• Vanessa (1/5): - Je n ai pas pu aimer quoi que ce soit car notre réservation a ete annulée le jour même, lorsque nous étions entrain d attendre en bas de l'appartement. Réservation de 9 personnes L annulation en dernière minute sans explication alors que nous étions sur place a 9 personnes

• Silvy (3/5): Slechtste service ooit - Hele goed ligging De communicatie was ronduit verschrikkelijk. Ik organiseerde deze trip voor een groep en kreeg geen contact met de verhuurder. Een maand van tevoren gestuurd, drie weken, twee weken, week, dag ervoor… Enkel antwoord van CHATBOTS die totaal langs de kwestie babbelden. Het zorgde voor veel stress en de service was ronduit ondermaats. De dag zelf staan we voor een gesloten deur en krijgen we niemand bereikt. Het nummer dat bij Booking reservatie staat, bestaat niet. Uiteindelijk zijn we via de klantenservice van Booking gegaan en ook zij konden hen niet bereiken. Daarna kreeg ik plots berichten van drie verschillende mensen. De locatie is geweldig, de prijs is goed, maar bespaar je de stress en boek ergens anders.

• Marek (8/5): bdb stosunek jakość - cena - Bdb stosunek jakość-cena. Wygodne łóżka, świetna lokalizacja, winda do mieszkania, 5 pokojów - idealne dla 2 rodzin, 2 łazienki, małe miejsce do jedzenia. Piekarnik, czajnik, talerze, sztućce, wszystko raczej nowe. Układ/wielkość mieszkania pozwalające na oddzielenie się rodzin, 2 telewizory. 2 kmpl kluczy do dyspozycji. Czyste łazienki z szamponem/żelem. Brak udogodnień typu: wieszaki w przedpokoju/łazience, brak noży w kuchni. Mieszkanie wymagałoby odświeżenia, okna się nie domykały 1 sypialni, a na zewnątrz bywało głośno (z jednej strony mieszkania), wyposażenie raczej "tanie" - krzesła w jadalni które się rozkręcały, drobiazgi do poprawy.

• Cornelia (1/5): Worst stay ever - nothing Worst stay ever!!! They completely forgot our reservation. When we arrived nobody was there ro hand over the keys.. I sent messages, I called several times...no answer, no reply. I had to contact booking com for help. After booking.com intervened I got an answer. . On the day before departure a guy suddently stood in the appartement while I wanted to take a shower and asked for check out!!!! It was a mess, no apology from the owner. And the appartement is very noisy, you won't sleep well.I would never book again !!!
• Jayne (4/5): We would appreciate a partial refund for the inconvenience of a leaking toilet and shower, having to arrange to meet the - The location was very good. There was a leak from one of the toilets which must have been known before we arrived. The shower also leaked in the same bathroom and there was a smell of sewerage from the second bathroom. There were only two toilets rolls provided for six people for four nights. One in each bathroom. We had to request more toilet rolls and towels as soon as we arrived. We were only provided with a few more and had to eventually go out and buy our own.

• Dejan Bogdanovic (9/5): Savršen apartman za grupe u strogom centru - Apartman je u samom centru, odakle je sve veoma blizu. Iako smo imali kasni check in, Kevin nas je dočekao i sve je išlo veom glatko. Odličnan apartman za našu grupu od 9 ljudi. 4 komforne spavaće sobe sa udobnim bračnim krevetima i jedna soba sa singl krevetom. U zgradi postoji lift. Sve nas je dočekalo čisto i uredno. Peškiri i taoletni pribor ali i kuhinja opremljena sa svime što je potrebno. Uzivali smo i u zajedničkoj trpezariji. Zaista svaka preporuka za ovaj objekat. Komunikacija sa vlasnicom je bila odlična pa nam je omogućila i lokaciju gde da ostavimo stvari zbog kasnog leta.

Super komunikacja z opiekunem apartamentu. 5 sypialni i 2 łazienki plus kuchnia i jadalnia- idealne dla grupy. Doskonała lokalizacja - 5 min od autobusu na lotnisko, 3 min od portu, 4 min od plaży, 0 min od świetnych restauracji, 20 min od twierdzy Santa Barbara. -

• Marcin (10/5): Super apartament polecamy - Obiekt pozwolił nam na wcześniejsze zameldowanie, co było bardzo miłe. Było bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Apartament jest przestronny, jest bardzo dużo sypialni, ładnie urządzonych. Lokalizacja jest świetna - od razu przy promenadzie, blisko Carrefour Express i plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami, bardzo miłe osoby. Halas z ulicy, jednak był on do przeżycia, wiadomo że w takiej lokalizacji zawsze będzie.

Very noisy bedrooms at the front of the property as the windows were original and hence poor for noise reduction, we were on a busy road and the outside car and noise of people returning from nights out made.sleep poor.

• Daga (10/5): Spacious, Clean Apartment in Perfect Central Location with a Great Host - Great apartment in an excellent location! The place was very clean and spacious – having two bathrooms was a big plus, especially for a larger group. It’s right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance – shops, restaurants, and the beach, which was just a few minutes away on foot. The only downsides were an unpleasant smell coming from one of the bathrooms and the noise from the busy street, which was noticeable, especially in the evenings. During our stay, the kitchen sink broke, but it was fixed very quickly, showing how much the hosts care about their guests’ comfort. Sara is a wonderful host – very kind, helpful, and responsive to any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay there again!
• Tiziana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a perfect location. Really in the center. The beds really confortable and 2 baths as well. There is a room with a table but missing a living room. The personal really nice and helpful. The windows could be fixed to have less noise on the street side. Add a chair in the sleeping rooms, will be a nice addition as well.

The location is fantastic—just a few dozen meters from the promenade, with popular dining options within easy reach. Be sure to check out the bar downstairs, Las Chapas—you won’t be disappointed! The apartment is very clean, with fresh linens and comfortable beds that invite relaxation. Sara is a fantastic host, always willing to help and provide any necessary information. The spacious apartment, with five bedrooms, is perfect for groups. The two bathrooms are also a great convenience. Everything was perfect

Honestly recommended! - Perfect location (close to center, seaside, tourist quarter, bus connection), clean, good equiped kitchen, nice and helpful host Few cloth hangers more would do the work, street noise could be heard in some of the rooms.
• Michael (10/5): Our group loved our stay in the heart of Alicante! - Really well appointed, 5 bedrooms, with the comfiest of beds, great nights of sleep had by all. 2 bathrooms with good powerful showers. Staff were awesome when welcoming us after our delayed flight and even took care of our return transfer for us. Highly recommend. Slight drain smells wafting occasionally, I think this could be sorted easily.
