• fabio (9/5): TUTTO PERFETTO - Tutto perfetto, letto confortevole, doccia calda, bagnetto piccolo ma utilizzabile, bottigliette d'acqua al nostro arrivo, wifi funzionante, prodotti per la doccia, posizione perfetta a cinque minuti a piedi da Aldgate Est Station, check-in fatto un'ora prima del previsto senza problemi, il ragazzo alla reception e' stato gentilissimo, il tutto perfettamente pulito. un solo asciugamano, ma per le due notti a noi e' andata bene cosi'.
• Isabelle (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix à Londres - Hôtel très bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la City, en plein coeur du quartier indien. Métro et bus au bout de la rue. Literie confortable et salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, il y avait un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Très bon accueil, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour. Très bons spot à breakfast aux alentours et tout un choix de restaurants indien. Le marché de Spitalfields est facilement accessible à pieds. Chambre située dans un immeuble un peu vieillot. Escaliers étroits et assez raides. Mais vu le rapport qualité prix ce sont des inconvénients tout à fait acceptables.

• Kevin (9/5): For a short stay it was perfect and allowed us to see parts of London we hadn’t done before. - The location was perfect for us. Staff were friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off prior to room being ready and gave us a key for the room.

• YE (1/5): The stay was uncomfortable and did not meet expectations. - Very disappointed with this stay. There was no drinking water provided. The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, and the beds were also too small. There was no microwave or fridge, which made the stay very inconvenient. The surrounding environment was not good either. Overall, this place did not meet expectations at all.

• Sara Yolanda (7/5): Amplitud y ubicación increíble en Brick Lane / Spitalfields, con una pequeña aventura nocturna - Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación; era mucho más espaciosa de lo que esperábamos, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa considerando el precio tan competitivo que pagamos. La ubicación es inmejorable para quienes buscan autenticidad. El hotel está en una zona vibrante, con una increíble diversidad cultural y rodeado de restaurantes de todas las nacionalidades. Está literalmente a un paso de Spitalfields Market, un mercado vintage fantástico (aunque con precios algo elevados). Un detalle a tener en cuenta es que, al llegar, la zona puede dar una primera impresión de inseguridad por su estética, pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Es un barrio lleno de vida, muy dinámico y nos sentimos perfectamente seguros durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, repetiríamos. Como única anécdota negativa, echamos en falta que hubiera presencia física en recepción durante la noche. Al regresar de cenar, nos encontramos con que otro huésped había roto la cerradura y la llave se había quedado atascada dentro, impidiéndonos entrar a nosotros y a otras dos parejas. Al llamar al teléfono de asistencia, el recepcionista (que vivía lejos) gestionó la ayuda a través de los dueños del restaurante de al lado. Finalmente, gracias a la ayuda de los vecinos y a que mi pareja logró terminar de abrir la cerradura, pudimos entrar al edificio. A la mañana siguiente, el personal fue muy amable, ya habían cambiado la cerradura y nos entregaron la llave nueva de inmediato. Aunque fue un imprevisto un poco estresante en el momento, se solucionó y quedó como una historia más de nuestro viaje.

• Emmanuel (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel serviable. - l’hôtel est idéalement situé à l’entrée de Banglatown et à 5 min à pied du métro Aldgate East. Si vous arrivez via la gare Liverpool Street, vous êtes à 10 min à pied. La rue Brick Lane est rempli de restaurants indiens et cafés pour le pdj. L’isolation phonique laisse à désirer, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dehors ou dans le couloir malgré des écriteaux sur les portes des chambres pour rappeler le respect du silence.

• Robert David (10/5): Amazing value. - Decent location, and lovely, clean comfortable room which is amazing value for the price. The surrounding area might look a little intimidating but it is perfectly safe. They even provide some amenities in the room which is great for the price. Nothing.

• Alexandra (9/5): - Mi-a placut faptul ca locatia este in inima orasului, de la cazare pana la Tower of London, Tower Bridge si alte obictive turistice este foarte putin de mers pe jos. Aproape de cazare este o statie de metrou de unde poti merge catre Big Ben si cele mai importante atractii turistice. Cazarea a fost curata, am pornit aerul conditionat pentru ca era martie si ne-a incalzit foarte bine. Apa, cafea, ceai gratuit. Nu mi-a placut faptul ca noaptea am fost trezita de sunetele din camera vecina. (Nu stiu daca erau proprietarii sau oameni cazati).

