• Conigliaro (7/5): Soggiorno a Tokyo - Buona posizione, anche se non vicinissima alla metro. Vicino a zona ricca di locali e negozi L'appartamento non era ben pulito, soprattutto pavimenti e bagno. Per 3 persone abbastanza piccolo, in particolare il divano letto scomodo.

Sink in the kitchen was stinky, not very clean (a lot of dust), no elevator (for us it was fine without it, but it is a definitely a minus for a flat on the third floor).
• Nannette (5/5): - It was a place to stay. The advertisement was a 1 bedroom. Turned out misunderstood. Plus its probably best if you advertise that your customers have to walk 4 flights of stairs. We had to stay out all day because we did not want to take the stairs up more then once per day. My friend has asthma so that was hard on her. We ran out of toilet paper and there were only 1 towel per person. All week

• alessandra (9/5): Nel complesso buono - La facilità di accesso, la posizione e la pulizia Camera per 3 persone ma solo un letto matrimoniale e un divano che non si apriva… il futon in aggiunta dentro l’armadio se lo stendevamo a terra non c’era più spazio per muoverci.

• 닝강 (10/5): 강력 추천해요! 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 세탁도 가능! - 히비야선 이리야 역에서 도보로 10~15분 정도 걸립니다. 역 앞에 사보텐(돈까스 도시락집)도 있고 동네 마트가 여러개 있어서 관광 후 저렴하게 타임세일을 받아 장봐서 저녁 먹기 좋아요. 편의점은 역 앞 세븐일레븐을 이용하시거나, 숙소 바로 근처에 패밀리마트가 있습니다. 숙소에 엘리베이터가 없고 역에서 거리가 좀 있어서 출국하는 날 짐이 무겁다면 조금 힘들 수 있어요. 하지만 조용하고 깨끗하기에 짐이 적은 여행객이나 장기투숙 여행객에게는 정말 좋은 숙소일 겁니다.

Губка не подходит для этих целей. Далеко от метро нужно это учитывать. Т е сама по себе локация ну не самая удобная.

• xiaoya (2/5): - It is fishing by a lower price to book the reservation. I paid the price is much higher than the total payment I saw on the website. After I realized this, I contact the property immediately and asked for refund. The property didn't and said the difference I paid 53000 yen for cleaning fee but I didn't see anywhere while I was booking.

Hafif koku problemini de çözelerse düşünmeden tercih edeceği - Konum olarak sakin bir mahallede yer alması ve tren istasyonuna 10-12 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olması çok güzel. Bize sunulan ev eşyalarının ve diğer malzemelerinde iyi kalitede olması hoşumuza gitti. Kullandığımız her şey düzgünce çalıştı. Check-in yapmak da bizim için gayet kolay oldu. Ayrıca seven-eleven, family mart gibi marketler 1 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Herhangi bir ihtiyacınızı hemen karşılayabilirsiniz. 3 yetişkin ve her kişi iki valizle gelirseniz sığamama olasılığınız yüksek, her ne kadar valizleri yatağın altına koyabilme ve gömme dolap olsa da. Ek olarak maalesef ara ara mutfak lavabosundan hoş olmayan koku geliyordu. Biz peçete tıkayarak çözdük.

• Luis (8/5): A great short stay in Tokyo. - The location was easy to find, and the host's instructions were clear on how to access the property. The property is only a short walk to several convenience stores and grocery stores that are in the area. The property was clean and had a lot of modern conviences, such as it's own stove, microwave, and Fridge. The washing machine, and clothing drying setting in the shower/bath area made it simple to do small loads of laundry. The site was a bit far from the local station (about a 12 minute walk). The location was booked for 3 people, but that was pretty tight in terms of space for the sleeping area. I wouldn't recommend trying to book more than two in the future.

Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, el apartamento esta bien para dos personas, pero es muy pequeño para 3, teniendo que dormir la tercera persona en un sofa cama bastante incomodo.

Here is everything you need in the apartment. As a solo traveler it's very good and bed was cozy The road next to it was quite noisy, guys were racing cars and ambulances were making crazy noises. Funny to see that the bed was shaking with the passing of bugs/cars on the road No elevator. Going up 4 floors with 3 pieces of luggage was annoying.

Strong persistent odor, smell like body odor in the room that lasted all 4 days we stayed there. Location is far from the happening places, about 20 min walk, namely Sensoji Temple and the major train lines.

• Ryan (9/5): Good location, great home base, quiet location - For us the location was fine. We didn’t mind the walk for the affordability of staying here. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the skytree. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the metro. It has quite a few convenience stores around the place and a cute bakery around the corner. It’s also a quiet neighbourhood that was perfect for our stay. It also had a washing machine with a drying component to the shower room that left our clothes dry in no time! It is small but that is very typical in Japan. We managed fine with three people.

• Adhikari (6/5): Everything was nice except the no elevator situation and having to climb up 3 floors with heavy bags - It was clean, the amenities were good and fairly sized. There was no elevator. How do you expect guests who have a lot of luggage to go to 3rd floor without an elevator? I understand its an inn but that was so annoying. Like either keep your inn only one level or arrange someone to carry it up. Not everyone is able to carry heavy baggage upstairs to 3rd floor without help. I had arm injury and my parents previously had injuries too. So imagine my distress after realizing there's no elevator. Please do something about it. OR at least inform beforehand that there is no elevator so elderly people and people with disabilities and kids won't book it.
