• Aleksandra (10/5): Выходные в Хихоне - Прекрасное расположение. 5 минут и ты гуляешь по марине. Вокруг очень много ресторанов и баров, также шопинг улица. Отдельное спасибо, что проживание с собаками без дополнительной оплаты, а также нам разрешили заселится на 2 часа раньше, так как был рабочий звонок. Сам город очень красивый и очень хочется много гулять. Все отлично. Есть бесплатная парковка 15 минут пешком от апартаментов около жд вокзала.

• Natalia (9/5): Perfecto - La ubicación es muy céntrica con múltiples sitios al rededor de ocio, supermercados y centros históricos. Bien situado tanto para ir a la playa como al centro, y además, al lado del puerto.

• Irene (7/5): Apartamento céntrico, ideal para un par de dias - La ubicación, estaba muy céntrico y todo al lado. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar algo rápido y era muy cómodo. La persona de contacto respondía muy rápido a los mensajes. Llegamos a las 21:00 y estaban todas las ventanas abiertas, por lo que el piso estaba a 12 grados. La calefacción es radiante por lo que tardó en coger temperatura, por lo que las primeras horas pasamos bastante frío. No dejaron papel higiénico. Cerramos la puerta de la habitación y no abría. Tenía truco, y había que insistir más veces para que se desbloqueara.

• María (8/5): - Recibí buena atención cuando fue necesario. El apartamento estaba bien acondicionado y limpio. Fue una estancia agradable. Recomendable.
• Juan Carlos (8/5): Bien, pero hay que cuidar más los detalles - La ubicación es excelente, y todo muy es muy nuevo. Aunque se les pasó enviarnos el código luego el trato fué muy bueno Faltaban cosillas... cómo papel de cocina, que me parece un básico, o algo de aceite de oliva. Y los carteles por el alojamiento... demasiado agresivos. Comparto que pidan apagar la calefacción cuándo sales o usarla con cabeza... pero que te digan que "mejor usar manga larga" me parece bastante absurdo.

Comunicación excelente con el propietario Lo que menos me gustó, aunque nos adaptamos bien, fue que viajé con mi hija y tenemos distintos horarios de sueño, nos hubiese gustado dormir separadas, pero a pesar de que el apartamento tiene un precioso sofá cama no nos dejaron sábanas para utilizarlo. No comprendo la razón. Sólo nos dieron un juego de llaves, fue un lío cuando quisimos hacer cosas diferentes. Menaje de cocina justo, aunque en buen estado, necesita una sartén más pequeña (la que hay está bien pero es enorme). Se agradecería algún tenedor más.
• Marellac (3/5): Unplesant Host , Noisy and very hot apartment with no fans - Close to shops, and restaurants Bed was small but reasonably comfortable. Modern kitchen and bathroom, lounge chair was comfortable. Apartment very small, not as big as it looks in photos. It is a very noisy very hot place. Carmen Plaza is a major road roundabout, not a pedestrian plaza, dozens of bins are emptied troughout the night, every night. It was impossible to sleep. Friday and Saturday nights are the worst loud pedestrian noise from yelling bosterous groups of young males continued until 4am each night. The apartment is stuffy and hot, especially in bedroom, no fans provided. The windows open but the adjacent building blocks breeze. No privacy, if you open blinds the people in the adjacent apartment are only 4 meters away, and we could see everything they did. No dishwasher. No cooking oil, no kitchen paper, not enough toilet paper , 1 bin liner, 1 washing machine capsule for 2 week stay. Pillows were as cheap and uncomfortable as you can get. Dirty floors and floor mat which we had to roll up and clean floor when we arrived.see picture The shower was not recently cleaned. Builtin bedside table broken and unusable, Unexpected cleaning charge put on our account of over €50, before we departed. No idea why.Perhaps the 'free pet stay' was not free. No onsite key or remote entry, host must meet you to let you in. Something she clearly resents doing. Apartment was entered whilst we were out, without first telling us or asking our permission. We came back to an unflushed toilet and our cherries in fridge eaten. It may have been a person inspecting broken fridge whilst we were out buying more ice, but it should not happen. Host extremely rude and very inapropriate. If you are flying into Gijon be warned, if your plane is late, getting into apartment will also be a long wait. Host kept us waiting nearly 1 hour because our arrival time changed due to flight delay, even though we sent 6 messages keeping her informed. Her delay was because she 'has 7 apartments to care for and was busy, and its not her fault our plane was delayed' .
