. - Standard motel unit in central location next to Coles. Comfortable bed and ample kitchenware. Lacked seating and parking a little distant from unit.

• Kate (7/5): Great location - Location was nice & central and easy to find. I can see this place being a nice little place but needs attention! Small things like no privacy unless curtains are closed, doona cover but no doona just a blanket (strange) messy paint around windows, no sink (only a pop up sink) yet a note on door expressing the need to wash dishes or be charged and not as clean as it could’ve been. Just a little rough around the edges but with some effort could be exceptional.

• Lea (3/5): Nie wieder - - großes Zimmer mit netter Deko - Einkaufsladen Coles gleich nebenan - einfacher Checkin über Schlüsselbox - Bad war schmutzig (fremde Haare klebten an den Fließen, Ecken dreckig, Spinnweben, Seifenschale nicht sauber und Seife fehlte, verkalkter Duschkopf, Bad wurde jedes mal beim Duschen überflutet) - Spinnweben an der Decke - ausgefranster Vorhang - schmutzige Fenster - auf Fensterbänken lagen tote Fliegen und Dreck - Geschirr wurde zwar durch vorherige Gäste gespült, war aber nicht komplett sauber - Toaster und Wasserkocher nicht sauber - Bettlaken ungebügelt - Bettdecke hatte flecken - Bett durchgelegen - keine Kleiderbügel/Schrank vorhanden - keine Ansprechpartner vorhanden, da es keine Rezeption gab

• Sinn Yee (2/5): Keep getting woken up at night due to the noises from vehicles nearby. - It was just beside Coles so convenient if wanting to get some groceries. This is the first lodging I've ever stayed in where we were rudely greeted by signs warning that we had to clean up the dishes & clear the rubbish otherwise we will be treated with fines. Are we in a military barrack? The kettles were dirty. My parents' room had lots of HAIR on the floor. The rooms were at an upper level and we had to lug our luggages up the staircase. Very inconvenient. The walls were thin and so we can hear anything going on outside. Throughout the night we were woken up by truck/vehicle engine sounds, which must be from the Coles trucks coming to & fro.

• Kristen (1/5): AVOID THIS MOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP: paper thin walls - The rooms have been freshened up with white paint, new bedding but can’t hide that it’s about a 70 year old motel room. I checked in at 3pm then left at 6pm. I had a 9 hour drive solo and needed to have a nap as I was so tired on arrival but quickly realised the walls are paper thin and didn’t get a wink of sleep even with ear plugs. The guests either side of my room ( #2 ) may as well have been standing in my room next to me it was so loud. One side was shouting and made me feel unsafe so I decided to keep driving and find alternative accommodation. The door lick was really loose which also worried me. I gave management the feedback about the paper thin walls when they saw me loading my bag in my car and the man agreed saying other guests mention that as well however said I wouldn’t get my money back which I had pre paid. Just really disappointed as I was leaving early the next morning to drive back to Sydney and really needed a good night sleep. The room looked over the Cole’s car park so no privacy unless you close the curtains fully. I’ve never checked in then straight out of accommodation and honestly can’t afford to lose the $130 but it’s knew of if I stayed I wouldnt sleep a wink.

• Jonas (7/5): Functional accommodation in Eden - Basic functional accommodation. Good situated in Eden, a plus that it is next door to Woolworths. The wifi was not working
• Susan (7/5): - The room was clean and spacious. Plates, bowls and cutlery were provided which was a nice surprise. The location was a little tricky as you could hear all the noise from the road and the Coles carpark.
