• Morillo (8/5): - I like the amenities in the condo and overlooking view from the unit. Budget friendly and recommended for family vacation. Some stains left in the sofa makes us uncomfy to sit on it and sinks in both bathroom have issues, takes too long before the water goes down, i hope they fix it :) but all in all, it's a good stay

• Vivian (1/5): Read before you book =) - Location, and the condo environment itself. Hospitality 0/10; wasted my day to do unit QC for HomeBrickz (yes, the agent management of the unit), and to ask for solutions from the team. Here we go... - The floor was sticky, moping stains over the whole unit. - Carpet is full with dust. - Sofa and dining chair cushions are disgusting, I need to make a complaints and the management baru suruh org dtg bersihkan, x lenyak nk duduk pon. - Confusing pungent smell once we step into the unit, have to leave the windows open for 2 days at least. - Bathroom taps are dirty. - The kitchenware provided ain't appetizing, have to wash it thoroughly before using. - Quilt n mattress cover has obvious blood-ish stains. - 2 out of 5 white towels comes with big yellow patches. MOST Ridiculous part, our car got clamped on the 3rd day. Clarify with condo security management, said 2 nights above visitor's parking actually need to apply with the condo management. So, I guess HomeBrickz knows it but tries to do things via shortcut. FYI, security PIC smirk when I answered the agent management is HomeBrickz. #iykyk Customer Service Support responds in okay performance to my complaints, but overall is meh. Did not asked if we are coming with 1 or 2 cars, cause QR code is needed. My stay with HomeBrickz was very unpleasant. First time encountering such management quality. AND, rm300 deposit is needed With such quality, rm300 deposit is eh-hemm. Photos were taken when I first stepped into the unit, for your references. You are welcome =) HomeBrickz did sent cleaning team after I made my complaints, BUT, why am I the one who QC all these? HomeBrickz ain't paying me for that tho!
• Phan (1/5): Bad - Location is good for me The toilet bowl is very dirty, and the light bulb in the master bed room and living room is not working. The curtains is useless, the light out side can go through the curtains and it was so bright when we sleep, can't even sleep well.

• Chieu (10/5): The apartment was perfect. Swimming, playground and park were amazing. Good place for family. I definately will come and - The apartment was so great. It was comfortable for my family. My family loves this place. Even you can stay with more people. I rent this place for 5 people. I love the facilities, view, rooms, specialy the park and the swimming pool. I will sure will come there and book this room again in the nearest future. Note: You may have to pay 300 ringit deposit upon check-in. I already received the refund after check-out for 4 days The swimming are amazing. The park, playground, stadium,..the room was tidy and comfortable. Everything was perfect. The price was reasonable. Good place for me to relax amd enjoy my time with family.

• Selva (8/5): Overall a good stay. I might go there again if the feedback are addressed. - Overall was a pleasant stay. Swimming pool was good & the building was well maintained. Kids & adults enjoyed the pool the most. Mirror provided, fair number of hangers & towel hangers provided, extra pillow & blankets available. Could have provided larger rubbish bag...I bought it to get rid of the rubbish. Bathroom wasn't as clean-I washed it a little. Cleaning charges is RM95, expecting that level of cleanliness. Was too tired after travelling that I didn't complaint to the agent/owner. Mattress could have been better. Wasn't that comfy. But reasonable. Key card was quite a hassle. Only 1 key card was functioning at parking. Caused multiple inconvenience.

• Nur (7/5): All was good, but make sure more than 1 car insisted QR code for visitor registration in advance. - Property is in good condition, clean, and enough space for 5 adults. Staff was slow in response, did not sort out check in issue in advance. As i believed, the apartment was manage by the agent, agent did not prepare the QR code for overnight parking registration for us in advance, even we informed few days earlier on more than 1 car will check in. Result, 1 car pending security registration for few hours, but we got lucky security there was kind enough, although we had quite a language barrier, since security are foreigners and cannot understand english or malay very well. Once we received the QR registration, then only we came down to proceed with parking registration. After that, all went smooth.
