- Chouaib (7/5): Bien - L'emplacement ideal proche de nisantasi un quartier chic et animé tout en etant loin du trafic de taksim, studio equipé et securisé. Je recommande Les coussins étaient trés fins et le coffre-fort ne marche pas.

- Nuyaksheva (10/5): - Расположение, новый ремонт, дизайн, отзывчивость персонала. При бронировании номера был заявлен диван-кровать, однако по факту это оказался обычный диван, на котором просто застелили постельное белье. Спать на нем было крайне некомфортно из-за жесткости основания — такой диван подходит только для отдыха в гостиной, но не для сна. Хочу отметить отличную работу персонала: после обращения к ним нам оперативно принесли полноценную раскладную кровать. Большое спасибо команде за отзывчивость и быструю реакцию на проблему

- XIN (10/5): 很不错，推荐给有做饭需求的人 - 公寓内有厨房、客厅、浴室和卧室，床很软、面积适合1到2个人入住。外观和内饰都很新，上电梯需要刷卡很安全。室内有微波炉、冰箱、洗碗机、电炉灶和一些厨具没有调味料和油，可以自己买一点来做饭。员工也很热情，位置就在地铁出口、公交站点，在伊斯坦布尔几天全程坐地铁、公交都很方便，周围很多商店可以买菜、水果和日用品。离塔克西姆广场也很近，坐车、步行都可以。 因为在主干道第二排，所以晚上有噪音，我自己睡觉常年带耳塞所以听不到。对噪音敏感的记得带耳塞。

- fowz (9/5): جناح مريح جميل - كل شي جميل تفصيل الشقة والبلكونة رائعة.. الجناح نفس الصور ..وكل شي متوفر فيه موقعه ممتاز بقالات ومطاعم وتكاسي.. 25 دقيقة الى تقسيم مشي .. خدمة التنظيف من المفترض تكون كل يومين وانا اقامتي كانت اسبوع وصارت مرة وحدة فقط بعد ما طلبتها والتنظيف لا يشمل تغير مفارش السرير .. وبلغتهم انا موجود او غير موحود نظفو المكان لكن نسيت اشيك معاهم ولم يتم التنظيف الا مرة واحدة .

- Alina (10/5): Спасибо за теплый прием, мы с радостью вернемся сюда! - Большое спасибо отелю за гостеприимство, чистоту, высокий уровень сервиса и вежливых администраторов. Было очень приятно приехать в Стамбул и остановиться именно у вас. Отдельно хочется отметить, что заселение возможно в любое время. Наш рейс задержали, и мы приехали только в 23:00 — нас встретили очень приветливо, всё подробно объяснили, и мы сразу отправились в номер. Номер оказался просторным и полностью соответствовал фотографиям — совпадение на 100%. К сожалению, я даже не успела ничего сфотографировать, потому что сразу побежала его осматривать. Из номера открывается красивый, атмосферный вид, что тоже добавляет приятных впечатлений. Больше всего понравились три вещи: удобное расположение, корзинка с турецкими угощениями и постель — мягкая, уютная, на ней было невероятно комфортно спать. Спасибо вам за такой тёплый приём! Единственный небольшой момент — диспенсеры с мылом и лосьоном работали туговато: при нажатии почти ничего не выделялось, поэтому пришлось открыть крышки.

- Mohammed (10/5): خرافيه - المكان امن جدا قريب من المترو من الباص يجيبك من مطار اسطنبول للبيت تحت البيت المترو دقيقه بنسبه لتعليقات على طلعه لاطلعه ولا شي 10 درجات مريحه ولا تحس والله انه يضاهي 7 نجوم تعامل قمه في الاحترام بدلو لمبات الغرف الى لون ثاني نظافه خدمه امان اذا انت ماتاخذ سياره ولا احس انك تحتاج اسكن هنا فخامه اناقه نضافه راحه نفسيه امان عالي جدا المصعد مايطلع الا بطاقه جديد فخم جدا انا كتبت تعليق طويل عشان غيري يستفيد عندك 5 محطات باص حولك جميل جدا راح توفر مبلغ مايقارب 2800 الى 4 الف بدل ماتاجر سياره وبانزين وغير فلوس الباركنج انصحك لو جديد وجاي خذه وانت مطمن انصح فيه تحس كانك في بيتك تلفزيون مطبخ قدور صحون شوك معالق غلايه الك قهوى مقطره فريزن ثلاجه علاق ملابس دفايه تكييف فرن صوفا تلفزيون ذكي حمام مرتب فيه شطاب من نفس البانيو تفتح ولف يطلع لك ماء لو ترجع من برا 1 بليل امورك تمام مايعيبه ولا شي تحته ماك شيك شاك مادو مخبز معروف للخبز سوبر ماركت كبير مقابل المخبز تقسيم مشي 12 دقيقه كل شي عندك مافي شي يعيبه الصراحه موقع ممتاز جدا جدا من كل النواحي ليت في تققيم 100 نجمه عشان تستاهلون اكثر

