• Nicola (10/5): Great stay, would recommend! - This is the second time we have stayed at this location and this was a much better experience and apartment than previous visit (different apartment/owner last time). Location is good, pool is great (can be on the cool side!). Both stays have been very quiet. Owner was great and really helpful with the sending over the check in information etc. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Nothing

• Shu (10/5): A very satisfying stay - located at the heart of KL, nearby have many tourist attractions, very convenient and strategic location. The room is more than enough for 2 pax, very comfortable. Everything's satisfied us. The host does not auto provide the self check in guide and security QR pass, need to follow up for few times.
• Alex (7/5): You get what you pay for. Cheap, dirty, otherwise great apartment. - Great location. It’s a beautiful apartment with big windows. Pool and rec center also in the building. The whole apartment was dirty. The floor, the sheets, the couch. They said they cleaned it but obviously not very well. Also the check in process was very convoluted. Despite telling them exactly when we would arrive, we had to wait outside in the car park while they created the QR code to get us into the building. Then had to wait in the lobby as they finished “cleaning”.

The floor very sticky especially the bathroom, the bedsheet dirty, the pillow cover got stain,the fridge was not fuctioning well and the water is dripping in the freeze part. The owner not efficient in communication, the guard very rude to us and keep asking us to pay the car park fee even we already paid.

• Andrea (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again. - The reception was nice and also the pool area and playground. The pool was freezing and you have to pay to use it. The room is what you pay for (not a lot!). We booked with a bed and a sofa bed but there was only a small queen bed. We got a mattress on the floor and a blanket.. the apartment is really small and the AC is extremely loud.

• Nanny (8/5): Overall we have a nice stay, would recommend this property and will come back on next visit - The location is very good. The apartment is very clean. The bed and bedding are very good. Information and QR code for access to the apartment should be given upfront. Luckily the security officer is quite friendly and assist us. The drainage in the bathroom is clogged, should be repaired. The wifi signal is not so good.

Alor street is just less than 5 mins walk. The personnel handling our arrivals and our queries were very helpful and frenly. The wifi connection kinda poor need improvement.

• Brendan (9/5): A great base for exploring KL. - Right in the middle of KL, you can't get a better location than this. The apartment is bigger than my own apartment so yes, I was happy! You're about 20 floors up so the view is quite something. Comfy bed, the place looked nice, had everything I needed and was clean, what more can I say? I didn't end up using the pool or gym but they looked good. The shower drain didn't drain well so I was often standing in a pool of water as I showered. If I'd actually wanted to do some cooking myself the kitchen was decent but definitely could have used some more utensils and basic supplies. But was only making my own breakfast so that wasn't an issue for me.

• Lisha (8/5): Good location, clean, Staff helpful. - Location excellent, clean accommodation (cleanliness was the main reason for booking this accommodation). Staff, Farhad is very accommodating and helpful. Not much cutlery available, the wooden bowls can leak. Pots and pans were scratched so we didn't used it, could do with a replacement. Some of the wall sockets didn't seem to work to charge our phones.
