À mon arrivé on ne m’attendais pas du tout malgré ma réservation, on me dit d’écrire sur whatsapp. Un numéro qui ne répond pas puis lorsque j’insiste on annule ma réservation mais au même moment on viens à notre rencontre et la personne nous a fais un signe de la mains. Il nous annonce un prix augmenté par rapport à la réservation car par cash (non mentionné sur la réservation) et nous présente une chambre qui n’est pas la nôtre j’avais réservé une suite Deluxe avec lit King size là ce n’étais pas le cas. quand j’insiste sur le fait que je n’ai pas réservé celle ci il me montre une autre mais vraiment pas mieux j’accepte car nous étions fatigué de notre vol, mais la chambre est sale sol sdb draps serviette etc et odorante, emplacement pas top du tout , ascenseur avec une foule de monde qui attend heureusement que c’etais pour une seule nuit

• Chrislair (6/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Das Zimmer ist für eine Nacht okay, liegt ziemlich gut im Zentrum, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Einchecken ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, verabreden per WhatsApp, dann kommt jemand und übergibt den Schlüssel. Ausschicken das gleiche, per WhatsApp, dann kommt jemand. Der Mann beim Auschecken war recht unfreundlich und hat schlecht gerochen. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, die Bettlampe lag im Schrank, warum auch immer.

• SanderVeenendaal (9/5): Nice stay in a vibrant neighborhood - Its not the biggest room, but it was very comfortable and located on the 25th floor. A smart TV was available, a comfy bed, properly working AC, a really nice shower and a beautiful view of the city (including the Petronas Towers). The location was perfect. When you step out of the residence you are practically surrounded by restaurants and malls, so shopping or finding a place to eat is very easy at all times of the day. Check-in was a little inefficient, as there is no check-in counter and everything has to be arranged over whatsapp with the owner. No big deal, only I had no internet to arrange this beforehand so I had to wait a little bit. The bathroom, comfortable as it was, did have a smell to it. Like the smell of sewage was coming through the pipes. It dissipated quickly, but was there every time you entered the bathroom.

• Sahana (10/5): I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Malaysia - I recently stayed 4days at this hotel place was very clean and comfortable.The apartment had all the necessary facilities which made my stay so comfortable the staff mr mohomed polash very helpful and extremely friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
• Lind (2/5): - The location.. nothing else! But everything else was very poor. The room was disappointing in size & felt grimy & not up to the 4 star rating that was on the website. The photos on Booking.com was not what we had encountered. The corridor to our room was dirty, grimy & doors were scrappy! There were broken towel rack, dirty walls & broken light fittings Bathroom wash basin was dirty, mirrors not cleaned. The drawers were starting to fall apart. I had to ask for new towels as the ones that were provided were stained & threadbare! The kitchen was inadequate... lack of utensils! Not 1 teaspoon!! The bathroom had no hand towels or floor mats. The elevators took a ridiculous amount of time to actually get on! One morning it took me 20 minutes to get off my floor. The lobby had 1 toilet for all guests that were waiting! The only redeeming factor was the location. I will never stay at this place ever again. For the record, I have stayed at other locations on Bukit Bintang via Booking.com in KL & other cities and was always happy with the accommodation as to what was on the website & star rating.. But on this occasion it was a 1/2 star rating. Extremely disappointing! Shocking!!!

• Lyubomir (1/5): STRESSFUL, TERRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COST - The room is located strategically and close to the public transport available at Bukit Bingtang, has also an absolutely fantastic view, access to a swimming pool on the rooftop. Where do I even start. First of all, the bathroom was abysmal, mouldy and very, very dirty. The reason is the fan extractor does not work ( in my oppinion is disconnected intentionally to save energy as directly linked with the light switch). As that is the case, the bathroom gets all wet and is not cleaned properly had become a health hazard, absolutely nasty and disgusting. There is no light switch other than one on the front door, so at night you have to use your phone as a flashlight. A very simple solution is a night lamp next to the bed. No mini or any fridge that in SE Asia is wild, and your water or anything you purchase has to be consumed right away or will spoil or get hot. Finally, but not last, the checkout was almost a disaster. So when you check in, the guy who is friendly and nice collects the payment cash and also 200 MYR deposit that he promises to return upon check out. So I stayed there 5 nights and had a bus journey the day of my checkout so the day before to avoid any issues or delay, I messaged the guy and told him I would check out between 9.00-9.30 the next day. He replies no problem, just call me in the morning. So I do message him and call him like 20-30 times in a span of an hour between 9.00-10.00 ( my bus is leaving at 11 from a bus station kilometres away in the south part of KL). Syuper stressed and frustrated left the room and told the securitu guards that I'm keeping the key, so they called him or some guy he knows. Just as my GRAB arrived, some other guy showed up and called him( not sure how he heard his call and missed my 20 calls ), so that other guy gave me my deposit back with condition will give him back the key. AVOID AT ALL COST should be delisted from Booking, terrible, stressful experience that almost caused me to miss my bus during the first day of holidays. He messaged me later that he missed my messages. LOL mate that is why I messaged you the day before, it is your responsibility to be available