- FARIS ALI J (8/5): ممتازة - تجربة ممتازة والزيارة بإكررها باذن الله ومن اهم الايجابيات : - تعامل الفندق رائع والموظفين كويسين . - امان الفندق ممتاز - موقع الفندق ممتاز - مساحة الغرف كويسة - الخدمة و المطبخ مجهز بشكل كويس . السلبيات الي واجهتني ممكن ماتكون سلبية لاحد ثاني : - لمبات الغرف برتقاليه وقليلة وانا سكنت في جناح فكانت الاضاءة من يجي الليل كئيبة جداً وخافته بدرجة سيئة . - ريحة الدخان في المصاعد و بين الغرف ريحة معطر الفنادق بس بشكل قوي مزعج .
- Mohammed (9/5): - ضع في اعتبارك ان هذا التقييم هو مبني على السعر بالدرجة الاولى مقارنةً بالموقع وجودة المرافق، الفندق عبارة عن اجنحة فندقية فيه مكتب استقبال 24 ساعة، تعاملهم ممتاز جداً ولطيفين ومبتسمين دائماً، الموقع رائع، لكن ضع في اعتبارك اذا معك كبار سن ان الموقع في منحدر، ما عدا ذلك كل شي ممتاز جداً .. الغرفة نفسها مقسمة بشكل حلو غرفة نوم صغيرة وصالة بمطبخ .. نظيفة جداً .. السرير مريح جداً .. بالنسبة لي زرت اسطنبول اكثر من مرة سكنت في اربع او خمس فنادق هذا اريح سرير نمت عليه .. بوسائد منخفضة .. الجناح يكفي لشخصين مرتاحين .. تصريف الماء في المروش او مكان الدش ضعيف بحيث دقيقتين تحت الدش كفيلة بصنع بركة من المياه، لكن الجيد انهم اخذين في اعتبارهم الجزئية هذي ورافعين الساتر الارضي بحيث يحتوي المياه وما تروح لبقية دورة المياه، وهذا جيد اذا انت تسبح بسرعة، اذا تطول ما ادري هل الحل هذا مجدي او لا .. علماً ان هذه الملاحظة لشخص عملي مثلي ما ينشغل بالتفاصيل كثير ما سببت لي مشكلة ..

- Svetlana (10/5): Отличный отель в замечательном месте - Хороший, чистый номер. Отличное расположение (не люблю жить в центре), а тут более современно, два тц рядом. Кстати, в кофейне внизу отличный кофе (попробовала везде в округе, но этот прям топ). В подарок печенья, чай и тп, что приятно. Ну и главное, что номер просторный, в Стамбуле часто номера 15-20 метров, даже негде чемодан поставить, а тут комфортно очень , просторно (около 40м номер). Пс даже нетфликс есть))) Не было такого

- Kamalya (10/5): Все было хорошо. - Очень хорошее расположение отеля, магазины, рестораны, метро все рядом с удовольствием приеду туда еще раз. Единственный минус ( и то это минус не самого отеля) если вы хотите спокойно спать, то это возможно не для вас. Рядом с отелем есть бар который работает до 7-ми утра, не смотря на то что мы были на 6-ом этаже, все равно было слышно как поют, орут и т.д. Даже закрытые окна не спасали ситуацию, все равно шум доносился.

- Fahid (1/5): Quaint, cozy, and smelly. Avoid on warm days at all costs. - Upon arrival, the room looked quaint, cute, and homey - a great place to spend a few nights on vacation. This seemed a promising start to my time in Istanbul, especially after coming off a long flight from the US. On a hot, humid day, there is a repugnant odor that emanates from the bathroom shower drain that is the result of their proximity to a sewer/reservoir line nearby. This smell seeps up through their plumbing and fills the apartment. Keeping the bathroom door closed helps a bit but good luck when you have to open the door to use the bathroom for any amount of time.

