• Jason (1/5): - I liked it when I left Despite confirming on the morning my arrival time and having it responded to, there was no one there to meet me, no one picked up the phone, i ended up waiting for half and hour and then ringing booking.com customer service who managed to get hold of the owner who then provided an access code. this should have been sent before. the place is very very poorly maintained, two windows that were broken and stuck open so it was draughty. Furniture is sparse with no where to eat. The terrace is lovely however the hot tub was empty and didnt work, it took 34 hours for it read as above 30 degrees on the thermostat but it clearly wasnt working as it was still freezing, it caput! the boiler was incredibly noisy 24 hours a day, to the point where you couldnt sleep with crashes, bangs and a permanently leaking overflow going who knows where. Main shower head didnt work and so you have to use the smaller secondary one. Very dissapointing, dont book it, I asked for proof from booking.com that the boiler was safe and serviced and could not get it, they gave me a credit against a future booking but this place is seriously bad

• stephen (6/5): - The little appartment has potential to be very cosy. Toilet/shower is done to a high standard. They at least provide heaters to heat the cold house. The appatment at time of condition was only £109 per night though meaning the cons where just about even with the cons. I would stay again The room window is broken meaning room/house is freezing durning the winter months. Hot tub/Jakuzzi sitting empty and dirty on my arrival. I didnt use all appliances but plastic cheap kettle has limescale in it and isnt usable.. All in all a few small things to change for a massive improvement.

• James (2/5): Alright for pissed up party groups that’s all no good for children or couples - Location Hot tub wasn’t hot took 24h to heat up so first night wasted, broken couple broken windows one wouldn’t even shut (hidden by a blind) not child friendly in slightest, requested a cot this didn’t arrive until the next day were I had to chase it up twice. Washing machine too dirty to use, dryer not working also the outside plugs defo ain’t waterproof which is probably how dryer has broke. out of date items in food cupboards sharp knives at toddlers reach, then to end the stay on a high note they let themselves in the apartment at 8:30 before 10am checkout without knocking while my family were in bed and I was in shower then left front door open as we made our selfs aware. Won’t be staying again that’s for sure

• Hajnalka (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, comfortable bedroom. There is kitchen but no dinig table and chairs. Dirty towels and bedsheets in the cupboard. Messy kitchen and livingroom.
• Barbora (8/5): Very good - Excellent location close to the city center and Hyde Park. A relatively spacious apartment. The furniture is quite old and worn. The owner had a lot of personal items here (toothbrush, food, etc.). If you’re traveling with four people, be prepared that the couch is very uncomfortable.
• Spencer (8/5): Comfortable stay, small, easy touches needed to make it exceptional - Terrace nice bonus if the weather permits. excellent size for a London property Generally clean and tidy I would stay here again - would recommend Hairdryer would be a bonus Lack of toilet paper Kitchen needed some work, Dirty Shisha pipe found in kitchen  Dirty worn sponges in kitchen for washing up all minor things but they make the difference