It's positioned so it's easy to reach any landmark quickly either on foot or by tube/bus, the area is also peaceful and not very crowded which is a bonus. The room and the bed were super comfortable, bathroom is a bit smaller but nothing to complain about. The floor could use some more dusting (:

• Anna (9/5): Amazing value for money - The room was sparkling clean and larger than expected, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, it must be the first time I use a shower with that kind of door and there's no leak. I would have liked to be able to open the window in the morning, but I suppose there may be safety concerns about that. It was a little hard to find, I had to call the reception to find it. It's in the alley between the clinic and the noodle place.

• Venche (10/5): Flott opphold sentralt i Brick Lane - Fint rom, rent, sentralt og 3 minutter til t-banestopp. Bygget ser litt shabby ut utenfra, men rommet var helt topp! Kunne åpne vindu, og det var helt stille om natten. Hyggelige og høflige ansatte. Anbefales. Vil definitivt bo der igjen. Ingenting.

• Andres (8/5): Mixed experience with potential to be great - Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was spacious and clean, with everything I needed for a 2-night stay. It was nice to have both a window that opens and an A/C unit in the room, although I didn’t test out the latter since it was still pretty cold during my stay. Plenty of desk space, wardrobe space, two lounge chairs, TV, mini-fridge, and electric kettle. For each positive point there was also a negative aspect: Bed was comfortable, but I had to double-up on the pillows. There was a fridge for storing food, but no microwave to re-heat it. Water, tea, and coffee were available, but the kettle looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Shower pressure and temperature were good, but the holder was set at a 90° angle so the water shot out horizontally. All these little things add up, so it’s difficult to recommend this place, even though I’d probably stay here again if I needed to be in the area. They got all the big things right, I just think they need to pay more attention to the details.

• Birger (7/5): Good value, limited comfort. - Nicely located as the name states (Brick Lane). Value for the money is good. The rooms are slightly worn down and pretty small, and there's no real "hotel vibe", no lounge / common room, it is just a flat renting out rooms. I traveled during winter time, and with one of the rooms it was very hard to get to an acceptable temperature.

Near airport bus transfer stop and cool restaurants - I loved that the staff allowed us to store our suitcases when we arrived before check in and let us keep them in their office several hours after we checked out! The outdoor area of the hotel is kind of shady (the street) but once in our room, we felt safe and comfortable

• David (3/5): A bad and embarrassing experience - Internally, the place was clean, as was our room, which was well fitted out. The bed was comfortable and the linen good. The Hot water was Hot. The property is advertised as a 'Hotel' - it isn't, it isn't even a Guest House - it is 'Rooms' only, nothing else. The entrance is in an extremely dirty side passageway, littered with discarded rubbish, with the adjacent walls and the very tired entrance canopy, covered in graffiti. After several attempts, the door was opened by the only member of staff who spoke some English. An extremely steep (16 step) staircase immediately inside the door lead, to the 1st floor's small office. However, the TV didn't work, and we initially had difficulty getting an internet connection. To flush the WC, one had to remove the Flush Button and once it was replaced, it would work - normal pushing had no effect. The Aircon unit had a mind of its own. It worked well producing Cold Air, but it proved almost impossible to get it to produce Warm air, an essential in early February!! The double bed had only 1 side/reading light. No staff were on site in the morning!! Re breakfast - we were advised to use the cafe 2 doors away - unfortunately, it was closed - we eventually found another cafe some 10 properties further on. This property should be re-classed as 'Rooms Only' or Removed completely

• Julie (8/5): A good option if you want to stay in Brick Lane/ Shoreditch! - Convenient location on Brick Lane, a big, clean room, and very helpful staff! The heating system didn't give much flexibility and felt unhealthy (stuffy air).

• Ralph (3/5): Clean and tidy but not a true hotel and overpriced for what it offers. - The room was big, clean and the bed, linen and towels were all good. Great shower too. This is not really a hotel, just rooms with a key access front door. So no lounge, no bar, no breakfast option. Even reception is kind of minimal and the entrance looks scruffy and uninviting. If it was cheaper, it could offer a good budget option. But the price is much the same as The Hub further up the street which offers a much better product. So on that basis, I can’t recommend it.

• Lera4 (8/5): Ottimo albergo a Brick Lane - Albergo molto semplice in ottima posizione a Brick Lane. L'entrata rimane in una traversa rispetto alla via principale, le camere sono molto spaziose per Londra, solo il bagno è molto piccolo. Ottima pulizia e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff gentilissimo. I letti sono comodissimi e nel complesso é molto silenzioso. Consiglio la struttura per pulizia staff e posizione (a 5 min da Aldgate East e 15 min da Liverpool Street Station) La dimensione ridotta del bagno e la mancanza della ventola che crea forte umidità.