- Sara (10/5): مثاليه - الموقع ممتاز جدًا، على بُعد 10 دقائق مشي من شارع نيشانتي ومول جواهر. المنطقة آمنة جدًا وتتوفر فيها كل الخدمات مثل السوبرماركت والمطاعم. الوصول للفندق سهل وواضح. الشقة كانت واسعة ومجهزة بالكامل. النظافة ممتازة جدًا، والأثاث بحالة ممتازة، حتى المناشف كانت نظيفة وغير مستهلكة. أعجبني كثيرًا وجود خيار “نصف يوم” في حال كانت الرحلة متأخرة، وكانت التكلفة 55 يورو، وهذا خيار نادر توفره الفنادق. لكن الأهم من كل هذا هو التعامل الرائع والاحترافي من طاقم العمل، خاصة حسن وموظف الاستقبال الآخر، كانوا جدًا لطفاء ومميزين. من الأماكن اللي راح أعتمدها دائمًا في إسطنبول، أنصح فيه بشدة ولا شيء

- Polina (10/5): Прекрасен апартамент и персонал - Апартамента отговаря на снимките. Намира се на много комуникативно място с магазини ,кафенета, аптеки и на няколко метра от Метро и градски транспорт. Улицата е оживена и шумна, но на по-горен етаж и при затворени прозорци не сме имали проблем със спането. В кухнята има всичко необходимо за приготвяне на храна, всякакъв вид посуда, котлон, тенджери, тигани, машина за филтър кафе, микровълнова фурна и съдомиялна за която ти предоставят таблетки. Би било добре да се осигури гъбичка за съдове и препарат за съдове . Допълнително удобство ще бъде поставянето на пералня ,най-вече за хората които искат да останат за по-голям период от време. Към момента се предлага пране срещу доплащане. Наличен е безплатен wi-fi. Мениджърът , рецепционистите (за съжаление знам името само на Burak ) и камериерите са усмихнати и услужливи , без да се натрапват. Персонала си върши работата много тихо и въпреки че хотелът беше пълен , не се усети . Хотела е чист . Има асансьор който се ползва само с картата за апартамента , което предотвратява влизането на външни лица. Почистването на стаите е през ден и ако го искате трябва да го заявите. Цялата нужна информация я изпращат на съобщение на WhatsApp. Лесно се комуникира и бързо отговарят в WhatsApp. Всичко беше прекрасно и ще се върнем с удоволствие. Градивен коментар: При резервация в сайта овен безплатния wi-fi , се предлагаше като безплатно ранно настаняване и късно освобождаване ( в други коментари видях ,че и на други хора им е излезнало така). В последствие се оказа, че опцията за ранно настаняване и късно освобождаване се предлага само при наличност и тя се заплаща допълнително. За да бъде коректно това трябва да бъде редактирано в booking ,за да няма обърквания. Лично за нас това не беше проблем. Имахме възможност да оставим багажа си на съхранение при тях безплатно. За банята : В душ кабината е нужно да се постави някаква полица за шампоаните и сапуните, които се ползват, защото няма къде да се оставят. Фугите на плочките в банята е нужно периодично да се почистват. Сигурна съм ,че тези неща ще бъдат в взети под внимание и ще бъдат променени.

- Iliyan (10/5): Прекрасен престой! - Хотълът е прекрасен! Персоналът е изключително отслужлив и внимателен към клиентите. Чистотата е на много високо ниво. Стаите са оборудвани с всичко необходимо. Тъй като полетът ни бе късно вечерта, хотелът ни предложи възможност за съхранение на багажа след освобождаване на стаята. На 100 метра се намира спирка на метрото автобусни линии водещи до историческия център на Истанбул. С две думи - Перфектно място. Искрено препоръчвам. Лично, нашето семейство ще се върнем отново! Благодаря за гостоприемството!

- mohammed (8/5): - Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent and very close to a 10/10 experience. The hotel itself, the location, cleanliness, facilities, room service, reception, and almost all staff members were outstanding. Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and met high standards of quality and value. However, there was one serious and disturbing incident that negatively affected my stay. While I was sleeping, a housekeeping staff member knocked on my room door. I did not respond, expecting the knocking to stop. Instead, after knocking multiple times, the staff member opened the door and entered my room without my permission, asking if I wanted the room to be cleaned. This behavior was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, as it violated my privacy and sense of safety. While all other staff members were professional and respectful, this single incident significantly impacted my overall experience. I truly hope the hotel management addresses this issue seriously, as everything else about the hotel was excellent, and such behavior should never happen to guests.