• Parvez Miah (7/5): Great stay with great facilities, lots of patience needed for the lift. - The building has amazing facilities such as a rooftop garden, infinity pool, gym, sauna/ steam room etc. The room itself came well equipped with everything we needed. A fridge would’ve been a bonus. The lift waiting times are appalling. With 40+ floors, lift waiting times have been around 10-15 minutes during peak times.

It’s like they build an entire building that is rente - The location - close to TRX, Pavillion, malls and food stores, Bintang Walk The view from the top floor / swimming pool is beautiful The rooms need a deep clean. The bathrooms grout are mouldy and parts of the floor are sticky The check-in/check out process is very dodgy and questionable due to the ‘cash only’ process. The lifts do not have air-con or proper airflow, making is a very uncomfortable ride up/down the property The wait and queue for the lifts are ridiculously long too. The swimming pool can be very crowded - best go in the morning before 9am.

• Eloise (10/5): Great budget hotel - Had a fantastic stay at Axon Suites in Kuala Lumpur ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, really spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, which made a big difference. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting KL! The only area for improvement would be the pool, which can get quite busy as it’s shared with another hotel, and the space feels a bit small for the size of both buildings. That said, it’s understandable given the overall value and didn’t take away from the stay.

El tamaño del apartamento, todo limpio y nuevo, con lavadora y secadora perfectas. Hervidor de agua, plancha, secador, buenos aires acondicionados super silenciosos. No poder dejar las maletas en recepcion un par de horas antes de coger el avion, por lo que tuvimos que dejar KL un poco antes de lo previsto.

Para empezar tienes que pagar en efectivo y dejar 100 myr de fianza y todo en efectivo y sin justificante de nada. Por otro lado me siento engañada. En la reserva del apartamento ponía que tenía cocina , nevera, lavadora y tendedero y luego en realidad no tiene de nada. Pregunto a la persona de contacto y me dice que si quiere que vaya a una lavandería y cuando intento reclamar algo me dice que no entiende el idioma. Cuando quiere si entiende y cuando quiere no. Para cobrar si entiende. Me siento deprecio nada y espero que booking tome medidas ante este engaño

• shuxins (1/5): Felt Unsafe and Misled - It felt very strange and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. They asked us to pay in cash and told us to collect the key from a lockbox, but there was no proper check-in process or introduction. Then, a random man suddenly came up to us halfway, grabbed our luggage, and told us to follow him to the room. Once inside, he asked for the cash payment. The whole situation made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I didn’t notice that it mentioned cash payment on the property which I honestly wouldn’t have minded . but I expected something more legitimate, like paying at a reception counter during check-in. On top of that, the room does NOT look like the photos advertised. Very disappointed.

Nechal nás čekat na recepci a pak nám řekl, že chce cash, aby nám mohl zrušit rezervaci :) po hodině řešení jsme dostali svůj pokoj, kde bylo celé dva dny zatuchlo i přes fungování klimatizace. Co se týče bazénu, tak jsme se těšili na krásné koupání s výhledem, ale přešla nás chuť, když tam lidé skákali přímo z fitka s oblečením… ( takže hygiena minimální )

Davanti all’hotel c’è un chioschetto che fa i migliori mango Juice che abbia mai assaggiato, fondamentalmente perché l’hotel non serve la colazione Staff e reception praticamente inesistente sinceramente anche un po’ superficiale nell’attenzione al cliente. Piscina bella, ma dovrebbe limitare gli accessi perché diventa molto caotica nelle ore serali

La nevera es imprescindible en cualquier alojamiento. No cambian las toallas, 4 días con la mismas toallas he tenido que estar. Muy mal.
