Merkeze biraz uzak ama ulaşım merkezlerine yakın o sebeple yine de iyi bir seçenek.
• Karola (9/5): - Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut mit dem Nahverkehr angebunden. Bäcker ist um die Ecke und auch einkaufen ist sehr nah ! Die Betten sind bequem und die Kochgelegenheit ist gut und was uns gefehlt hat (ist ja immer individuell kam prompt und unkompliziert - Dankeschön !!!). Der Tisch ist ein bisschen klein (nun ja, wir Kochen halt meist ...) und da die Wohnung im EG liegt ist sie etwas dunkel, aber wir sind ja da gewesen um Zürich zu besichtigen und das klappt von dort aus super. Somit eigentlich nichts auszusetzen.

Look no further for the cozy and affordable apartment in Zurich! - Antonio, the host, is lovely, brought us travel adapters late at night, since we forgot to bring ours. The locations is so convenient, 50 m from the tram station, just a couple stations away from the city center! The room was clean and cozy, it is quiet, bed is comfy, kitchen has everything you need. We loved it!

• ginapinalina (8/5): Zona piacevole e casa calda - La casa era davvero pulita e Tonino è stato super disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo anche potuto fare il check in anticipato senza problemi. La cucina è ben organizzata e la temperatura generale perfetta. La zona è molto carina. Le mura non sono molto insonorizzate e sentivamo sia gli inquilini sopra che i passaggi sulle scale. Ci hanno anche suonato 3 volte altri inquilini sbagliando. Ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura ma non è stato piacevole. Il letto è un pò duro ma sono davvero gusti personali.

Totino is an excellent manager; he mad - Location not far walking distance from bus stop and about 10 minutes bus ride from main train station. The apartment was well furnished and each room is separate, ie. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen very well furnished- we didn’t cooked but used some plates and cutleries for cooked food we brought back from the grocery store. Minor observation-paper towel was the filmsy kind and a tissue box or kleenex would be a nice addition. Add more clothes hangers. Nothing.
• Vanderville (9/5): Recommended - The property is spacious and clean. All appliances and necessities are in the apartment. The location is 3 minutes away from the closest tram stop and there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The managers are very responsive. The building insulation needs improvement as you can hear the noise from the people coming in and out of the building since the apartment is on the ground floor near the building entrance.

• Laura (8/5): Muy cómodo - El alojamiento estaba muy limpio. La cama era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario también. La ducha amplia y agua con fuerza. El anfitrión fue muy simpático y siempre atendió todas mis dudas rápidamente. El aparcamiento de la zona, que hay que renovar el ticket cada hora de 07:00 a 18:00 y si estás descansando tienes que ir a mover el coche.

• Craig (10/5): Lovely, spacious apartment near Zurich main attractions - Nice location, convenient and easy to get from the main station and city centre. Comfortable bed, spacious, clean apartment. The bathroom, kitchen and bedroom are 3 separate reasonably sized rooms, so we didn't feel cramped. Transportation links are good so you in reasonable distance to main attractions in Zurich. Lovely kitchen so it was easy for self catering. Nothing really, enjoyed our stay
• Kathryn (7/5): Convenient location from which to explore Zurich and surrounds - The communication from the host was very good - clear and helpful. The apartment had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a laundry available for use. The location is very convenient to the centre of Zurich - tram stops nearby in both directions and only about 10 minutes into the city centre. Also plenty of supermarkets nearby. This is an excellent property if you are on foot or relying on public transport. We liked the property overall, but a couple of things to be aware of. It is on the ground floor so there is not much natural light coming in the windows. The bedroom is spacious and pleasant, but the kitchen and bathroom are more pokey. There is no sitting area, just one chair in the bedroom plus the bed to sit on (plus the kitchen table). Not big things, but we did find we used the place as a base and would head out for space to relax.

• Diana (10/5): DISCOVERED A GEM! - The place is truly a “home away from home” the hosts, Anna & Antonino, were kind, reachable, accommodating and with the best people attitude a traveler need in his journey. The apartment is very clean and everything felt like new or just super well maintained, i loved everything, maybe just need to mention for other travelers to know. there is no elevator and Zurich is repairing the tram station nearby, you just need to walk few more steps in order to catch the tram, on the way to the apartment is not an issue. Is literally 2 min away from tram drop off to building entrance.

• Marie (4/5): Good location but beware they are doing roadworks in the night. No sleep. - It was on the ground floor and it was clean. It had plenty of eating areas around and we were able to walk to the apartment from the train station. We were here for 2 nights and on both nights there was construction on the road next to ours. They were putting down drains and then putting the tram lines down again. All night this went on. We were not told about this and this was something that had been going on for a number of weeks. We should have been warned. Hence not a good review.

• Cindy (8/5): Quiet environment, near tram stop - The place is quiet and walkable to the tram stop. Nearby has Coop supermarket, very convenient. The apartment is fully furnished, has everything you need and it's clean. The host is quite responsive. The pillow is quite thin, not much support. The quality of shampoo and body foam provided is not good, my hair is very dry after using it, suggest to bring your own. Take note you can only leave luggage with the cleaner after 11am if you are arriving early before check in time. No aircon, a portable standing ventilator is provided.

• Chia (9/5): Cozy place close to city! Recommend to those especially need kitchen! - 1. Good location, very close to tram station, Coop supermarket, and restaurants. 2. Kitchen facilities are nice: oven, cooker, microwaves, and basic oil, salt. Easy to use. 3. Landlord is quite friendly and responded quickly. We broke one glass cup and he is cool with it. Nice guy. TV connections seem not stable. Would lag/freeze for a while after watching quite some time, need to reset frequently. Missed the fifth set of Men Final French Open due to this. Suggest to upgrade TV operator.

The location was good, near to an excellent supermarket and an easy walk to the old town Instructions to get in need to be clearer. It took trial and error pressing all the bells until Antonio answered. Check out instructions were non- existent The pillow was too soft Wi fi was quite spotty Didn't know that the Swiss have sockets that need a special adaptor!

• Kfir (6/5): Decent stay - The staff are nice and the location is good. The apartment was a bit stinks when we got in. The pillows and the blanket was smelling terrible that was hard to sleep.
• Anastasia (8/5): Fairly good apartment for its price and close to the city centre - The apartment is within approximately 30 min walk from the city centre. The apartment has everything you need including a well-equipped kitchen. The heating works well, especially in the bathroom. The air in the apartment is somewhat too humid and it smells not very pleasant, despite regular airing. There were no instructions from the host before the check-in on how to get the keys. So I had to give him a call on arriving to the house. But the response was quick and the problem was immediately solved.

• Frank (9/5): Apartment for real overnight comfort - for those who are ok with food self-service - You have an entire little apartment for your stay. The rooms are well furnished and decorated, there are even room plants. You feel welcomed and want to stay. The guest service in the same house was very attentitive and takes care of you, I liked this very much. There is some distance to the city center, but the city tram usually operates frequently. Note to tram tickets: be prepared to use a credit card with a tap-feature. No cash accepted any longer. N/A

The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Many thanks for the hospitality! The request for a kitchen knife was fulfilled within 2 minutes. Anna also inquired about my holiday plans and sent information on how to spend them and also how city transport works so you could save some money. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The mattress is just WOW! Sleep like a baby! 1 minute walk to Denner, Coop, tram stop. 10 minutes to the city center! Excellent location! 10 out of 10! Wi-Fi lost connection all the time and there was low speed
