• Kirsten (9/5): Ein wundervolle Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick. - Ein wunderschöner Ausblick, toller Pool, sehr schönes Studio. Einige Dinge müssten repariert werden, z. B. der Handtuchhalter im Bad.

• Chandler (10/5): Overall very pleased with this stay and would highly recommend. - The property was very nice. It was very clean and secure and just as it looks in the pictures. The location was great and was just a short distance from the beach. The owner is very responsive and responds with in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. There was only one wash cloth in the bathroom. We just ran to a local store and grabbed a few more so not a major deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

• Jeanette (9/5): Schönes Appartement mit tollem Blick und guter Lage - Die Lage, der schöne Blick und alles war vorhanden. Ringsum Restaurants, Supermärkte und ganz toll, dass Art Deco Design Viertel. Alle Fragen hat der Eigentümer schnell beantwortet. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

• Thorsten (10/5): - Top Appartement, super Wohnkomplex modern, toll eingerichtet, Top Lage, Parkplatz, sauber, großzügig jederzeit wieder Es hat uns alles gefallen! Maximal die Betten waren zu weich und die Beschilderung im Wohnkomplex ( Nord/ Süd, Treppenhäuser, Apartment Nummern...) ist kaum bzw nicht vorhanden und daher irreführend. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter des Apartments nichts ! Ebensowenig für die leicht unfreundlichen und wenig interessierten Damen beim Check-In / Out 😀

The location was perfect—right in the heart of the district, with a short drive to downtown and easy access to Miami Beach. The apartment itself was modern and stylish, with a small but fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we really enjoyed the free access to all the common areas, including the pool, fitness center, and more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Miami! Just a small heads-up (not a complaint!): While the apartment was excellent overall, it's more suitable for 2, maybe 3 people rather than a family of 4, especially if you're planning a longer stay. Still, we had a great time and really enjoyed the space and amenities!

• Sheena (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, clean, had some detergent pods for washing laundry, which was very nice. Plenty of towels...Everything needed for a short stay. That there was no tv in front of the bed. You had to sit on the couch if you wanted to watch tv.

The shared facilities like pool, big terrace and lounge are also great. Good communication with the owner.Really a top botch place! Only one thing - the bed is too soft.