- Eszter (10/5): If you want to feel at home while staying in Istanbul - We came to Istanbul for a medical operation, so we wanted to stay somewhere friendly where we could feel at home. The place is very kind, colorful, and cheerful, and it really has everything you need to feel comfortable. The rooms have a great atmosphere – even better in person than what we expected based on the photos. The location is also perfect: the metro and bus station are just a one-minute walk away, so it’s an excellent choice for anyone using public transport. Restaurants, shops, malls, and cafés are also just a minute away. There’s even a small convenience store right next to the accommodation. The reception staff were very friendly and always smiling, and they always asked if we needed anything. They were also very helpful on WhatsApp and answered all of our questions. We felt really good staying here. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the noise. Although we’ve stayed in other places before where the situation was much worse, I honestly don’t know if it can be significantly better anywhere in Istanbul unless a place is fully soundproofed. We are very sensitive to noise, so if you’re also bothered by sounds at night, bring earplugs! A small broom and dustpan set in the room would be useful, and we also would have appreciated a dish sponge and dish soap. It’s possible that the room normally includes these, but since we checked in early, the cleaners may have simply forgotten to leave them.
- Azza (5/5): Uncomfortable experience - Great location just a 2-minute walk to Osmanbey Metro Station and close to Nişantaşı’s shopping areas. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The bedroom was very small nothing like what was posted, leaving no space for our suitcases, and the bed was uncomfortable. Feather pillows triggered our allergies. The bathroom was tiny and the sink wasn’t clean, with hardly any decent toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, but overall the stay was uncomfortable, so we cut our visit short. We would not return.

- Alper Yalniz (9/5): Tolles Zimmer, super Lage, perfekte Anbindung! - Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Die Metrostation Osmanbey mit der Linie M2 ist direkt am Hotel. Mit dieser Bahnlinie kann man überall hin. Um das Hotel gibt es ausreichende Supermärkte und viele sehr gute Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet, so das man auch im Zimmer essen oder gar kochen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon das dritte mal dort und werden wieder kommen. Wenn man abends das Fenster offen läßt kann es etwas laut werden, weil in der Umgebung ein paar Bars sind.

- jack (8/5): convenient place to stay in istanbul. - near osmanbey metro so it was convenient to get around istanbul/to and fro airport. pretty decent neighbourhood with plenty of food and shopping choices. comes with a basket of snacks and kitchen tools so you dont need to worry about being hungry. the air conditioner's cooling function only works if the room is hotter than the set temp, can get abit stuffy. if we use the window for ventilation, the car honking below can get abit loud, especially in the early morning. one of the counter staff was not very pleasant in handling the wifi/aircon issues, just kept asking us to wait for a whatsapp reply, which did not solve the problem at all.

- Galina (9/5): Отличный отель - Отель расположен удачно, в паре минут ходьбы от станции метро Osmanbey, можно добраться из аэропорта всего с одной пересадкой на зеленую ветку. Номер красивый, чистый, достаточно большой, останавливались втроем в "стандартном двухместном номере", диван в гостиной достаточно удобный для сна. Всё необходимое для проживания имеется. Нам было удобно и комфортно, спасибо!

When I just booked apartment I received an offer for transfer to airport for 40 EUR. When I decided to get the transfer I was surprised that is already 55 EUR, what is not OK if you already did offer. So I just used Uber which was about 30 EUR only.
- Noor (9/5): - Super Hotel, gute Ausstattung, große Suiten, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Man hat sich sehr gut und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt als Frau, waren nämlich als zwei Frauen allein unterwegs. Die einzigen negativen Punkte die ich aufzählen würde wären dass das Doppelbett ein bisschen klein ist und man den Zimmer Service beantragen muss statt ihn automatisch zu bekommen, aber das ist wiederum Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the place was clean, beautiful, and close to everything. Our stay was comfortable in every way. They were very helpful — we came to celebrate our anniversary, and they greeted us warmly and even allowed us an early check-in since our flight arrived early in the morning. It was truly a lovely experience, and I’m so glad I chose this place. Highly recommended!
