• Dmitry (8/5): Nice play to stay to visit the city; location is really great - The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable. There were a few scratches on the floor, but nothing critical. The location was excellent — the subway, buses, and trams were all very close, making it easy to reach any part of the city. There were no ironing facilities in the room. After I called reception, I was asked to come and collect them myself. I would have expected either to have ironing facilities available in the room or for them to be delivered upon request.

• Andreas (8/5): Hervorrargendes Hotel in zentraler Lage! - Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, hier stimmt wirklich alles, von den komfortablen Zimmern mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt, über das hervorragende Frühstück mit exzellentem Service bis hin zum Personal, einfach sehr gut!

• Greenaway (10/5): Fabulous hotel - Our room 1604 on the sixteenth floor was amazing. Windows with two aspects across the city. Very quiet and comfortable. Also, lovely to be able to make tea and coffee in our room The hotel was very clean, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, so many choices of both hot and cold food. The area is a good friendly neighborhood and felt safe to walk in at night.

• Silvia (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Städteurlaub - Wir waren im 15. Stock und hatte eine super Aussicht auf Berlin. Die Lage vom Hotel ist für einen Städteurlaub perfekt. Moderne , grosszügige Zimmer und ein schickes Badezimmer. Es gibt einen ausreichend großen Kleiderschrank und genug Ablagefläche im Bad. Die Duschkabine sollte saniert werden, die Ecken und die Dichtgummis an der Dusch-Glastüre waren schon sehr ranzig.

• Eckhard (9/5): Prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Zentrumsnah. Modernes Zimmer. Großes Bad. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet (am Wochenende bis 11.00Uhr) Leider lassen sich die Fenster aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht öffnen (auch nicht kippen ). Lüftung also nur über Klimaanlage. Sauna wäre ein zusätzliches Bonbon.

• Ponomarenko (10/5): - Номер супер,...по паркіну- на вїзді шлагбаум не працював (був відкритий) і охоронець почувши, що ми в отель, махнув рукою- заїжайте...далі на 12 поверх,,,насправді доволі просто і не тісно. ( високим авто не рекомендую...1,7-1,8 метра висоти без проблем. На 12 поверсі біля літери 12 есть двері ( там напис на німецькій, типу RIU готель тут) ...заходимо туди, ідем по коридору( переход в отель) і попадаємо на 4 поверх в хол готелю,,,,далі зліва на ліфті ( їх там 4) спускаемось на ресепшн...плюс як виїзжали то побачили, наче ще один ліфт безпосередньо на паркінг ( не розібрались, ще де він і як працює),,,,паркінг чистий..на ресепшині дали бумажку для виїзду з паркінгу( показали її охороні)...Номер : чайник, вода в склі, ХОЛОДИЛЬНИК, фен, сейф і тд...все добре і чисто замалі полотенця для тіла :-),,,але то таке...))))

• Günter (7/5): Riu in Deutschland - Die Lage war sehr schön. Von Riu bin ich besseres gewöhnt Die Preise im Lokal sind nicht neutral. Für ein Glas Wein 8.00 Euro sind zu viel. In der Unterkunft war es nicht sauber. Das Bad sehr in schwarz gehalten sorgt für unangenehme Atmosphäre. Alles in allem bin ich besseres von Riu gewöhnt

• Peggy (9/5): Kommen gerne wieder - Alles war top - Zimmer, der öffentliche Bereich, Personal, Frühstück. Super ist auch, dass ein Parkhaus dabei ist. Es ist zwar etwas eng (man sollte sich etwas Zeit nehmen), aber wir sind mit einem Skoda Superb gut reingekommen. Wenige Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht erwähnenswert sind.

• WS (8/5): Haus mit vielen Kurven - Die Lage ist sehr gut und für Kurzbesuche zentral. Die Betten waren für mich unbequem, durchgelegen, etwas kurz und zu schmal. Das Parken im Parkhaus im 12. Stock war zwar kostenlos, aber für PKW oberhalb der Golfklasse nur etwas für ausgeschlafene und versierte Fahrer/In. Zahlreiche Farbstreifen in den schmalen Auf- und Abfahrten zeigen was passiert, wenn man einen Augenblick unsicher ist und nicht weiß wie breit oder lang der Pkw ist. Das Prozedere zwei mal am Tag und man/frau sucht nach anderen Lösungen.
